The invention discloses an anatomical measurement method for the circular arc radius of a common thread root, which comprises the following steps: cutting the thread longitudinally through a common thread center line by using linear cutting equipment, and manufacturing a sample after coarse grinding, fine grinding and polishing the section; observing the radius of the circular arc of the thread root by using a proper multiple under a metallographic microscope and collecting an image, wherein the proper multiple is 50 times or 100 times; analyzing and measuring the collected image by using an OLYCIA m3 metallographic image analysis system, and measuring the radius of the circular arc of the thread root by using a round tool in the advanced image measurement; and respectively measuring the radii of a plurality of arcs existing in the tooth root, adjusting the arcs of the measuring circle to coincide with the arcs of the measured tooth root as much as possible, and obtaining the radius of the measuring circle, namely the radius of the arc of the common thread tooth root. The size of the circular arc radius of the common thread root directly influences the performance of a thread piece bearing fatigue and impact load and often becomes a main reason causing the fracture and failure of the thread piece, so that the circular arc radius of the common thread root needs to be accurately measured in the quality detection of sampling and dissecting of the thread piece. The requirement of the radius of the circular arc of the tooth bottom of the common thread is clearly specified in GB/T197-2018 common thread tolerance, and the radius of the circular arc at each part of the tooth bottom is not less than 0.125P (P is the thread pitch). Because the radius of the circular arc at the bottom of the thread is generally smaller (less than or equal to 0.30mm), the size of the circular arc radius smaller than 0.3mm cannot be measured quantitatively by adopting the traditional methods such as an R lens, a projector, a universal tool microscope, a radius gauge and the like; the radius of the arc cannot be measured quantitatively by the R lens and the projector; the universal tool microscope can only indirectly measure the sizes of some screw teeth and then calculate the size of the arc radius according to the triangular relation, and the size cannot be directly obtained and has larger error; the lower limit of the radius gauge measuring tool is 0.30mm, only the radius of the tooth bottom which is a circular arc can be measured, and the radius which is less than 0.30mm and has a plurality of circular arcs at the tooth bottom cannot be measured.

4) and adjusting the arc of the measuring circle to coincide with the arc of the measured tooth root as much as possible, wherein the radius of the obtained measuring circle is the arc radius of the common thread tooth root.
A further improvement of the invention is that the split thread is directed past the normal thread centre line and perpendicular to the thread.
The invention is further improved in that the magnification of the sample under the metallographic microscope is 50-100 times.
A further improvement of the invention is that the method is capable of measuring the radius of a circular arc where there are multiple circular arcs of one root.
A further improvement of the invention is that the measured radius of the circular arc may be less than 0.30 mm.
The invention is further improved in that the coincidence line of the measured tooth bottom circular arc and the circle is not less than a quarter of the circumference.

4) and (3) respectively measuring the radii of the two circular arcs of the tooth root, adjusting the circular arc of the measuring circle to coincide with the circular arc of the measured tooth root by a quarter of a circle, wherein the radius of the obtained measuring circle is the radius of the circular arc of the common thread tooth root, and as shown in figure 1, the radii of the circular arcs on the left side and the right side of the tooth root are respectively 0.160mm and 0.134 mm.

4) and adjusting the arc of the measuring circle to coincide with the arc of the measured tooth root as much as possible, wherein the radius of the obtained measuring circle is the arc radius of the common thread tooth root.

4. An anatomical measurement of the radius of a common thread root as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method is capable of measuring the radius of a radius where there are a plurality of arcs of a root.
