Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, an auxiliary device for electrical service is provided, which includes an operation rod 100 and a mounting member 200, wherein the mounting member 200 is connected to the operation rod 100, an angle between the mounting member 200 and the operation rod 100 is adjustable, and the mounting member 200 is provided with a viewing mirror 300 and a light emitting member 400 spaced apart from the viewing mirror 300; wherein, a switch unit (not shown) for controlling the power on or off of the light emitting member 400 is provided on the operating lever 100 or the mounting member 200.
When the electrical equipment needs to be overhauled or troubleshooting, the auxiliary device for electrical overhaul is utilized to extend the mounting piece 200 into an inspection dead angle position (such as a right-angle bending position of a middle-voltage power cable elbow-shaped head, the back side of a lug fixing bolt, a cable cover plate memory and the like) of the electrical equipment through an observation hole, and then the condition of an electrical element at the inspection dead angle position is inspected by utilizing an inspection mirror surface 300; meanwhile, the angle between the mounting part 200 and the operating rod 100 can be flexibly adjusted according to the characteristics of the inspection dead angle position, so that the inspection mirror surface 300 can be used for inspecting the condition of the electrical element at the inspection dead angle position, and further, the faults, the defects and the hidden dangers can be inspected without dismounting the parts of the electrical equipment, and the inspection efficiency is favorably improved. In this process, if the light for inspecting the blind spot position is insufficient, the switch unit can be turned on, so that the light emitting member 400 is powered on to emit light, thereby facilitating the operation of inspecting the electrical components in the blind spot position through the inspection mirror 300.
Meanwhile, understandably, the device is used for inspection, so that the processes of dismounting, mounting, overturning and resetting the equipment to be inspected can be omitted, and the efficiency of troubleshooting equipment faults and hidden dangers is greatly improved; and the original installation working condition of the equipment to be detected is reserved to the maximum extent, and the real fault and hidden danger position characteristics are restored.
It should be noted that the "illuminating member 400" can be implemented by any conventional technique that meets the requirements of use. Such as LED lights, etc.
It should be noted that the "switch unit" may be implemented by any one of the prior art technologies that meet the use requirement, such as a toggle switch, a rotary switch, a push switch, and so on.
It should be noted that "mirror 300" may be implemented using any of a variety of known technologies that meet the requirements of a user. Such as lenses, metal surfaces, etc.
On the basis of the above embodiments, in one embodiment, one end of the operating rod 100 is connected with the mounting member 200 in a damping rotation manner, so that the angle between the mounting member 200 and the operating rod 100 is adjustable. Thus, the installation member 200 and the operation rod 100 can be rotated and stopped, and the operator can conveniently adjust the angle between the installation member 200 and the operation rod 100, so that the required image is formed on the viewing mirror 300.
It should be noted that "with damping rotation" belongs to the existing connection technology, and can be selected from various options.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, one end of the operating rod 100 is provided with a first rotating shaft, and the mounting member 200 is provided with an elastic clamping portion 210, and the elastic clamping portion 210 is in rotation-damping fit with the first rotating shaft. Thus, the first rotating shaft and the elastic clamping part 210 are in damping rotation fit, so that one end of the operating rod 100 is in damping rotation connection with the mounting piece 200, and the angle between the mounting piece 200 and the operating rod 100 is adjustable. Further, the mounting member 200 and the operating rod 100 can be stopped immediately after rotating, so that the operator can conveniently adjust the angle between the mounting member 200 and the operating rod 100, and the desired image can be formed on the viewing mirror 300.
Or, as shown in fig. 3, in another embodiment, the operating rod 100 is rotatably connected to the mounting member 200, so that the angle between the mounting member 200 and the operating rod 100 is adjustable; a first locking structure is arranged between the operating rod 100 and the mounting part 200, and when the first locking structure is released, the mounting part 200 can rotate relative to the operating rod 100; when the first locking structure is locked, the mounting member 200 is fixed with the operating lever 100. Thus, when the electrical equipment needs to be overhauled or troubleshot, in the process of checking the condition of the electrical element in the inspection dead angle position by using the inspection mirror 300 of the auxiliary device for electrical overhaul, if the image formed on the inspection mirror 300 is not complete or is not displayed, the first locking structure can be released, so that the mounting piece 200 can rotate relative to the operating rod 100, and after the required angle is obtained, the first locking structure is locked, so that the mounting piece 200 and the operating rod 100 are fixed; the mounting member 200 is then extended into the viewing angle by the operating rod 100, so that the desired image is formed on the viewing mirror 300.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment, the operating rod 100 is provided with a second rotating shaft, and the mounting member 200 is provided with a fitting hole 220 rotatably fitted with the second rotating shaft, and a first internal threaded hole 230 provided through a side wall of the fitting hole 220; the auxiliary device for electrical maintenance further includes a first fastening screw 500 cooperating with the first internal threaded hole 230 to form a first locking structure, and one end of the first fastening screw 500 can press against the second rotating shaft. When the first fastening screw 500 is loosened, one end of the first fastening screw 500 is spaced apart from the second rotating shaft, so that the mounting member 200 can rotate relative to the operating rod 100, facilitating the operator to perform the angle adjustment between the mounting member 200 and the operating rod 100; when the first fastening screw 500 is locked, one end of the first fastening screw 500 is pressed against the second rotating shaft, so that the mounting member 200 is fixed to the operating lever 100. When the electrical equipment needs to be overhauled or troubleshooting, in the process of checking the condition of the electrical element at the inspection dead angle position by using the inspection mirror surface 300 of the auxiliary device for electrical overhaul, if the image formed on the inspection mirror surface 300 is incomplete or not displayed, the first fastening screw 500 can be loosened, one end of the first fastening screw 500 and the second rotating shaft are arranged at intervals, so that the mounting piece 200 can rotate relative to the operating rod 100, and an operator can conveniently adjust the angle between the mounting piece 200 and the operating rod 100; after the required angle is obtained, the first fastening screw 500 is screwed down, so that one end of the first fastening screw 500 is pressed against the second rotating shaft, and the mounting member 200 is fixed with the operating rod 100; the mounting member 200 is then extended into the viewing angle by the operating rod 100, so that the desired image is formed on the viewing mirror 300.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of "the angle between the mounting member 200 and the operating rod 100 is adjustable" includes, but is not limited to, any of the above embodiments, and also includes other angle adjustment manners capable of achieving rotation and stop.
In one embodiment, the lever 100 is connected to the mounting member 200 by a universal tube such as a gooseneck, which also allows angular adjustment of the two.
In addition to any of the above embodiments, in one embodiment, the length of the operating rod 100 is adjustable. Thus, the length of the operating rod 100 can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the electrical equipment, so that an operator can obtain an image of the viewing dead angle position of the electrical equipment.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, in an embodiment, the operating rod 100 includes at least two rod bodies 130 nested in each other, and the two adjacent rod bodies 130 are connected in a damping sliding manner. Thus, the adjacent rods 130 can be moved and stopped immediately, which is convenient for the operator to adjust the length of the operating rod 100, so as to extend the mounting member 200 into the viewing position, and form the required image by using the viewing mirror 300.
It should be noted that "slide with damping" belongs to the existing connection technology, and may be selected from various options, and is not described herein again.
Or, as shown in fig. 4, in another embodiment, the operating rod 100 includes at least two rod bodies 130 nested in each other, a second locking structure is disposed between two adjacent rod bodies 130, and when the second locking structure is released, the two adjacent rod bodies 130 can slide relatively; when the second locking structure is locked, two adjacent rods 130 are fixed. Thus, when the electrical equipment needs to be overhauled or troubleshot, in the process of checking the condition of the electrical element in the inspection dead angle position by using the inspection mirror 300 of the auxiliary device for electrical overhaul, if the inspection mirror 300 cannot reach the inspection position, the second locking structure can be released, so that the two adjacent rod bodies 130 can move relatively, and the length of the operating rod 100 meets the inspection requirement; then the second locking structure is locked, so that the length of the operating rod 100 is fixed; finally, the mounting member 200 is extended into the viewing position by the operating rod 100, and the desired image is obtained by the viewing mirror 300.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, between two adjacent rod bodies 130, one of the rod bodies is a first rod, and the other rod is a second rod, the first rod is provided with a sleeve hole for inserting the second rod, and a second internal threaded hole 132 penetrating through the sleeve hole; the auxiliary device for electrical overhaul further comprises a second fastening screw 600 which is matched with the second internal threaded hole 132 to form a second locking structure, and one end of the second fastening screw 600 can be abutted against the second rod; when the second fastening screw 600 is loosened, one end of the second fastening screw 600 is spaced apart from the second rod so that the second rod can slide in the sleeve hole; when the second fastening screw 600 is locked, one end of the second fastening screw 600 abuts against the second rod, so that the first rod and the second rod are fixed. When the electrical equipment needs to be overhauled or troubleshot, in the process of checking the condition of the electrical element in the inspection dead angle position by using the inspection mirror surface 300 of the auxiliary device for electrical overhaul, if the inspection mirror surface 300 cannot reach the inspection position, the second fastening screw 600 can be loosened, and one end of the second fastening screw 600 and the second rod are arranged at intervals, so that the first rod can move relative to the second rod, and the length of the operating rod 100 meets the inspection requirement; after the required length is obtained, the second fastening screw 600 is screwed down, so that one end of the second fastening screw is pressed against the second rod, and the first rod and the second rod are fixed; finally, the mounting member 200 is extended into the viewing position by the operating rod 100, and the desired image is obtained by the viewing mirror 300.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of "the length of the operating rod 100 is adjustable" includes, but is not limited to, any of the above embodiments, and also includes other ways that the length adjustment can be implemented.
For example, in one embodiment, the lever 100 is a gooseneck.
The material of the lever 100 may be selected as needed. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the operating rod 100 is made of an insulating material.
In addition to any of the above embodiments, in an embodiment, the auxiliary device for electrical service further includes a battery (not shown) disposed inside the operating rod 100, and the battery is electrically connected to the light emitting member 400 through a switch unit. Therefore, the light-emitting member 400 can be supplied with electric energy without an external power supply, and is convenient to carry.
In addition to any of the above embodiments, in one embodiment, the light emitting member 400 includes a visible light emitter (not shown) and an ultraviolet light emitter (not shown). Thus, the device has three light source modes:
1. natural light source mode. With natural light illumination, all of the glowing members 400 are turned off, with no means from the laser source.
2. A visible light source mode. Under the condition that the natural light source is insufficient and cannot meet the requirement of inspection, the device provides illumination for the inspection operation by taking the visible light luminous body arranged on the mounting part 200 as an original light source so as to obtain a required image. And the quartz glass with increased surface granularity can be used for light source uniformity to form a visible light band light source.
3. Ultraviolet light source mode. The device forms an ultraviolet light source through the visible light luminophor arranged on the mounting part 200, obtains an approximate radiation state point light source, can provide observation conditions for inspecting defect hidden dangers with fluorescence characteristics, and has higher and more accurate inspection effects on defects which are easy to induce major accidents such as discharging, aging and the like.
