The invention provides a control method of an adjustable boarding device, which comprises an unfolding method and a folding method,
the deployment method, as shown in fig. 12, includes:
s1.0: rotating the door body 600 so that the turnover platform 210 can rotate towards the outside of the opening 110;
s1.1: the overturning platform 210 is driven to overturn by the overturning driving device 220 until the overturning platform 210 is positioned outside the cabin 100 and contacts a limit switch 500;
s1.2: the rotating platform 310 is driven to rotate by the rotating driving device 320 until the boarding ladder 410 faces the boarding direction;
s1.2.1: unfolding the boarding ladder 410;
s1.3: the ascending and descending ladder 410 is driven to rotate to form a certain included angle with the horizontal plane through the pitching driving device 420.
The stowing method is shown in fig. 13 and includes:
s2.1: the ascending and taking ladder 410 is driven to rotate through the pitching driving device 420, so that the included angle between the ascending and taking ladder 410 and the horizontal plane is adjusted;
s2.2: the rotating platform 310 is driven to rotate by the rotating driving device 320 so as to adjust the orientation of the boarding ladder 410;
s2.2.1: a folding boarding ladder 410;
s2.3: the overturning platform 210 is driven by the overturning driving device 220 to overturn from the outside to the inside of the opening 110;
and S2.4, rotating the door body 600 to cover the opening 110.
In the specific operation, the unfolding step specifically includes controlling the operating lever 620 to unlock the door body 600, and opening the door body 600 through the hydraulic lever, so that the door body 600 is gradually opened to be close to the contact limit switch 500. The overturning driving device 220 is controlled to overturn the overturning platform 210 to the outside of the opening 110 to be kept horizontal, the rotating driving device 320 is controlled to rotate the rotating platform 310 to 90 degrees, the rotating angle is accurately controlled through the encoder in the process, the folded boarding ladder 410 is unfolded, and the handrail is righted. The pitching driving device 420 is controlled to adjust the included angle between the boarding ladder 410 and the horizontal plane, the included angle between the boarding ladder 410 and the horizontal plane is accurately controlled through the angle sensor, finally, the rotating driving device 320 is controlled to rotate the rotating platform 310 until the boarding ladder 410 faces the boarding direction, and the rotating angle is accurately controlled through the encoder in the process.
The rotating platform 310 is rotated to 90 degrees, that is, the ascending and taking ladder 410 is vertical to the opening 110, so that the ascending and taking ladder 410 can be prevented from colliding the door body 600. If the boarding device is not provided with the door body 600, the boarding ladder 410 may be adjusted to the boarding direction directly by the rotation driving device 320 after the operation of the inversion driving device 220 is completed, and the boarding ladder 410 may be unfolded in this state.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An adjustable boarding device is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
a cabin body, one side of which is provided with an opening;
the overturning mechanism comprises an overturning platform and overturning driving equipment, and the overturning platform is hinged with the bottom surface of the cabin body; the overturning driving device is connected with the overturning platform and used for driving the overturning platform to rotate towards the outer side of the opening;
the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating platform and a rotating driving device which is connected with the rotating platform and the overturning platform and is used for driving the rotating platform to rotate so as to change the angle between the rotating platform and the overturning platform;
the boarding mechanism comprises a boarding ladder and a pitching driving device for connecting the boarding ladder and the rotary platform, and the boarding ladder is hinged with the rotary platform; the pitching driving device is connected with the ascending and taking ladder and used for driving the ascending and taking ladder to rotate so as to change an included angle between the ascending and taking ladder and a horizontal plane.
2. The adjustable boarding device of claim 1, wherein:
the overturning driving device comprises two telescopic rods fixed on the conveying cabin body, and the output ends of the two telescopic rods are connected with the two opposite sides of the overturning platform.
3. The adjustable boarding device of claim 1, wherein:
the boarding ladder is formed by folding a plurality of folding sections which are sequentially connected;
and/or;
the two sides of the length direction of the ascending and taking ladder are provided with the railings, and the railings and the surface of the ascending and taking ladder can be switched between a vertical state and a horizontal state.
4. The adjustable boarding device of claim 1, wherein:
one end of the overturning platform is hinged with the bottom surface of the cabin body, and the other end of the overturning platform is connected with the rotating platform;
the other side of the rotating platform is connected with the ascending and taking ladder.
5. The adjustable boarding device of claim 1, wherein:
an openable door body is arranged at the opening; the top end of the door body is hinged with the upper wall of the opening.
6. The adjustable boarding device of claim 1, wherein:
a limit switch matched with the overturning platform is arranged in the cabin body and used for controlling the rotating range of the overturning platform;
and/or;
the rotary driving device is provided with an encoder which is used for controlling the rotation range of the rotary platform;
and/or;
the pitching driving device comprises an angle sensor, and the angle sensor is used for detecting the included angle between the boarding ladder and the horizontal plane.
7. A control method of an adjustable boarding device, which is applied to a foldable boarding device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that: comprises an unfolding method and a folding method;
the unfolding method comprises the following steps:
s1.1: the overturning driving equipment drives the overturning platform to overturn until the overturning platform is positioned outside the cabin body;
s1.2: the rotary platform is driven to rotate by the rotary driving device until the boarding ladder faces the boarding direction;
s1.3: the ascending and taking ladder is driven to rotate to form a certain included angle with the horizontal plane through the pitching driving equipment;
the retraction method comprises the following steps:
s2.1: driving the ascending and taking ladder to rotate through pitching driving equipment so as to adjust an included angle between the ascending and taking ladder and a horizontal plane;
s2.2: driving the rotary platform to rotate through a rotary driving device so as to adjust the direction of the boarding ladder;
s2.3: and the overturning platform is driven to overturn from the outside to the inside of the opening through the overturning driving device.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
s1.1, the overturning driving device drives the overturning platform to overturn until the overturning platform approaches to a limit switch;
and/or;
and S2.2, the overturning driving equipment drives the overturning platform to rotate until the overturning platform approaches to the other limit switch.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
the unfolding method further comprises the following steps of S1.2.1: unfolding the boarding ladder;
the method of stowing further comprises S2.2.1: and folding the boarding ladder.
10. The method according to claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
the deployment method further comprises S1.0: rotating the door body to enable the overturning platform to rotate towards the outer side of the opening;
the retracting method further comprises S2.4, rotating the door body to cover the opening.
