the gas coming out of the annular fire outlet gap 13 is firstly ignited to form outer ring flame after being ignited by the ignition needle; then, through the fire transfer of the fire transfer groove 6 between the annular fire outlet gap 13 and the middle ring fire hole unit 15, the gas coming out of the first middle fire hole 151 and the second middle fire hole 152 in the middle ring fire hole unit 15 is ignited to form middle ring flame; then, under the action of the flame stabilizing groove 14 between the second middle fire hole 152 and the inner ring fire hole 12 (at this time, the flame stabilizing groove 14 also has the function of fire transfer), the fuel gas coming out of the inner ring fire hole 12 is ignited to form inner ring flame;
because the inner ring fire holes 12 are inclined holes, all the inner ring fire holes 12 are arranged in a counterclockwise rotary direction on the whole, and the formed inner ring flame is a rotary flame which can enable the flame to be combusted more fully and improve the contact area between the flame and the bottom of the pot;
the annular fire outlet gap 13 forms annular outer ring flame, an independent gas channel is formed between two adjacent convex ribs 23, and the outer ring flame from the independent gas channel can be connected into a whole to be annular; because the fire coming out of the independent gas channel is large, the convex rib 23 is contacted with the opposite surface of the upper cover 1 without fire or is not contacted with the opposite surface of the upper cover 1 but with small fire, so that the top of the formed flame is an independent flame, which is beneficial to the supplement of secondary air and the full combustion of the gas; the convex ribs 23 guide the fuel gas to uniformly flow out along the radial direction, so that the generation of vortex is effectively reduced, and the flame is uniform and stable; all the convex ribs 23 are arranged in a clockwise or anticlockwise rotation direction on the whole, under the same fire cover size, the contact area of outer ring flame and the bottom of the cooker is increased, and the heat efficiency is improved; thus, the inner ring flames from the corresponding air guide holes 22 vertically extend, and the outer ring flames from the annular fire outlet gap 13 transversely spread, so that the contact area between the flames and the bottom of the cooker is enlarged, the inner ring flames and the outer ring flames are prevented from interfering with each other, and the heating efficiency is improved;
when the liquid overflowing occurs, the overflowing liquid can drip from the blocking eaves 18 of the upper cover 1, and the influence of the overflowing liquid on the annular fire outlet gap 13 is reduced; the overflowing liquid can also flow into the first liquid guide hole 11 and the second liquid guide hole 21 through the liquid guide groove 16; the overflow liquid can flow to the upper surface of the boss 17, the overflow liquid flowing to the upper surface of the boss 17 is divided into two parts, wherein one part flows away from two ends of the notch of the boss 17 because the upper surface of the boss 17 is slightly inclined upwards and inwards, and the other part of the overflow liquid passes through the first middle fire hole 151 and the second middle fire hole 152 from above the boss 17 to form the effect similar to a water curtain hole; in addition, the first middle fire hole 151 and the second middle fire hole 152 are obliquely arranged, the sprayed airflow impacts overflowing liquid, and the effect of a water curtain hole is further enhanced, so that the overflowing liquid is not easy to enter the first middle fire hole 151 and the second middle fire hole 152;
after the occurrence of the cooker spill, the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 are separately cleaned, thereby easily cleaning the fire gap 13.
As shown in fig. 13 to 17, the present invention also provides a burner to which the above-described split fire cover is applied. FIGS. 18 to 19 are schematic views showing the burner of the present invention mounted on a panel of a cooktop. The burner comprises a liquid containing disc 5, a burner 4, a supporting seat 3 and a split type fire cover which are arranged from bottom to top in sequence, wherein an ignition needle 7 is arranged on the supporting seat 3;
wherein, the furnace end 4 is provided with a gas cavity; the burner 4 is provided with an air inlet 41 and an air outlet 42 which are communicated with the gas cavity, the air outlet 42 is provided with two air outlets which are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction and close to the upper edge of the burner 4, and each air outlet 42 is communicated with the air guide hole 22 of the lower cover 2;
the supporting seat 3 is arranged above the burner 4 and used for supporting the split fire cover, a through hole 31 which is sleeved on the outer wall of the corresponding air outlet 42 is arranged at the position, close to the outer periphery, of the supporting seat 3, the supporting seat 3 is annular, a third liquid guide hole 32 is formed in the peripheral wall of the inner periphery, and the supporting seat is communicated with a second liquid guide hole 11 of the lower cover 2; a fourth liquid guide hole 43 communicated with the third liquid guide hole 32 is formed by a distance between the furnace end 4 and the supporting seat 3;
the ignition needle 7 is arranged on the supporting seat 3 and is adjacent to the outer periphery of the split type fire cover, and the upper end of the ignition needle 7 is adjacent to one of the fire transfer grooves 6;
the liquid containing disc 5 is planar so as to be convenient for cleaning, and is arranged between the furnace end 4 and the panel 10 of the stove, and the liquid containing disc 5 is in liquid circulation with the fourth liquid guide hole 43.
The working principle and the using process of the burner are as follows:
a liquid containing disc 5 is arranged on a panel 10 of the stove, a burner 4 is arranged on the liquid containing disc 5, a supporting seat 3 is arranged on the burner 4, so that a through hole 31 of the supporting seat 3 is sleeved outside the outer wall of an air outlet 42 of the burner 4, and a split fire cover is arranged on the supporting seat 3; the gas enters the gas cavity through the gas inlet 41 and then is discharged through the gas outlet 42, and the gas outlet 42 is communicated with the gas guide hole 22 of the lower cover 2;
the ignition needle 7 is arranged outside the outer periphery of the lower cover 2 and below the baffle ledge 18 of the upper cover 1; after the ignition needle 7 is ignited, fire is transferred between the annular fire outlet gap 13 and the middle ring fire hole unit 15 through the fire transfer groove 6;
the arrangement of the two air outlets 42 increases the retention time of the fuel gas in the furnace end 4, avoids large change of local fuel gas components and flow rate, enables the overall components and flow rate of the fuel gas to be uniform, enables the flame temperature to be uniform, and reduces the amount of flue gas; then, the fuel gas enters the lower concave surface of the lower cover 2 through the gas guide hole 22 of the lower cover 2, and then inner ring flame, middle flame and outer ring flame are formed according to the working principle of the split type fire cover;
when the cooker overflows, the overflow can drop from the brim 18 of the upper cover 1, so that the influence of the overflow on the annular fire gap 13 is reduced; the overflowing liquid can flow into the liquid containing tray 5 after flowing into the first liquid guide hole 11, the second liquid guide hole 21, the third liquid guide hole 32 and the fourth liquid guide hole 43 through the liquid guide groove 16; the overflow liquid can flow to the upper surface of the boss 17, the overflow liquid flowing to the upper surface of the boss 17 is divided into two parts, wherein one part flows away from two ends of the notch of the boss 17 because the upper surface of the boss 17 is slightly inclined upwards and inwards, and the other part of the overflow liquid passes through the first middle fire hole 151 and the second middle fire hole 152 from above the boss 17 to form the effect similar to a water curtain hole; in addition, the first middle fire hole 151 and the second middle fire hole 152 are obliquely arranged, the sprayed airflow impacts overflowing liquid, and the effect of a water curtain hole is further enhanced, so that the overflowing liquid is not easy to enter the first middle fire hole 151 and the second middle fire hole 152; thus effectively preventing the overflowing liquid of the cooker from blocking the fire hole;
in addition, secondary air can enter the inner ring fire hole 12 through the fourth liquid guide hole 43, the third liquid guide hole 32, the second liquid guide hole 21 and the first liquid guide hole 11 in sequence and is supplemented to the inner ring fire hole 12, and full combustion of gas is facilitated.

Claims (16)

1. A split fire lid comprising an upper lid (1) and a lower lid (2) both annular in shape, wherein the upper lid (1) rests on the lower lid (2) and both have a gap at least adjacent the outer periphery to form an annular fire gap (13), characterized in that: the lower cover (2) is provided with a plurality of convex ribs (23) at intervals along the circumferential direction at least on the surface adjacent to the outer periphery and opposite to the upper cover (1), relatively independent gas channels are formed between the adjacent convex ribs (23), and the convex ribs (23) are inclined relative to the peripheral line at least at the periphery adjacent to the lower cover (2), so that all the convex ribs (23) are arranged in a clockwise or anticlockwise rotating direction on the whole;
the lower cover (2) is provided with a plurality of through air vents (22) on the bottom wall (2a), and the upper cover (1) is provided with at least one circle of inner ring fire holes (12) which are arranged along the circumferential direction at the corresponding position.
2. The split fire cover of claim 1, wherein: the air guide holes (22) on the lower cover (2) are inclined holes, and the inner ring fire holes (12) corresponding to the upper cover (1) are also inclined holes and have the same inclination direction as the air guide holes (22) at the corresponding positions.
3. The split fire cover of claim 2, wherein: all the inner ring fire holes (12) on the upper cover (1) are arranged in a clockwise or anticlockwise spiral direction on the whole.
4. The split fire cover of claim 2, wherein: the inclination angle d of the air guide hole (22) of the lower cover (2) relative to the horizontal plane is 40-60 degrees.
5. The split fire cover of claim 2, wherein: the inclination angle beta of the inner ring fire hole (12) of the upper cover (1) relative to the horizontal plane is 40-60 degrees.
6. The split fire cover of claim 1, wherein: and a plurality of groups of middle ring fire hole units (15) which are arranged along the circumferential direction are also arranged between the inner ring fire hole (12) and the outer periphery of the upper cover (1).
