the number of the flow blocking plates (7) is 2 in total, the 2 flow blocking plates (7) are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of a middle valve plate (8) of the valve main body (1), the edges of the flow blocking plates (7) are in sealing connection with the inner wall of the valve main body (1), and the shape and the structure of the 2 flow blocking plates (7) are disc-shaped structures;
the sliding groove (12) is positioned in the middle of the spoiler (7), the length of the sliding groove (12) is twice that of the sealing plate (17), and the sliding groove (12) is communicated with a sliding opening (13) at the lower part of the spoiler (7);
the sliding port (13) is positioned on one side of the spoiler (7) close to the valve plate (8), and the width of the sliding port (13) is greater than that of the connecting rod (14);
the connecting rod (14) and the linkage rod (15) are both horizontally arranged, and the connecting rod (14) and the linkage rod (15) are both positioned at the central part of the valve main body (1); the side length of the sealing plate (17) is larger than that of a water through opening (23) in the spoiler (7), the water through opening (23) penetrates through the upper part of the spoiler (7), and the mounting structure of the sealing plate (17) is of an up-down lifting type structure;
the width of the mounting groove (22) is the same as the thickness of the spoiler (7), and 2 spoilers (7) are mounted in parallel;
the use control method comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, using a tool to disassemble the bolt on the first sealing plate 4, then moving the first sealing plate 4 upwards, and moving the valve plate 8 below the valve rod 3 out of the valve body 1 through the first sealing plate 4, so that the valve plate 8 can be maintained;
(2) in the process of moving out the valve plate 8, the linkage rod 15 moves upwards under the pulling of the reset spring 16 along with the continuous upward movement of the valve plate 8, the linkage rod 15 drives the connecting rod 14 in screw connection with the two ends of the linkage rod to move upwards, the connecting rod 14 moves upwards in the sliding port 13, and further drives the sealing plate 17 to move upwards in the sliding groove 12 in the spoiler 7, after the valve plate 8 is completely moved out, the sealing plate 17 completely blocks the water through port 23 on the spoiler 7, and the water through port 23 is sealed through the first sealing ring 19 outside the sealing plate 17, so that the blocking of the spoiler 7 and the sealing plate 17 to media is realized;
(3) in the process of installing the valve plate 8, the linkage rod 15 moves downwards under the pulling of the reset spring 16 along with the continuous downward movement of the valve plate 8, the linkage rod 15 drives the connecting rod 14 in screw connection with the two ends of the linkage rod 15 to move downwards, the connecting rod 14 moves downwards in the sliding port 13, and further drives the sealing plate 17 to move downwards in the sliding groove 12 in the spoiler 7, after the valve plate 8 completely enters the valve main body 1, the sealing plate 17 moves downwards to the lower part of the water through port 23 on the upper part of the spoiler 7, namely the water through port 23 on the spoiler 7 is completely opened, and then the bolt on the first sealing plate 4 is screwed, so that the fixing of the first sealing plate 4 is completed, and the opening of the water through port 23 on the upper part of the spoiler 7 is realized;
(4) when the spoiler 7 needs to be replaced, firstly, the bolts on the second sealing plate 5 or the third sealing plate 6 are detached by using tools, the second sealing plate 5 or the third sealing plate 6 can be taken out from the valve main body 1, after the second sealing plate 5 or the third sealing plate 6 is taken out, the mounting groove 22 on the lower end face of the second sealing plate 5 or the third sealing plate 6 is separated from the spoiler 7, the screws on the linkage rod 15 and the connecting rod 14 are detached, the spoiler 7 at the second mounting port 10 or the third mounting port 11 can be taken out for replacement, the valve plate 8 below the valve rod 3 is moved out from the interior of the valve main body 1 through the first sealing plate 4, and the valve plate 8 can be maintained.
