Abstract

本发明公开了一种2G/3G/4G双极化陷波基站天线,包括介质基板,以及分别印刷在介质基板上表面的上层金属层和介质基板下表面的下层金属层,所述上层金属层和下层金属层分别印制两对偶极子天线,所述偶极子天线由共面波导馈电结构馈电,所述共面波导馈电结构包括共面波导陷波结构,所述共面波导陷波结构包括印刷在上层金属层的电容金属馈线和刻蚀在下层金属层的六边形双环。本发明的偶极子天线共面波导馈电结构有利于滤波结构的引入;共面波导陷波结构具有小型化特点,每个端口串联两个陷波结构,构成二阶双零点陷波结构;二阶双零点陷波结构的带阻宽,矩形系数高;小型化的二阶陷波结构,在不增加天线体积的前提下引入了滤波特性。

一种2G/3G/4G双极化陷波基站天线
技术领域
本发明涉及天线工程领域,特别涉及一种2G/3G/4G双极化陷波基站天线。
背景技术
随着无线通信系统的快速发展,2G/3G/4G基站天线的工作频段拓展为 1.7-2.2GHz和2.5-2.7GHz,两个工作频段之间2.2-2.5GHz频段为干扰频段,在两个工作频段之间引入阻带是抑制窄带系统干扰2.2-2.5GHz频段的有效方法。在2G/3G/4G基站应用中,具有稳定方向图、高隔离、高增益的双频段1.7-2.2GHz 和2.5-2.7GHz双极化天线单元对于实现基站无线通信性能至关重要。目前,关于2G/3G/4G陷波基站天线的研究较少,实际应用中多数采用滤波器与交叉的偶极子天线串联的设计方案。
H.Huang等人于2017年在IEEE Antennas Wireless Propag.Lett.期刊中提出ABroadband Dual-Polarized Base Station Antenna With Anti-InterferenceCapability,设计了一种具有抗干扰能力的宽带双极化基站天线,在交叉偶极子天线底部增加馈电巴伦和滤波电路,提高生产成本,增加组装难度和误差,且最大抑制增益只有11dB。
S.Fu等人于2020年在IEEE Antennas Wireless Propag.Lett.期刊中提出ABroadband Dual-Polarized Notched-Band Antenna for 2/3/4/5G Base Station,设计了一种应用于具有陷波功能的宽带双极化基站天线,在交叉偶极子天线底部增加馈电巴伦和滤波电路,在天线上方增加陷波结构,提高生产成本,增加组装难度和误差,天线剖面较高,且最大抑制增益只有4.5dB。
发明内容
发明目的:针对以上问题,本发明目的是提供一种结构简单、体积小、抑制增益大的2G/3G/4G双极化陷波基站天线。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种2G/3G/4G双极化陷波基站天线,包括介质基板,以及分别印刷在介质基板上表面的上层金属层和介质基板下表面的下层金属层,所述上层金属层和下层金属层分别印制两对偶极子天线,所述偶极子天线由共面波导馈电结构馈电,所述共面波导馈电结构包括共面波导陷波结构,所述共面波导陷波结构包括印刷在上层金属层的电容金属馈线和刻蚀在下层金属层的六边形双环,电容金属馈线能够调节天线的匹配,六边形双环决定陷波的谐振点频率。
进一步,所述上层金属层和下层金属层的内部设有共面波导馈电结构。
进一步,所述电容金属馈线为矩形。
进一步,所述六边形双环为内外一大一小的双匝六边形开口环,内外环开口同向且相连。
进一步,所述偶极子天线外围为矩形结构,与交叉的偶极子天线的邻边为渐变曲线。
进一步,所述双频双极化基站天线还包括金属反射板和同轴线,所述同轴线与介质基板连接,所述金属反射板设置在介质基板下方。
进一步,所述上层金属层和下层金属层通过短路针相连接。
进一步,所述同轴线的负极与下层金属层相连接,所述同轴线的正极与上层金属层的共面波导陷波结构相连,通过上层金属层的过渡金属带馈电到上层金属层的偶极子天线的正极。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:
1、本发明的偶极子天线共面波导馈电结构,有利于滤波结构的引入;
2、共面波导陷波结构具有小型化特点,每个端口串联两个陷波结构,构成二阶双零点陷波结构;
3、二阶双零点陷波结构的带阻宽,矩形系数高;
4、小型化的二阶陷波结构,在不增加天线体积的前提下引入了滤波特性。

具体实施方式
如图1-4,本实施例所述的一种2G/3G/4G双极化陷波基站天线,包括介质基板1、上层金属层2、下层金属层3、金属反射板4和同轴线5,上层金属层2 印刷在介质基板1的上表面,下层金属层3印刷在介质基板1的下表面,上层金属层2和下层金属层3通过8根短路针6相连接,同轴线5与介质基板1连接,金属反射板4设置在介质基板1下方。
上层金属层2和下层金属层3分别印制两对偶极子天线9,上层金属层2的偶极子天线9和下层金属层3的偶极子天线9呈镜像对称设置。偶极子天线9 由共面波导馈电结构馈电,共面波导馈电结构包括共面波导陷波结构,共面波导陷波结构包括印刷在上层金属层2的矩形电容金属馈线7和刻蚀在下层金属层3 的六边形双环8,六边形双环8为内外一大一小的双匝六边形开口环,内外环开口同向且相连。偶极子天线9外围为矩形结构,与交叉的偶极子天线9的邻边为渐变曲线。上层金属层2和下层金属层3的内部设有共面波导馈电结构。
同轴线5的负极与下层金属层3相连接,同轴线5的正极与上层金属层2的共面波导陷波结构相连,通过上层金属层2的过渡金属带馈电到上层金属层2 的偶极子天线9的正极。
在本实施例中上层金属层2和下层金属层3的交叉的偶极子天线9边长总长度均为54.8mm,交叉的偶极子天线9之间的间距从中心到边缘是逐渐变大的,曲线呈指数形。介质基板1采用Rogers-4350,厚度为1mm,介电常数为3.66。偶极子天线9到金属反射板4的距离为35mm,金属反射板4的大小为145mm× 145mm。同轴线5为标准同轴线,内径0.52mm。
图5是实施例中驻波比(VSWR)和隔离度的仿真结果示意图:在1.7-2.2GHz 和2.5-2.7GHz的频率范围内,天线的驻波VSWR小于1.5;同时在2.2-2.5GHz 的频段内,天线具有明显的陷波特性;整个工作频带内,隔离度都大于27dB。
图6为实施例的天线增益的仿真结果示意图:在2.7-2.2GHz的频率范围内,天线的增益约为8.4dBi;在2.5-2.7GHz的频率范围内,天线的增益约为8.7dBi;而在2.2-2.5GHz的阻带内,最低增益仅为-12.4dBi。
图7为实施例在1.7GHz、2.2GHz、2.7GHz三个频点的主辐射方向图,三个频点的主极化和交叉极化比大于25dB,辐射方向图稳定。

1.一种2G/3G/4G双极化陷波基站天线,包括介质基板(1),以及分别印刷在介质基板(1)上表面的上层金属层(2)和介质基板(1)下表面的下层金属层(3),其特征在于,还包括金属反射板(4)和同轴线(5),所述同轴线(5)与介质基板(1)连接,所述金属反射板(4)设置在介质基板(1)下方,所述上层金属层(2)和下层金属层(3)分别印制两对偶极子天线(9),所述偶极子天线(9)由共面波导馈电结构馈电,所述共面波导馈电结构包括共面波导陷波结构,所述共面波导陷波结构包括印刷在上层金属层(2)的电容金属馈线(7)和刻蚀在下层金属层(3)的六边形双环(8),所述上层金属层(2)和下层金属层(3)的内部设有共面波导馈电结构,所述电容金属馈线(7)为矩形,所述六边形双环(8)为内外一大一小的双匝六边形开口环,内外环开口同向且相连,所述偶极子天线(9)外围为矩形结构,与交叉的偶极子天线(9)的邻边为渐变曲线。
