Abstract

The emergency releasing and well sealing device comprises an emergency releasing joint, a power system and a well sealing joint; the emergency release joint comprises an emergency release male head and an emergency joint female head, the emergency release male head is connected with the power system through an upper power pipeline, and the well shut-in joint is connected with the power system through a lower power pipeline; under the condition of emergency release, the upper workover riser is lifted upwards to separate the emergency release male head from the emergency release female head, and when the upper power pipeline is disconnected with the power system, the lower power pipeline provides power liquid for the well sealing joint to trigger well sealing action. The invention can be used for both conventional drilling operation ships and engineering ships, has strong adaptability and flexible and convenient operation, and can be widely applied to well workover operation of deep water oil and gas fields adopting an underwater wellhead development mode.

The invention aims to provide a simple emergency release device with a tie-back function, which has a simple structure, does not need to install control equipment related to conventional release tie-back devices such as a control box, a control pipe cable, a pipe cable roller and the like, triggers a power system integrated with the emergency release device to start release and well sealing actions by lifting a workover riser upwards, and realizes the tie-back of a workover string by matching with a designed positioning device and an underwater robot.
