In a specific scene, when a merchant clicks an electronic face list number in an electronic face list ordering system, a carrier object recommending list of a logistics line based on a delivery address of the merchant and a receiving area corresponding to an order is automatically popped up, and a logistics carrier object which has a last time order and has a major logistics problem in the current time in the carrier object recommending list is marked with an interception mark, so that merchant selection can be avoided, if the merchant selects a logistics carrier object which does not reach the time order, a selection request is intercepted, a prompt is sent, and the merchant is reminded to replace a logistics company with better time order.

The process for judging whether the order quantity of the abnormal logistics exceeds a preset value specifically comprises the following steps: judging whether any of the following conditions occurs: in the current logistics order, the actual logistics aging is delayed from the corresponding target logistics aging, and the logistics order ratio of the delay time exceeding a time threshold (the time threshold can be set according to the need, for example, m days, for example, 2 days is specific) exceeds a first ratio (the first ratio can be set according to the need, for example, s percent, for example, 30 percent); in the current logistics order, the ratio of the complained logistics order is higher than the average complaining ratio of all the logistics carrier objects on the corresponding logistics line, and the higher ratio exceeds a second ratio (the second ratio can be set according to the need, for example, set as t percent, such as 20 percent in particular); if yes, judging that the abnormal material flow order quantity exceeds a preset value.
By tracking the full-link aging and user complaint conditions of the current logistics order, the serious aging problem caused by selecting the logistics carrier objects which do not reach the aging standard is discovered in time. At this time, for the merchant causing the serious aging problem, the logistics carrier object carrying the interception mark can be filtered out from the carrier object recommendation list pushed to the merchant, so that the merchant can only select the logistics carrier object reaching the aging standard in the later period (for example, the next or next preset periods); other measures can be taken at the same time, such as increasing the service price of the merchant according to contracted terms, and punishing the merchant so as to prevent the consumer benefit from being damaged by continuously selecting low-price logistics, and the shopping experience of the user on the electronic commerce platform is affected.

The process of adjusting the carrier object recommendation list corresponding to the non-shipping order according to the logistic preference data of the user account specifically comprises the following steps: obtaining total evaluation times greater than a satisfaction threshold value from historical logistics evaluation data of a user account; obtaining the evaluation frequency proportion of each target logistics carrier object of a carrier object recommendation list corresponding to the non-delivery order from the total evaluation frequency; and adjusting the sorting weight of each target logistics carrier object according to the evaluation frequency ratio of each target logistics carrier object, wherein the sorting weight of each target logistics carrier object is the time efficiency standard of the target logistics carrier object.
Fig. 4 shows a scenario in which the carrier recommendation list is adjusted according to the logistic preference data in an embodiment, in this embodiment, the logistic line corresponding to the non-shipping order is taken as an example of the above-mentioned enumerated logistic line P11. It should be noted that, the non-shipping order may include both the generated order and the order generated in the future, and this embodiment is only exemplified by a non-shipping order corresponding to the logistics line P11, but not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 4, in the initial carrier recommendation list 410 corresponding to the non-shipping order, the sorting and the time efficiency of each logistics carrier are respectively as follows: the time efficiency is up to 90 percent for the logistics carrier object A, the time efficiency is up to 80 percent for the logistics carrier object C, the time efficiency is up to 70 percent for the logistics carrier object D, the time efficiency is up to 60 percent for the logistics carrier object B, and the time efficiency is up to 50 percent for the logistics carrier object E. The total evaluation times of the historical logistics evaluation data of the user account, such as the historical logistics evaluation data of the last half year, which are larger than the satisfaction threshold, namely the number of the good evaluation times is 30 times in total; the number of good scores of the logistics carrier object A, B, C, D, E is as follows: 6 times, 2 times, 10 times, 8 times, 0 times, other logistics carrier objects are non-target logistics carrier objects, and calculation is not performed; the good score duty ratios of the obtained logistics carrier objects A to E are respectively as follows: 0.2, 0.07, 0.33, 0.27, 0. And finally, adding the good score ratio of each target logistics carrier object to the time efficiency standard thereof to obtain the adjusted sorting weight of each target logistics carrier object. After adjustment, the sorting weight of the shipping carrier C is highest, and as shown in the adjusted shipping carrier recommendation list 420, the shipping carrier C becomes the most comprehensive time-efficient shipping carrier with the highest probability of being selected by the corresponding merchant.
Further, for the merchant corresponding to the non-shipping order, a corresponding subsidy may be given, for example, subsidy for the act of selecting the shipping carrier C by the merchant to prompt the merchant to select the shipping carrier that meets the user's preference.
In summary, the logistics carrier object recommending method of the invention adopts big data analysis and real-time calculation technology from the perspective of guaranteeing the shopping experience of users on the electronic commerce platform, analyzes the timeliness of the logistics carrier objects of each logistics line, forms a carrier object recommending list according to the timeliness, pushes the logistics carrier object recommending list to a corresponding merchant system, guides merchants to select the logistics carrier objects with high timeliness when delivering, and prompts, monitors and constrains the logistics carrier objects with substandard timeliness when the merchants select the logistics carrier objects, thereby preventing the logistics events damaging the rights and interests of consumers from happening and improving the shopping experience of users on the electronic commerce platform.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a device for recommending the logistics carrier objects, which can be used for realizing the method for recommending the logistics carrier objects described in any embodiment. The features and principles of the method of recommending a shipping carrier as described in any of the above embodiments are applicable to the following embodiments of the apparatus for recommending a shipping carrier. In the following embodiments of the object recommendation device, the description of the features and principles already explained regarding the object recommendation will not be repeated.
Fig. 5 shows main modules of the object recommendation device for logistics in the embodiment, and referring to fig. 5, the object recommendation device 500 for logistics in the embodiment includes: the target aging obtaining module 510 is configured to obtain target logistics aging of each logistics line according to the historical logistics data; the recommendation list obtaining module 520 is configured to calculate the time efficiency standard reaching rate of each logistics carrier object on each logistics line according to the target logistics time efficiency of each logistics line, and arrange each logistics carrier object of each logistics line in descending order according to the time efficiency standard reaching rate to obtain a carrier object recommendation list of each logistics line; a recommendation list pushing module 530 configured to push a carrier recommendation list of a logistics route starting from a shipping address of each merchant system to each merchant system.
Further, the apparatus 500 for recommending objects of the logistics carrier may further include modules for implementing other flow steps of the embodiments of the method for recommending objects of the logistics carrier, and specific principles of each module may refer to the description of the embodiments of the method for recommending objects of the logistics carrier, which is not repeated herein.
According to the logistics carrier object recommending device, timeliness of the logistics carrier objects of each logistics line is analyzed through big data analysis and real-time calculation technology, a carrier object recommending list is formed according to the timeliness, the logistics carrier objects are pushed to a corresponding merchant system, the logistics carrier objects with high timeliness are selected when the merchant delivers goods, and prompt, monitoring and restraint are carried out when the merchant selects the logistics carrier objects with substandard timeliness, so that logistics events which damage consumer rights and interests are prevented from occurring, and shopping experience of a user on an electronic commerce platform is improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides electronic equipment, which comprises a processor and a memory, wherein executable instructions are stored in the memory, and when the executable instructions are executed by the processor, the method for recommending the logistics carrier objects described in any embodiment is realized.
As described above, the electronic device analyzes the timeliness of the logistics carrier objects of each logistics line through the big data analysis and real-time calculation technology, forms a carrier object recommendation list according to the timeliness, pushes the logistics carrier objects to the corresponding merchant system, guides merchants to select the logistics carrier objects with high timeliness when delivering the logistics carrier objects, and prompts, monitors and constrains the logistics carrier objects with substandard timeliness when the merchants select the logistics carrier objects with substandard timeliness, so that the logistics events which damage the rights and interests of consumers are prevented from happening, and shopping experience of users on an electronic commerce platform is improved.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and it should be understood that fig. 6 is only a schematic diagram illustrating each module, and these modules may be virtual software modules or actual hardware modules, and the combination, splitting and addition of the remaining modules are all within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. Components of electronic device 600 include, but are not limited to: at least one processing unit 610, at least one memory unit 620, a bus 630 connecting the different platform components (including memory unit 620 and processing unit 610), a display unit 640, etc.
The storage unit stores therein a program code executable by the processing unit 610, such that the processing unit 610 performs the steps of the method for recommending a logistics carrier object described in any of the above embodiments. For example, the processing unit 610 may perform the steps shown in fig. 1 to 3.
The storage unit 620 may include readable media in the form of volatile storage units, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) 6201 and/or cache memory unit 6202, and may further include Read Only Memory (ROM) 6203.
The storage unit 620 may also include a program/utility 6204 having one or more program modules 6205, such program modules 6205 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each or some combination of which may include an implementation of a network environment.
Bus 630 may be a local bus representing one or more of several types of bus structures including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The electronic device 600 may also communicate with one or more external devices 700, which external devices 700 may be one or more of a keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc. These external devices 700 enable a user to interactively communicate with the electronic device 600. The electronic device 600 can also communicate with one or more other computing devices, including a router, modem, and the like. Such communication may occur through an input/output (I/O) interface 650. Also, electronic device 600 may communicate with one or more networks such as a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the Internet, through network adapter 660. The network adapter 660 may communicate with other modules of the electronic device 600 over the bus 630. It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in connection with electronic device 600, including, but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, data backup storage platforms, and the like.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium for storing a program, which when executed, implements the method for recommending the logistics carrier object described in any of the above embodiments. In some possible embodiments, the aspects of the invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code for causing a terminal device to carry out the method of logistics carrier recommendation described in any of the above embodiments, when the program product is run on the terminal device.
As described above, the computer readable storage medium of the present invention analyzes the timeliness of the logistics carrier objects of each logistics line through big data analysis and real-time calculation techniques, forms a carrier object recommendation list according to the timeliness, pushes the logistics carrier objects to a corresponding merchant system, guides merchants to select the logistics carrier objects with high timeliness when shipping, and carries out prompt, monitoring and constraint when merchants select the logistics carrier objects with substandard timeliness, so as to prevent the occurrence of logistics events which damage the rights and interests of consumers, and improve the shopping experience of users on an electronic commerce platform.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a computer-readable storage medium of the present invention. Referring to fig. 7, a program product 800 for implementing the above-described method according to an embodiment of the present invention is described, which may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program code, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present invention is not limited thereto, and in this document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. The readable storage medium can be, for example, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples of the readable storage medium include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, random Access Memory (RAM), read-only memory (ROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), optical fiber, portable compact disk read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable storage medium may include a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with readable program code embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A readable storage medium may also be any readable medium that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a readable storage medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C++ or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device, partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of remote computing devices, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device, such as through the Internet using an Internet service provider.

Claims (10)

1. A method of recommending a shipping carrier, comprising:
obtaining target logistics aging of each logistics line according to the historical logistics data;
according to the target logistics timeliness of each logistics line, calculating timeliness standard reaching rate of each logistics carrying object on each logistics line, and arranging each logistics carrying object of each logistics line in descending order according to the timeliness standard reaching rate to obtain a carrying object recommendation list of each logistics line;
pushing a carrier object recommendation list of the logistics route taking the shipping address of each merchant system as a starting point to each merchant system;
responding to a selection request of a carrier object recommendation list, judging whether the selected logistics carrier object carries an interception mark, wherein at least a plurality of last logistics carrier objects in the carrier object recommendation list carry the interception mark;
if yes, intercepting the selection request, and pushing a carrier object replacement prompt to a merchant system initiating the selection request;
after receiving the carrier object replacement prompt, selecting the current merchant system and the current logistics order of the logistics carrier object carrying the interception mark again;
monitoring the current logistics order, and judging whether the abnormal logistics order quantity exceeds a preset value;
If yes, filtering the logistics carrier objects carrying the interception mark from a carrier object recommendation list pushed to the current merchant system, obtaining a user account corresponding to the abnormal logistics order and an undelivered order of the user account, and adjusting the carrier object recommendation list corresponding to the undelivered order according to the logistics preference data of the user account.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the carrier recommendation list is updated and pushed every predetermined period;
the method for recommending the logistics carrier objects further comprises the following steps:
and monitoring whether the logistics nodes of all the logistics carrying objects are abnormal or not in a preset period between the updating pushing and the pushing, if so, obtaining an abnormal logistics line where the abnormal logistics nodes are located, and adding the interception identification to the logistics carrying objects corresponding to the abnormal logistics nodes in a carrying object recommendation list of the abnormal logistics line.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein monitoring whether the logistics node of each logistics carrier is abnormal comprises:
monitoring the feeding quantity and the discharging quantity of each logistics node of each logistics carrier object;
And judging that the logistics node is abnormal when the difference that the feeding amount of a logistics node is larger than the discharging amount in continuous preset time reaches the preset difference.
4. The method for recommending a physical distribution carrier according to claim 1, wherein said adjusting the carrier recommendation list corresponding to the non-shipping order according to the physical distribution preference data of the user account comprises:
obtaining total evaluation times greater than a satisfaction threshold from historical logistics evaluation data of the user account;
obtaining the evaluation frequency proportion of each target logistics carrier object of a carrier object recommendation list corresponding to the non-delivery order from the total evaluation frequency;
and adjusting the sorting weight of each target logistics carrier object according to the evaluation frequency proportion of each target logistics carrier object, wherein the sorting weight of each target logistics carrier object is the time efficiency standard reaching rate of the target logistics carrier object.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the abnormal logistics order amount exceeds a preset value comprises:
judging whether any of the following conditions occurs:
in the current logistics order, the actual logistics aging is delayed from the corresponding target logistics aging, and the logistics order ratio of which the delay time exceeds a time threshold exceeds a first ratio;
In the current logistics order, the ratio of the complained logistics order is higher than the average complaining ratio of all logistics carrying objects on the corresponding logistics line, and the higher ratio exceeds the second ratio;
if yes, judging that the abnormal material flow order quantity exceeds a preset value.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining a target logistics age for each logistics line comprises:
screening out a logistics line with a single logistics quantity exceeding a single threshold value from the historical logistics data;
calculating average logistics ageing of each logistics line;
and obtaining the target logistics ageing of each logistics line according to the average logistics ageing of each logistics line and the distance of the logistics line.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein said screening out a logistics line for which a logistics single exceeds a single threshold comprises:
obtaining shipping receiving addresses with the address level of all the logistics lines being the third-level address level;
according to the logistics list quantity of each logistics list quantity receiving and delivering address, obtaining a logistics list quantity exceeding the logistics list quantity threshold value and a superior address of the logistics list quantity not exceeding the logistics list quantity threshold value as a target address;
And taking the logistics line corresponding to the target address as a screened logistics line.
8. A shipping carrier recommendation device comprising:
the target aging acquisition module is configured to acquire target logistics aging of each logistics line according to the historical logistics data;
the recommendation list acquisition module is configured to calculate the time efficiency standard reaching the standard of each logistics carrying object on each logistics line according to the target logistics time efficiency of each logistics line, and arrange each logistics carrying object of each logistics line in descending order according to the time efficiency standard reaching standard to obtain a carrying object recommendation list of each logistics line;

if yes, intercepting the selection request, and pushing a carrier object replacement prompt to a merchant system initiating the selection request;
After receiving the carrier object replacement prompt, selecting the current merchant system and the current logistics order of the logistics carrier object carrying the interception mark again;
monitoring the current logistics order, and judging whether the abnormal logistics order quantity exceeds a preset value;
if yes, filtering the logistics carrier objects carrying the interception mark from a carrier object recommendation list pushed to the current merchant system, obtaining a user account corresponding to the abnormal logistics order and an undelivered order of the user account, and adjusting the carrier object recommendation list corresponding to the undelivered order according to the logistics preference data of the user account.

a processor;
a memory having executable instructions stored therein;
wherein the executable instructions, when executed by the processor, implement the method of logistics carrier recommendation of any one of claims 1-7.
