The right side wall of the rotating seat 43 is provided with a right side wall hinge lug 49, the left side wall of the guide seat 44 is provided with a left side wall hinge lug 48, the piston part of the side swing air cylinder 7 is hinged with the right side wall hinge lug 49, and the piston part of the side push air cylinder 42 is hinged with the left side wall hinge lug 48.
The centering fixing seat 41 may be one, or may further be: the centering fixing seat 41 is provided with one corresponding to each group of pipe column centering mechanisms, and a lateral swing limiting plate 14 is arranged on the left side of the bottom of the centering fixing seat 41, which is located on the rotating seat 3.
The portable vehicle-mounted minor workover treatment equipment also comprises a stand column 51, a transition plate 52, a turnover oil cylinder 54, a lifting oil cylinder 55, a second roller assembly 501 and a valve 56; the structure of the second roller assembly 501 is the same as that of the first roller assembly 609; the upright post 51 is fixed on the derrick mechanism 1 and is provided with a guide groove 57 therein; the lifting oil cylinder 55 is fixed at the bottom of the upright post 51, and the piston part of the lifting oil cylinder 55 is connected with the roller shaft 612 of the second roller assembly 501; the roller 611 of the second roller assembly 501 is arranged in the guide groove 57 in a lifting manner; the transition plate 52 is arranged on the second roller assembly 501; the cylinder barrel of the turnover oil cylinder 54 and the operation platform 3 are hinged on the side wall of the transition plate 52, and the piston part of the turnover oil cylinder 54 is connected with the bottom of the operation platform 3 and is used for realizing the turnover of the operation platform 3; the valve 56 is provided on the drain port 12 of the work platform 3.
A liquid accumulation groove 71 with a trapezoidal section is formed in the operation platform 3, a bolt assembling circular table 72 protruding out of the bottom surface is arranged in the center of the bottom of the liquid accumulation groove 71, and a flange through hole 8 is formed in the center of the bolt assembling circular table 72; the second bolt hole 7 is arranged on the upper end surface of the bolt assembling circular truncated cone 72, the rotary table 4 is arranged in the liquid accumulating groove 71 and is higher than the liquid outlet 12; the rotating platform 4 comprises a transverse rotating frame 73, a longitudinal rotating frame 74 and flange assembling holes 75, wherein the transverse rotating frame 73 and the longitudinal rotating frame 74 are mutually perpendicular and intersect in the flange assembling holes 75, two well buttresses are symmetrically arranged on frames at the front end and the rear end of the transverse rotating frame 73, and two centering fixing seats are symmetrically arranged on frames at the front end and the rear end of the longitudinal rotating frame 74.
