Abstract

Example 1

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic scum collecting system automatically flowing in by means of a conveying device, for collecting scum in a diverter well 1, where the diverter well 1 includes a diverter well wall 11 and a diverter well cavity 12 formed by surrounding the diverter well wall 11, the diverter well wall 11 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet which are communicated with the diverter well cavity 12, and the system includes a scum collecting inlet and a scum collecting channel 8; the scum collecting inlet is arranged on the diversion well wall 11 and is communicated with the inner cavity 12 of the diversion well, and the scum collecting channel 8 comprises an inlet end and an outlet end; wherein, water inlet and outlet communicate respectively has inlet tube 2 and drain pipe 4, and inlet tube 2 and drain pipe 4 all are located the lower half of reposition of redundant personnel wall of a well 11.
As shown in fig. 4, the overflow port 12 of the diversion well wall is connected with a closed sewage well 10, a conveying device 13 is arranged in the closed sewage well 10, the upper part of the closed sewage well is communicated with a scum collecting inlet, namely an overflow port 14 and a scum collecting channel 8 in the drawing, scum enters the inlet of the closed sewage well 10 from the overflow port 14 on the diversion well, and is conveyed to the bottom of the sewage interception pipe 3 by the conveying device 13.
After entering the sewage well, the floaters in the water are forcedly conveyed to the bottom of the sewage well under the conveying of the conveying device, and finally enter the sewage interception pipe along the water flow under the action of the water flow of the sewage interception pipe.
Example 6
On the basis of embodiment 5, the water outlet of the scum collecting channel 8 communicates with the closed sewage well 10.
As shown in fig. 4, the conveying device is a screw conveyor, a bucket conveyor or a scraper conveyor, and as a preferred embodiment, the screw conveyor has a strong pushing action and a material blocking prevention action, so that the scum can be pushed to the bottom of the sewage well in a forced manner, and the corresponding sewage well is cylindrical.
When the material is compressed and pushed to the bottom of the sewage well and corresponds to the pipe orifice of the sewage interception pipe, the sewage flowing out of the sewage interception pipe washes away scum entrained by the sewage, and enters the sewage interception pipe along with water flow.
Example 7
As an optimization, in combination with the water discharge port weir gate 5 and the baffle 6 provided in the structures of the embodiments 1 to 4, the scum automatic collection system of the embodiments 5 to 6 which automatically flows in by means of the conveying device can also be correspondingly provided for controlling the water level in the diversion well 1. The system of the invention is also provided with a hydraulic switch which controls the water level in the diversion well 1 by changing the water yield of the diversion well 1.
The system of the invention also comprises a monitoring device, a control unit and a baffle 6 for intercepting dross. The monitoring device is used for monitoring the liquid level and/or the water quality in the diversion well 1, and the control unit is used for controlling the opening and closing degree of the hydraulic switch according to the monitoring result of the monitoring device. The baffle 6 is arranged in the inner cavity 12 of the diversion well and is perpendicular to the water flow direction, two sides of the baffle 6 are respectively connected with the diversion well wall 11, and the baffle 6 is positioned between the scum collecting inlet and the water outlet.
Specifically, the hydraulic switch includes a first hydraulic switch for controlling the water output of the drain port.
In practical application, the first hydraulic switch may be any one of a gate, a weir gate, a gate valve, an air bag or a pneumatic housekeeping valve arranged at the water outlet.
Example 8
The diverting well wall 11 is also provided with a sewage outlet which is communicated with the diverting well cavity 12, the sewage outlet is communicated with the diverting well cavity 12 and a sewage treatment plant through a sewage interception pipe 3, the horizontal height of the lowest water inlet position of the scum collecting inlet is higher than that of the highest water inlet position of the sewage outlet, and the outlet end of the scum collecting channel 8 is connected to the sewage interception pipe 3. The system of the invention also comprises a second hydraulic switch for controlling the water yield of the sewage outlet. The second hydraulic switch is positioned in front of the connection of the outlet end and the sewage interception pipe 3. Specifically, the second hydraulic switch is a drain gate 9, and the drain gate 9 is arranged at the drain.
In practical application, the second hydraulic switch may be any one of a gate, a weir gate, a gate valve, an air bag or a pneumatic housekeeping valve arranged at the sewage outlet.
Example 9
The baffle 6 is a fixed baffle, two sides of the fixed baffle are fixedly connected with the diversion well wall 11, the horizontal height of the upper edge of the fixed baffle is higher than the horizontal height of the highest water inlet position of the scum collecting inlet, the horizontal height of the lower edge of the fixed baffle is lower than the horizontal height of the lowest water inlet position of the scum collecting inlet, and the water level in the hydraulic switch control diversion well 1 is always higher than the horizontal height of the lower edge of the fixed baffle.
Example 10
The baffle 6 is a floating baffle, the diversion well wall 11 is provided with a pair of clamping grooves perpendicular to the bottom of the diversion well 1, two sides of the floating baffle are respectively positioned in the pair of clamping grooves, the floating baffle can move up and down in the pair of clamping grooves, the upper end of the floating baffle is exposed out of the water surface, and the lower end of the floating baffle is positioned below the water surface. In practical application, the floating baffle can be of a hollow structure and made of stainless steel. Preferably, the floating shield is made of 316 stainless steel.
The water level in the diversion well 1 is not more than the highest warning water level by controlling the water yield of the diversion well 1 through the hydraulic switch.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the monitoring result of the monitoring device is transmitted to the control unit, and when the control unit judges that the scum on the sewage surface needs to be collected, the control unit controls the opening of the water outlet weir gate 5, the sewage surface rises, and the baffle 6 continuously intercepts the scum. When the sewage water surface rises to the scum collecting inlet, the sewage and scum on the sewage water surface flow into the sewage well 10, flow into the sewage interception tube 3 along the scum collecting channel 8, and are discharged to a sewage treatment plant. In the sewage discharging process, the control unit controls the opening and closing degree of the water outlet weir gate 5 and/or the sewage outlet gate 9, and keeps the sewage water surface at the scum collecting inlet, so that scum can be continuously collected. The control unit controls the water outlet weir gate 5 to be closed when judging that the scum collection on the sewage surface is basically clean according to the monitoring result of the monitoring device, the water outlet weir gate 5 is retracted to the bottom of the diversion well 1, and the sewage is discharged from the drain pipe 4. The baffle 6 continues to collect the scum flowing in from the water inlet pipe 2, the monitoring device continuously monitors the liquid level and/or the water quality in the diversion well 1, the result is transmitted to the control unit, and the control unit controls the hydraulic switch according to the monitoring result of the monitoring device, so that the scum is collected in a circulating and automatic mode.
Example 11
In the above embodiments 1 to 10, the air bag is made of elastic rubber, and is connected with the compressed air source through the air pipe, when the air bag is inflated, the corresponding channel is closed, and when the air bag is deflated, the corresponding channel is opened.
Further, the above-described air bag is replaced with a pneumatic pinch valve. The pneumatic pinch valve may use an existing pinch valve.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, this embodiment provides a preferable pneumatic tube clamp valve structure scheme, which includes an elastic sleeve 210 and a housing 220, wherein the elastic sleeve has a flow channel T corresponding to a water outlet tube, the housing 220 is covered on the elastic sleeve, two ends of the elastic sleeve are in sealing and detachable connection with two ends of the housing, a cavity is formed between an outer wall of the elastic sleeve and an inner wall of the housing, an air inlet connected with an air inlet tube G is formed on the housing, when the cavity is inflated, the elastic sleeve expands, a sectional area of the flow channel is reduced, when the cavity is deflated, the elastic sleeve recovers, and a sectional area of the flow channel is enlarged.
Further, in this embodiment, the pneumatic pinch valve is nested within the channel and the conduit is fixedly positioned within the water outlet or drain.
Effects and advantageous effects of the embodiment
(1) According to the embodiment, the scum collecting inlet and the scum collecting channel are formed in the diversion well wall, when the water level rises to the scum collecting inlet, sewage and scum floating on the sewage surface flow into the scum collecting inlet under the conveying of the conveying device, so that scum in sewage can be automatically collected, and the applicability is wider under the condition of full pipe flow of an overflow well or a closed diversion well.
Various modifications and variations of the embodiments of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art, and are within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (8)
1. the scum collecting channel (8) comprises an inlet end and an outlet end, the level of the outlet end is lower than that of the inlet end, and the inlet end is communicated with the scum collecting inlet;
a sewage outlet is further formed in the diversion well wall (11), the sewage outlet is connected with a sewage pipe or a sewage treatment plant or a sewage treatment facility through a sewage interception pipe, the outlet end is communicated with the sewage interception pipe or the sewage treatment plant or the sewage treatment facility, and the water inlet height of the scum collecting inlet is higher than the water inlet height of the sewage outlet;
the split-flow well (1) is internally provided with a highest warning water level line, and the highest warning water level line is higher than the horizontal height of the highest water inlet position of the scum collecting inlet;
when the sewage interception pipe is not full pipe flow, the system further comprises a connecting device (7), the connecting device (7) is communicated with the scum collecting inlet and the scum collecting channel (8), the connecting device (7) is positioned at the outer side of the diversion well wall (11), and scum entering from the scum collecting inlet flows into the sewage interception pipe by gravity;
the scum in the diversion well enters from the scum collecting inlet and flows out by gravity after passing through the scum collecting channel;
or when the sewage interception pipe is full pipe flow, the system further comprises a conveying device, the conveying device is arranged in the scum collecting channel, an inlet of the conveying device is communicated with the scum collecting inlet, scum in the diversion well enters from the scum collecting inlet and is discharged through the conveying device, and scum entering from the scum collecting inlet enters into the sewage interception pipe through the conveying device.
2. The automatic dross collection system according to claim 1, wherein:
the conveying device is a screw conveyor;
and/or the system further comprises a bilge well, wherein a passage in the bilge well is the scum collecting passage, and the inlet end and the outlet end are arranged on the bilge well.
3. The automatic dross collection system according to claim 1, wherein:
the water outlet is connected with a natural water body, and a first hydraulic switch is arranged in front of or on the water outlet or on a pipeline connected with the water outlet;
or the water outlet is connected with the natural water body, a first hydraulic switch is arranged in front of or on the water outlet or on a pipeline connected with the water outlet, and a second hydraulic switch is arranged in front of or on the sewage outlet or on a pipeline connected with the sewage outlet.
4. The automatic dross collection system according to claim 3, wherein:
the first hydraulic switch is one of a gate, a weir gate, a gate valve, an air bag or a pneumatic pipe clamp valve;
the second hydraulic switch is one of a gate, a weir gate, a gate valve, an air bag or a pneumatic pinch valve.
5. The automatic dross collection system according to claim 3, wherein: the scum collecting inlet is arranged at the upstream of the first hydraulic switch, and the water inlet height of the scum collecting inlet is lower than the water inlet height of the water outlet;
or, when the first hydraulic switch is positioned at the upstream of the water outlet and the first hydraulic switch overflows water, the scum collecting inlet is arranged at the downstream of the first hydraulic switch, and the water inlet height of the scum collecting inlet is higher than the water inlet height of the water outlet.
6. The automatic dross collection system according to claim 1, wherein:
the system also comprises a monitoring device and a control unit, wherein the monitoring device is used for monitoring the liquid level and/or the water quality in the diversion well (1), and the control unit is used for controlling the opening and closing degree of the hydraulic switch according to the monitoring result of the monitoring device.
7. The automatic dross collection system according to claim 1, wherein:
the system further comprises a baffle (6) for intercepting scum, wherein the baffle (6) is arranged in the inner cavity (12) of the diversion well and is perpendicular to the water flow direction, and the baffle (6) is positioned at the downstream of the scum collecting inlet.
8. The automated dross collection system according to claim 7, wherein:
the baffle (6) is a fixed baffle, the two sides of the fixed baffle are fixed, the horizontal height of the upper edge of the fixed baffle is higher than the horizontal height of the highest water inlet position of the scum collecting inlet, and the horizontal height of the lower edge of the fixed baffle is lower than the horizontal height of the lowest water inlet position of the scum collecting inlet;
or, the baffle (6) is a floating baffle, the diversion well wall (11) is provided with a pair of clamping grooves perpendicular to the bottom of the diversion well (1), two sides of the floating baffle are respectively positioned in the pair of clamping grooves, and the floating baffle can move up and down in the pair of clamping grooves.
