the instant messaging client comprises a group chat module, wherein the group chat module adds at least one real contact and a plurality of virtual contacts into one group chat to realize that the real contact operates a plurality of intelligent devices related to the virtual contacts at the same time.

The instant messaging platform of claim 1, wherein the instant messaging client further comprises a private chat module, the private chat module comprising a real contact and a virtual contact, and the private chat module directly operates an intelligent device associated with the virtual contact.

The instant messaging platform of claim 1, wherein the group chat module adds a plurality of real contacts and a plurality of virtual contacts to a group chat to enable each real contact in the same group chat to operate any intelligent device associated with the virtual contact, and the instruction information of the control device and the response information of the device are displayed in a chat window of the group chat to make the other real contacts in the group chat clear the operating status of the intelligent device.

The instant messaging platform of claim 1, wherein the user who completes the device initialization networking is defined as a device owner, and is responsible for the operations of joining and leaving the group chat group of the device, and managing detailed operation permissions of other users in the group about each device.
5. The instant messaging platform of claim 1, wherein the chat input area of the instant messaging client is replaced with a personalized control panel when customized control of a particular smart device is required.

The instant messaging platform of claim 1, wherein the virtual contact corresponding to the smart device is recorded in a personal address book of the instant messaging client, and a dialog window with the virtual contact of the smart device is opened by finding the virtual contact corresponding to the smart device to be controlled from the address book or a recent contact list, and interaction is performed through a text input area or a control panel of the device.

the chat robot comprises a plurality of virtual contacts, and each virtual contact corresponds to one or more intelligent devices; the core processing layer is used for processing the control or query instruction acquired by the chat robot, converting the control or query instruction into a signal executable by the intelligent equipment, processing operation or event information uploaded by the intelligent equipment and converting the operation or event information into information which can be fed back by the chat robot;
the communication gateway provides communication service for the intelligent equipment and the chat robot system, sends control or event information uploaded by the intelligent equipment to the core processing layer, and transmits a control or query instruction processed and processed by the core processing layer to the intelligent equipment;
and acquiring a control or query instruction of the real contact through the communication between the virtual contact and the real contact on the instant messaging platform, sending the control or query instruction to the intelligent equipment by the chat robot, uploading response information after the chat robot receives an execution instruction of the intelligent equipment to the instant messaging platform, and obtaining feedback information by the real contact through a chat window.
