Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile suspension parts, in particular to a protection device of a plate spring structure and the plate spring structure. Because the wear pad 2 has a certain bearing limit, for example, when the axial clamping force F of the U-shaped bolt is F2, the axial clamping force F2 of the U-shaped bolt and the tightening torque m2 act together, so that the wear pad 2 reaches the bearing limit by itself; in order to avoid premature failure of the wear pad 2, the displacement play is reduced from a maximum value to 0, in which case the two side covers 3 located on the same side come into contact with one another and begin to support one another, and the side covers 3 and the base plate 1 are loaded with a surplus axial clamping force and tightening torque. Therefore, the wear pad 2 can be ensured to have good wear-resisting effect, and can not be damaged by the larger axial clamping force and the tightening torque of the U-shaped bolt to fail.
In addition, in order to accurately position the two side covers 3 positioned on the same side, an anti-skid projection 31 is arranged at the end part of the side cover 3 on one of the base plates 1; the end of the other side cover 3 on the base plate 1 is provided with a positioning groove 32 matching with the anti-skid protrusion 31, so that the two side covers 3 distributed up and down are respectively connected by the coupling of the anti-skid protrusion 31 and the positioning groove 32.
In the present embodiment, the two ends of the base plate 1 are provided with the arc-shaped baffles 12, the arc-shaped baffles 12 are bent outwards along the plate spring, and the outer surface of the plate spring is covered by the arc-shaped baffles 12, so that the plate spring is prevented from being damaged when being twisted.
In the present embodiment, the protection device of the leaf spring structure further comprises a balance support 4 for bearing the main spring and the auxiliary spring, two seat plates 5 and a U-shaped bolt 6; the two seat plates 5 are respectively contacted with the outer surfaces of the two base plates 1; the balance support 4 and the two seat plates 5 are connected in sequence through U-shaped bolts 6. The two substrates 1 are respectively attached to the upper outer surface and the lower outer surface of the auxiliary spring and clamped by the two seat plates 5, so that the auxiliary spring is preliminarily fixed; then, the upper surface and the lower surface of the main spring are jointed through the seat plate 5 and the balance support 4 below so as to finish the fixation of the main spring; the whole plate spring is assembled under the fixation of the U-shaped bolt 6.
The outer surface of the base plate 1 is also provided with a positioning bulge 11 matched with a positioning hole arranged on the seat plate 5; in the installation of bedplate 5, insert the locating hole through location arch 11, can effectively avoid the leaf spring installation back, base plate 1 produces and slides.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment further provides a leaf spring structure, which includes a main spring 7 and an auxiliary spring 8, and further includes a protection device of the leaf spring structure. Protection device of the leaf spring structure according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a balancing seat (4) for carrying the main and secondary springs, two seat plates (5) and U-bolts (6); the two seat plates (5) are respectively contacted with the outer surfaces of the two base plates (1); the balance support (4) and the two seat plates (5) are sequentially connected through U-shaped bolts (6).

6. Leaf spring structure comprising a main spring (7) and an auxiliary spring (8), characterized in that it further comprises a protection device of the leaf spring structure according to any of claims 1-5.
7. The leaf spring structure according to claim 6, characterized in that the main spring (7) is formed by a plurality of steel leaf spring strips superimposed; the auxiliary spring (8) is made of glass fiber and epoxy resin.
