So that the manner in which the above recited aspects, features and advantages of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Example one
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, an air cleaning assembly includes: a water washing and purifying device 1 for purifying air; and the control device is connected with the washing and purifying device 1 and is used for controlling the washing and purifying device 1 to operate according to the comparison result of the humidity value and the humidity threshold value of the current environment.
The air purification assembly provided by the invention comprises a washing purification device 1 for purifying air and a control device for controlling the washing purification device 1 to operate, wherein before the control device controls the washing purification device 1 to operate, the control device determines whether the washing purification device 1 purifies the air or not by comparing the current environment humidity with a humidity threshold value, so that the phenomenon that the current environment humidity is too high or too low due to the operation of the washing purification device 1 in related embodiments, and the comfort of a user is further influenced, is avoided.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control device is specifically configured to: receiving a concentration value of formaldehyde and/or total volatile organic compounds of a current environment; determining that the concentration value of the formaldehyde and/or the total volatile organic compounds is greater than or equal to a specified concentration threshold value, and executing the step of controlling the operation of the water washing purification device 1 according to the comparison result of the humidity value of the current environment and the humidity threshold value.
In this embodiment, before controlling the water washing purification apparatus 1 according to the comparison result between the humidity value of the current environment and the humidity threshold, the control device further determines the relationship between the concentration value of formaldehyde and/or total volatile organic compounds of the current environment and the specified concentration threshold, and performs the step of controlling the water washing purification apparatus 1 according to the comparison result between the humidity value of the current environment and the humidity threshold only when it is determined that the concentration value of formaldehyde and/or total volatile organic compounds is greater than or equal to the specified concentration threshold, so that the automatic activation of the water washing purification apparatus 1 is realized and the user experience is improved by using the concentration value of formaldehyde and/or total volatile organic compounds of the current environment as the control factor for controlling the operation of the water washing purification apparatus 1.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control device is specifically configured to: determining that the humidity value of the current environment is smaller than a humidity threshold value, and controlling the water washing and purifying device 1 to operate; or determining that the humidity value of the current environment is greater than or equal to the humidity threshold value, and controlling the water washing and purifying device 1 to stop running.
In this embodiment, when determining that the humidity value of the current environment is smaller than the humidity threshold, the control device controls the water washing purification device 1 to operate so as to humidify the current environment, and determines that the humidity value of the current environment is greater than or equal to the humidity threshold, thereby avoiding the occurrence of situations such as user discomfort caused by overhigh humidity value of the current environment, and facilitating the control of energy consumption.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the air purification assembly further comprises: the electric purification device 2 is connected with the control device and is used for purifying air; the control device is further configured to: receiving a particulate matter concentration value of a current environment; and controlling the operation of the electric purification device 2 according to the comparison result of the concentration value of the particulate matters and the concentration threshold value.
In this embodiment, through the particulate matter concentration value that obtains current environment to whether confirm to launch electric purification device 2 and purify current environment, compare with washing purifier 1, electric purification device 2 does not change current environment humidity in purification process, and then utilizes electric purification device 2 to carry out air purification to current environment, and then has improved current user's comfort level.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control device is specifically configured to: determining that the concentration value of the particulate matters is smaller than a concentration threshold value, and controlling the electric purification device 2 to stop running; or determining that the concentration value of the particulate matters is greater than or equal to the concentration threshold value, and controlling the operation of the electric purification device 2.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the particulate matter concentration value is less than the concentration threshold value, the electric purification apparatus 2 is controlled to stop operating to reduce the energy consumption, and when it is determined that the particulate matter concentration value is greater than or equal to the concentration threshold value, the electric purification apparatus 2 is controlled to operate to reduce the particulate matter concentration in the current environment to improve the comfort of the current environment.
In one embodiment of the present invention, further comprising: the fan device 3 is connected with the control device; the control device is further configured to: determining the operation of the water washing purification device 1 and/or the electric purification device 2, and controlling the operation of the fan device 3.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the water washing purification device 1 and/or the electric purification device 2 are/is operated, the fan device 3 is controlled to operate, and the characteristics that the air flow is accelerated when the fan device 3 is operated are utilized, so that the humidity and the particulate matter concentration at each position of the current environment are uniformly distributed, and the occurrence of the situations that the local humidity is too high and/or the particulate matter concentration is too low and the like is avoided.
In one embodiment of the invention, the control means is further adapted to: searching the windshield of the last operation of the fan device 3; or searching or receiving a set windshield of the fan device 3; and determining the operation of the water washing and purifying device 1, and controlling the fan device 3 to operate according to the last operation windshield or the set windshield.
In this embodiment, the fan device 3 can operate according to the windshield that has been operated last time, and thus, a user does not need to set an operation windshield, and the participation of the user is reduced; the fan device 3 can also search for a set windshield or receive the set windshield to operate, so that the rotating speed of the fan device 3 can be adjusted, and the air purification speed can be increased.
Alternatively, the setting damper of the receiving fan device 3 may be a repeated reception on the premise that the setting damper has been received, i.e., a damper for adjusting the operation of the fan device 3.
In one embodiment of the invention, a water washing filter screen is arranged in the water washing purification device 1; the control device is further configured to: and receiving a rotating speed adjusting instruction, and adjusting the rotating speed of the washing filter screen according to the rotating speed adjusting instruction.
In this embodiment, washing purifier 1 rotates through the washing filter screen and realizes air purification and humidity control, receiving rotational speed adjustment instruction, adjusts the rotational speed of washing filter screen according to rotational speed adjustment instruction, and then realizes the controllability of humidification speed and purification rate, if control purification time to reduce washing purifier 1 operation in-process noise, and then improve user's use and experience.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control device is specifically configured to: and determining that an instruction for starting an air purification function is received, and receiving the current environment humidity value.
In this embodiment, when receiving an instruction to start the air purification function, the current environment humidity value is received, where the instruction to start the air purification function may be manually set by a user, may be automatically triggered when the operation time length of the air purification assembly is greater than or equal to a specified time length, or may be automatically generated after detecting that the humidity value of the current environment is greater than the specified value.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control device is specifically configured to: and determining that an instruction for closing the air purification function is received, and controlling at least one of the water washing purification device 1, the electric purification device 2 and the fan device 3 to stop operating.
In this embodiment, the instruction for turning off the air purification function may be manually set by a user, or may be automatically triggered when the operation time of the air purification assembly is longer than or equal to a specified time, or may be automatically generated after detecting that the concentration of particulate matter in the current environment is smaller than or equal to a specified value, so as to turn off the purification function.
In one embodiment of the invention, the humidity threshold is a lower human comfort humidity limit or an upper human comfort humidity limit.
In an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of an air purification assembly, fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of an air purification assembly at a first viewing angle, fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of fig. 2 in a direction a-a, wherein an electric purification device 2 is disposed between a fan device 3 and a water washing purification device 1, and as shown in fig. 3, the water washing purification device 1 further includes a water supply component 12, wherein the water supply component 12 is composed of a water tank, a water tank bracket, a spray pipe, a bearing, an adapter, a water delivery hose, a water pump, and the like.
Optionally, the water washing purification device 1 further comprises a water supply component 12, wherein the water supply component 12 is composed of a water tank, a water tank support and an automatic water absorption and water throwing module integrated with the water washing filter screen, and the water supply component 12 continuously supplies water in the operation process of the water washing purification device 1.
Optionally, the washing purification device 1 further comprises a washing motor 14 for controlling the washing filter screen to operate, and a motor support assembly 16, wherein the motor support assembly 16 comprises a motor support and a bearing; the washing filter screen is arranged on the net grid.
Alternatively, a temperature adjusting unit is provided in the water tank of the water supply part 12, and the user acquires the temperature of the purified liquid.
Optionally, the current ambient temperature value, the current ambient humidity, and the particulate matter concentration information of the current environment are acquired by a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, and a particulate matter concentration sensor arranged at an air inlet of the air purification assembly.
Fig. 4 shows a cross-sectional view along the direction B-B in fig. 2, wherein the air outlet of the fan device 3 is correspondingly arranged.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the electrical purification apparatus 2 is an Intense magnetic Field (IFD) apparatus using Dielectric material as a carrier, fig. 5 shows a schematic structural view of the combined water washing purification apparatus 1, the electrical purification apparatus 2 and the blower apparatus 3 at a second viewing angle, optionally, the electrical purification apparatus 2 is composed of an IFD module, an IFD mounting housing, etc., fig. 6 shows a cross-sectional view of fig. 5 along the direction C-C, as shown in fig. 6, the IFD module is in a disc shape, the IFD module includes a front and rear limiting structure 22, two correspondingly disposed left and right limiting structures 24 and a mounting handle 26, and the mounting handle 26 is disposed opposite to the front and rear limiting structure 22.
Alternatively, the IFD module includes at least one sheet-shaped positive electrode, at least one sheet-shaped negative electrode disposed opposite to the positive electrode, and at least one gas passage having an air inlet and an air outlet and disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and the gas passage is isolated from the positive electrode and the negative electrode by an insulating member, and specifically, when the electrical purification apparatus 2 is operated (i.e., powered on), the sheet-shaped positive electrode and the sheet-shaped negative electrode are powered on, and at this time, dust and the like entering from the air inlet are charged through a space containing free ions, and change the moving direction under the action of an electric field formed by the sheet-shaped positive electrode and the sheet-shaped negative electrode, and are adsorbed by the insulating.
Optionally, the IFD module is provided with an active MnO2 catalytic mesh to adsorb formaldehyde gas in the current environment.
Optionally, the fan device 3 is composed of a fan blade, a motor, and a volute, and the fan blade is driven to rotate by controlling the motor to rotate.
Optionally, the fan device 3 is composed of a fan blade, a motor, a volute and a motor cover, and the fan blade is driven to rotate by controlling the motor to rotate.
Fig. 7 shows an operation schematic diagram of the air purification assembly when purifying air, wherein the arrow direction shows the flowing direction of air, specifically, dirty air enters the water washing purification device 1 through an air inlet on the housing of the water washing purification device 1, and is filtered by at least one layer of water washing filter screen rotating at high speed, larger particulate matters (more than PM 2.5) in the dirty air, formaldehyde and the like are captured and filtered by the water washing filter screen, smaller particulate matters (less than PM 2.5) in the air after being washed by the water washing purification device 1 are captured by the IFD module, and then the air purification is completed.
Wherein formaldehyde is provided as MnO on the IFD module2The mesh catalytically decomposes into carbon dioxide and water.
Specifically, the operation process of the water washing purification device 1 comprises the following steps: fig. 8 shows an operation schematic diagram of the water supply unit 12, as shown in fig. 8, water in the water tank is driven by the water pump, and enters the spray pipe through the input water delivery hose, the water entering the spray pipe is sprayed onto each layer of high-speed rotating water washing filter net (such as a disc filter net) through the water spray outlet arranged above each layer of water washing filter net (such as a disc filter net) under the action of the pressure of the water pump, then, under the action of centrifugal force, water drops generate centrifugal motion, the diameter of the water drops is reduced, the water drops are finally thrown onto the inner wall of the water washing shell, the water drops are collected on the inner wall surface of the water washing shell, then, the water drops flow along the inner wall on the water tank mounting bracket, and are converged on the mounting bracket and finally return.
Example two
In one embodiment of the present invention, the air cleaning assembly is provided in an air conditioner, fig. 9 shows a schematic structural view of the air conditioner, in which the electric cleaning apparatus 2 is detachably provided on the air conditioner, fig. 10 shows a right side view of the air conditioner in fig. 9, fig. 11 shows a front view of the air conditioner in fig. 9, fig. 12 shows a sectional view taken along a direction D-D in fig. 11, and as shown in fig. 12, the water cleaning apparatus 1, the electric cleaning apparatus 2, and the air cleaner apparatus 3 are provided under an evaporator part in combination.
Alternatively, the water washing purification device 1 is arranged at the lower side of the shell of the air conditioner, and the water washing purification device 1 and/or the fresh air pipe of the air conditioner are arranged in the shell except the air inlet pipe and the fresh air pipe of the air conditioner.
Optionally, the housing of the air conditioner includes: preceding shell, backshell, top cap, base. The rear shell is provided with a rear cover plate and an evaporator air inlet grille; the front shell can be a whole, or can be divided into an upper front shell and a lower front shell, and an air outlet of an air conditioner is arranged on the front shell.
Optionally, a fresh air pipe of the air conditioner is fixed on the rear shell of the air conditioner, an air inlet pipe of the water washing and purifying device 1 is arranged on the rear shell and/or the front shell of the air conditioner, and an air outlet of the fan device 3 is arranged on the front shell and/or the rear shell of the air conditioner.
Optionally, the air conditioner is further provided with an air-conditioning fan device, wherein the air-conditioning fan device is used in cooperation with the evaporator part.
EXAMPLE III
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, there is provided a control method of an air purification assembly, for the air purification assembly of any of the above embodiments, wherein the control method of the air purification assembly includes:
s102, receiving a humidity value of the current environment;
and S104, controlling the water washing purification device of the air purification assembly to operate according to the comparison result of the humidity value of the current environment and the humidity threshold value.
According to the control method of the air purification assembly, before the water washing purification device is controlled to operate, whether the water washing purification device purifies air or not is determined by comparing the current environment humidity with the humidity threshold value, and the problem that in related embodiments, the current environment humidity is too high or too low due to the operation of the water washing purification device, and therefore the comfort of a user is affected is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14, a control method of an air cleaning assembly includes:
s202, receiving a humidity value of the current environment and a concentration value of formaldehyde and/or total volatile organic compounds of the current environment;
s204, determining that the concentration value of the formaldehyde and/or the total volatile organic compounds is greater than or equal to a specified concentration threshold value, and controlling the water washing and purifying device of the air purifying assembly to operate according to the comparison result of the humidity value and the humidity threshold value of the current environment.
In this embodiment, before controlling the water washing purification apparatus according to the comparison result between the humidity value of the current environment and the humidity threshold, the relationship between the concentration value of formaldehyde and/or total volatile organic compounds of the current environment and the specified concentration threshold is further determined, and the step of controlling the water washing purification apparatus according to the comparison result between the humidity value of the current environment and the humidity threshold is executed only when it is determined that the concentration value of formaldehyde and/or total volatile organic compounds is greater than or equal to the specified concentration threshold.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the step of controlling the water washing and purifying device to operate according to the comparison result between the humidity value of the current environment and the humidity threshold specifically includes: determining that the humidity value of the current environment is smaller than a humidity threshold value, and controlling the water washing and purifying device to operate; or determining that the humidity value of the current environment is greater than or equal to the humidity threshold value, and controlling the water washing purification device to stop running.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the humidity value of the current environment is smaller than the humidity threshold, the washing purification apparatus is controlled to operate so as to humidify the current environment, and it is determined that the humidity value of the current environment is greater than or equal to the humidity threshold, thereby avoiding the occurrence of situations such as user discomfort caused by excessively high humidity value of the current environment, and facilitating the control of energy consumption.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, the control method of the air cleaning assembly further includes:
s302, receiving a particulate matter concentration value of the current environment;
s304, controlling the electric purification device of the air purification assembly to operate according to the comparison result of the concentration value of the particulate matters and the concentration threshold value.
In this embodiment, through the particulate matter concentration value that obtains current environment to whether confirm to launch electric purification device and purify current environment, compare with washing purifier, electric purification device does not change current environment humidity at the purification in-process, and then utilizes electric purification device to carry out air purification to current environment, and then has improved current user's comfort level.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the step of controlling the operation of the electric purification apparatus of the air purification assembly according to the comparison result between the particulate matter concentration value and the concentration threshold value specifically includes: determining that the concentration value of the particulate matters is smaller than a concentration threshold value, and controlling the electric purification device to stop running; or determining that the concentration value of the particulate matters is greater than or equal to the concentration threshold value, and controlling the electric purification device to operate.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the particulate matter concentration value is less than the concentration threshold value, the electric purification apparatus is controlled to stop operating to reduce the energy consumption, and when it is determined that the particulate matter concentration value is greater than or equal to the concentration threshold value, the electric purification apparatus is controlled to operate to reduce the particulate matter concentration in the current environment to improve the comfort of the current environment.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the control method of the air cleaning assembly further includes: and determining the operation of the water washing purification device and/or the electric purification device, and controlling the operation of a fan device of the air purification assembly.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the washing purification device and/or the electric purification device are/is operated, the fan device is controlled to operate, the characteristic that the air flow is accelerated when the fan device is operated is utilized, and meanwhile, the humidity and the particulate matter concentration at each position of the current environment are uniformly distributed, so that the occurrence of the situations that the local humidity is too high and/or the particulate matter concentration is too low and the like is avoided.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16, the step of controlling the operation of the fan device of the air purification assembly specifically includes:
s402, searching the windshield of the fan device in the last operation; or searching or receiving a set windshield of the fan device;
and S404, determining the operation of the water washing purification device, and controlling the fan device to operate according to the last operated windshield or the set windshield.
In the embodiment, the fan device can operate according to the last operating windshield, so that a user does not need to set the operating windshield, and the participation degree of the user is reduced; the fan device can also search for a set windshield or receive the set windshield to operate, so that the rotating speed of the fan device can be adjusted, and the air purification speed can be increased.
Alternatively, receiving a set damper for the fan device may be a repeated receipt of the damper that has received the setting, i.e. a damper that adjusts the operation of the fan device.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the control method of the air cleaning assembly further includes: and receiving a rotating speed adjusting instruction, and adjusting the rotating speed of a washing filter screen of the washing purification device according to the rotating speed adjusting instruction.
In this embodiment, washing purifier realizes through washing filter screen rotation that air purification and humidity control, receiving rotational speed adjustment instruction, according to rotational speed adjustment instruction adjustment washing filter screen's rotation rate, and then realizes the controllability of humidification speed and purification rate, if control purification time to reduce washing purifier operation in-process noise, and then improve user's use and experience.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the step of receiving the humidity value of the current environment specifically includes: and determining that an instruction for starting an air purification function is received, and receiving the current environment humidity value.

s502, receiving a humidity value of the current environment and a particulate matter concentration value of the current environment;
s504, determining that the humidity value of the current environment is smaller than the humidity threshold value and the concentration value of the particulate matters is smaller than the concentration threshold value, controlling the electric purification device to stop running, and controlling the water washing purification device and the fan device to run.
Optionally, the electric purification device is controlled to stop operating for a first time period, and the water washing purification device and the fan device are controlled to operate for the first time period.
In the embodiment, the humidification treatment of the current environment is realized by controlling the operation of the water washing purification device.
