The outer ring fire cover 2 and the inner ring fire cover 4 in the burner of the gas stove can effectively prevent the fire holes from being blocked, and have the functions of guiding and containing liquid, and the cleaning difficulty of overflowing liquid is reduced. Meanwhile, a space channel formed between the external liquid storage tank 3 and the internal liquid storage tank 5 plays a role in directional flow guide of secondary air, so that the external secondary air is directly supplied to the internal fire holes 40 after coming in, and full combustion is facilitated. The top wall of the outer ring fire cover 2 is obliquely arranged, so that overflow can flow inwards to the outer liquid storage tank 3 as much as possible, and smoke generated by the inner ring has a directional flow guiding effect, so that the smoke can be fully and effectively contacted with the bottom of the pot, and the heat efficiency is improved. In order to further prevent overflowing liquid from flowing outwards behind the top of the outer ring fire cover 2 to block the fire hole, a gap 24 is arranged on the top of the outer ring fire cover 2, so that overflowing liquid can flow into the outer liquid storage tank 3 after flowing from the top of the outer ring fire cover 2 to the gap 24. And the air guide channel 400 for supplying secondary air upwards is also designed at the secondary air guide channel 300, so that air is conveniently supplied to the inner side of the flame of the outer ring fire hole from the gap to be beneficial to full combustion, and meanwhile, an air layer can be formed in the gap 24 to play a heat insulation role, so that the heat transfer of the top plate 22 of the outer ring fire cover 2 to the lower part can be reduced, and the heat efficiency is further improved.

1. A burner of a gas stove comprises
A base (1);
the outer ring fire cover (2) is annular, is arranged on the base (1) and forms an outer ring gas mixing chamber with the base (1), and an outer fire hole (20) communicated with the outer ring gas mixing chamber is formed in the outer ring wall of the outer ring fire cover (2) along the circumferential direction;
the method is characterized in that: the top surface of the outer ring fire cover (2) is gradually inclined downwards from the outer edge to the center along the radial direction, and an annular outer liquid storage tank (3) extending inwards from the wall surface of the inner ring wall of the outer ring gas mixing chamber along the circumferential direction is arranged.
