The communication bus mentioned in the above terminal may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown, but this does not mean that there is only one bus or one type of bus.
The communication interface is used for communication between the terminal and other equipment.
The Memory may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor.

In yet another embodiment provided herein, there is also provided a computer program product containing instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of order distribution as described in any of the above embodiments.
In the above embodiments, the implementation may be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product includes one or more computer instructions. Claims (10)

1. A method of order distribution, the method comprising:
acquiring order description information of a target order of a first object, wherein the order description information is used for describing the first object and the order requirement of the target order;
acquiring regional environment information of at least one region, wherein the at least one region comprises a target region where an order position of the target order is located;
acquiring order related information of a second object, wherein the order related information is information related to order processing;
matching a target object from the second object according to the order description information, the area environment information and the order association information, wherein the target object is an object to which the target order is allocated.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining order description information for the target order for the first object comprises:
receiving voice data input by the first object, wherein the voice data is used for describing the target order;
performing voice recognition on the voice data, and extracting order requirement information, wherein the order requirement information is used for describing order requirements of the target order;
extracting emotion information of the first object from the voice data, wherein the emotion information is used for describing emotion of the first object, and the order description information comprises the order demand information and the emotion information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining regional environment information for at least one region comprises:
acquiring the order position of the target order;
and acquiring the regional environment information of the at least one region within a preset range according to the order position, wherein the preset range is determined according to the order position.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein obtaining order-related information for the second object comprises:
determining at least one second object within the preset range;
and respectively acquiring the order related information of each second object in at least one second object.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the matching out of the second object according to the order description information, the regional environment information, and the order association information comprises:
determining work order details and work order sequences corresponding to the target order according to the weight information of the order description information and the weight information of the area environment information, wherein the work order details are used for indicating the area position of an object to be dispatched in the second object and the equipment information to be carried, and the work order sequences are used for indicating the dispatching priority of the target order;
and matching the target object from the second object according to the work order detail, the work order sequence and the order correlation information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the determining the work order detail and the work order sequence corresponding to the target order according to the weight information of the order description information and the weight information of the regional environment information comprises:
determining a regional emergency level corresponding to the target order according to the weight information of the regional environment information, wherein the regional emergency level is used for indicating an order dispatching emergency level in the target region where the target order is located;
determining the work order details and an object emergency level corresponding to the target order according to the weight information of the order description information, wherein the object emergency level is used for indicating the order dispatching emergency level of the first object;
and determining the work order sequence of the target order according to the regional emergency level and the object emergency level.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein said matching said target object from said second object according to said work order detail, said work order sequence, and said order correlation information comprises:
determining a service level of the second object according to the weight information of the order association information, wherein the service level is used for indicating the level of the second object for processing the order;
and matching the target object from the second object according to the work order detail, the work order sequence and the service level.
8. An apparatus for order distribution, the apparatus comprising:
acquiring order description information of a target order of a first object, wherein the order description information is used for describing the first object and the order requirement of the target order;
acquiring regional environment information of at least one region, wherein the at least one region comprises a target region where an order position of the target order is located;
acquiring order related information of a second object, wherein the order related information is information related to order processing;
matching a target object from the second object according to the order description information, the area environment information and the order association information, wherein the target object is an object to which the target order is allocated.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein the program is operative to perform the method steps of order allocation of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory are communicated with each other through the communication bus; wherein:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for executing the steps of the method of order allocation of any of claims 1 to 7 by executing a program stored on a memory.
