As shown in figure 5, the bracket is of a 'T' shaped structure, and is formed by combining an upright post 1 and a relatively short cross beam 2, a fixed spray head 4 and a rotating spray head 5 are only arranged on the cross beam 2, no branch beam 3 is arranged, no auxiliary ground mat 15 is used, and at the beginning, billboard plates are preferably arranged at two ends of a sidewalk 8 to remind the consequence of violation of regulations of pedestrians.

Claims (10)

1. A hydrojet punishment system for preventing pedestrians from running red light is characterized by comprising a controller, and a camera, a hydrojet device and a traffic light control device which are in communication connection with the controller, wherein the camera is used for shooting behaviors of the pedestrians running the red light and sending related information to the controller; the controller controls the action of the liquid spraying device according to the information of the traffic light control device and the camera; the liquid spraying device is used for spraying liquid to pedestrians running the red light.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the liquid spraying device comprises a spraying head with a spraying direction facing the pavement, a liquid supply device for supplying liquid to the spraying head, and a control unit for controlling the liquid spraying action of the liquid spraying device.
3. The liquid jet punishment system for preventing pedestrians from running red light according to claim 2, wherein the spray head comprises a fixed spray head and/or a rotary spray head which is erected above the pavement of the sidewalk through a bracket.
4. The system according to claim 3, wherein the frame comprises a vertical post and a beam mounted on the vertical post, and the beam is fixed with a rain shed.
5. The liquid jet punishment system for preventing pedestrians from running red light according to claim 3, wherein the liquid jet punishment system comprises an auxiliary ground mat laid on the pavement of the sidewalk, and the top surface of the auxiliary ground mat is provided with a zebra pattern; the auxiliary floor mat is provided with concave parts with openings at the top at intervals, and the spray head further comprises a fixed spray head which is arranged in the concave part and the spraying direction of which is upward.
6. The liquid jet punishment system for preventing pedestrians from running red light according to claim 5, wherein an indicator light is arranged in the concave part.
7. The liquid jet punishment system for preventing pedestrian from running red light according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein said liquid is one or a mixture of saline water and sugar water.
8. The control method of the liquid jet punishment system for preventing the pedestrian from running the red light according to claim 1, wherein the traffic light control device sends a control signal for prohibiting the pedestrian from passing or allowing the pedestrian to pass to the controller; the controller utilizes the camera to shoot the pavement of the sidewalk during the period of forbidding the pedestrians from passing, and controls the liquid spraying device to spray liquid to the positions of the pedestrians when the controller utilizes the camera to find that the pedestrians run the red light on the pavement.
9. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the controller determines whether the pedestrian is running the red light according to the moving direction and/or position of the pedestrian in a predetermined time after receiving the signal for prohibiting the pedestrian from running the red light, and controls the liquid spraying device to spray the liquid to the position of the pedestrian only when the pedestrian is determined to be running the red light.
10. The method as claimed in claim 8 or 9, wherein the controller randomly determines whether to spray liquid to the position of the pedestrian when the camera detects that the pedestrian runs the red light.
