The environment-friendly bag has more economic effect, and from the release of the plastic limit order, the plastic bag gradually exits from the packaging market of the article and replaces the plastic bag with the reusable environment-friendly bag. Compared with plastic bags, the environment-friendly bag is easier to print patterns and has more vivid color expression. When the recycle-bag is manufactured, in order to make the recycle-bag more beautiful, patterns are printed on the recycle-bag.
At present, most all are artifical and print the pattern with the recycle bags, at first place the recycle bags on the operation panel, and the recycle bags is pushed down to the printing plate, and the round trip movement push pedal is printed the ink to the recycle bags on again, then takes away the recycle bags with the hand, and so the operation is more troublesome, and work efficiency is still low, and the position that the recycle bags placed at every turn appears the deviation easily, leads to printing the pattern position on the recycle bags inconsistent.
Therefore, an automatic discharging printing machine for processing the environment-friendly bag, which can replace people to print the environment-friendly bag, is convenient to operate, has high working efficiency and can print patterns with consistent positions, is particularly needed to solve the problems in the prior art.

3. Through the effect of first block rubber and second block rubber, can be spacing with the recycle bag, and then make the position that the recycle bag was placed at every turn unanimous, also make the pattern position of printing unanimous.

An automatic discharging printer for processing environment-friendly bags is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises an L-shaped plate 1, u-shaped fixing blocks 2, an operating plate 3, a supporting plate 4 and a printing mechanism 5, wherein the u-shaped fixing blocks 2 are symmetrically fixedly connected to the front and the back of the right side of the outer bottom of the L-shaped plate 1, the operating plate 3 is fixedly connected between the top portions of the right sides of the u-shaped fixing blocks 2 on the front side and the back side, the supporting plate 4 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the operating plate 3, and the printing mechanism 5 is arranged between the left portions of the L-shaped plate 1.
The printing mechanism 5 comprises a multi-groove plate 51, a fixing plate 52, an air cylinder 53, a printing plate 54, a roller 55, a wire guide wheel 56, a pull rope 57 and a button 58, the multi-groove plate 51 is connected with the lower part of the left side of the L-shaped plate 1 in a sliding mode in a penetrating mode, the fixing plate 52 is fixedly connected with the left side of the multi-groove plate 51, the air cylinder 53 is installed in the middle of the left side of the outer bottom of the L-shaped plate 1, the end part of an expansion rod of the air cylinder 53 is fixedly connected with the middle of the lower part of the right side of the fixing plate 52, the printing plate 54 is arranged in the L-shaped plate 1 in a hinged mode on the lower part of the left side of the inner left side, the roller 55 is rotatably arranged on the right side of the multi-groove plate 51, the roller 55 is matched with the printing plate 54 in a contact mode, the wire guide wheels 56 are rotatably arranged on the tops of the front and back sides of the L-shaped plate 1, the pull rope 57 is symmetrically fixedly connected with the right side of the tops of the multi-groove plate 51 by winding the wire guide wheel 56, the button 58 is fixedly connected with the front side of the tops of the operating plate 3, and the button 58 is connected with the air cylinder 53 through a circuit.
When needs are printed the recycle bag, at first operating personnel places L template 1 bottom with the recycle bag, and make recycle bag and operation panel 3 contact, start printing mechanism 5, printing mechanism 5 swings down and contacts with the recycle bag, and then printing mechanism 5 begins to print the pattern to the recycle bag, after the recycle bag pattern printing is accomplished, close printing mechanism 5, printing mechanism 5 resets, then take down the recycle bag from L template 1, so relapse, can constantly print the recycle bag.
When an operator places the environment-friendly bag on the L-shaped plate 1, presses the button 58, the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 53 stretches and retracts once, when the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 53 moves rightwards, the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 53 drives the fixing plate 52 to move rightwards, the fixing plate 52 moves rightwards to drive the multi-groove plate 51 to move rightwards, the pull rope 57 is loosened, the printing plate 54 swings downwards to press the environment-friendly bag under the action of gravity, meanwhile, the multi-groove plate 51 moves rightwards to drive the roller 55 to move rightwards, the roller 55 moves rightwards to print patterns on the environment-friendly bag, after the patterns of the environment-friendly bag are printed, the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 53 moves leftwards to drive the fixing plate 52 to move leftwards, the fixing plate 52 moves leftwards to drive the multi-groove plate 51 to move leftwards, the multi-groove plate 51 moves leftwards to drive the printing plate 54 to swing upwards through the pull rope 57 to reset, and the printed environment-friendly bag is taken out.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the device further includes a transmission mechanism 6, the transmission mechanism 6 includes an L-shaped rod 61, a fixing rod 62, a ratchet 63, a first bevel gear 64, a ratchet bar 65, a transmission shaft 67, a cross bar 66, a belt pulley 68, a flat belt 69, a material pushing block 610 and a second bevel gear 611, the L-shaped rod 61 is fixedly connected to the left side of the lower portion of the front side of the L-shaped plate 1, the fixing rod 62 is rotatably connected to the lower portion of the L-shaped rod 61, the ratchet 63 is fixedly connected to the middle portion of the fixing rod 62 in the circumferential direction, the first bevel gear 64 is fixedly connected to the rear portion of the fixing rod 62 in the circumferential direction, the ratchet bar 65 is fixedly connected to the front side of the lower portion of the right side of the fixing plate 52, the ratchet bar 65 is engaged with the ratchet wheel 63, the transmission shaft 67 is rotatably connected to the middle portion of the front side of the outer bottom of the L-shaped plate 1, the second bevel gear 611 is fixedly connected to the left portion of the transmission shaft 67 in the circumferential direction, the gear 611 is engaged with the first bevel gear 64, the second bevel gear 611, the upper portion of the left side of the support plate 4 is symmetrically provided with the cross bar 66 in the front and symmetrically provided with the belt pulley 68 in the left portion in the circumferential direction, the belt 69, the belt 610 is provided with the belt 68 in the belt 69 in the circumferential direction, the belt 69 in the left portion of the front and the belt 69.
Firstly, an operator places a collecting container below the front side of a flat belt 69, when a recycle bag is placed on an L-shaped plate 1 and the recycle bag is in contact with an operation plate 3, a button 58 is pressed, a telescopic rod of an air cylinder 53 moves rightwards to drive a fixing plate 52 to move rightwards, the fixing plate 52 moves rightwards to also drive a ratchet bar 65 to move rightwards, the ratchet bar 65 moves rightwards to slide on a ratchet wheel 63, after the recycle bag pattern printing is completed, the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 53 drives the fixing plate 52 to move leftwards, the fixing plate 52 moves leftwards to drive the ratchet bar 65 to move leftwards, the ratchet bar 65 moves leftwards to drive the ratchet wheel 63 to rotate forwards, the ratchet wheel 63 rotates forwards to drive a first bevel gear 64 to rotate forwards to drive a second bevel gear 611 to rotate backwards, the second bevel gear 611 rotates backwards to drive a transmission shaft 67 to rotate backwards, the transmission shaft 67 rotates the front side belt 68 to rotate backwards, the front side belt 68 drives the flat belt 69 to rotate backwards through a rear side belt pulley 68, the flat belt 69 to rotate backwards, the flat belt 69 to drive a pushing block 610 to rotate backwards, the reversing block 610 to rotate backwards to contact with the recycle bag, the printed recycle bag from the L-pushing block 610 to push down from the L1, and stop the flat belt 52, and the flat belt 69 to move, and the push the flat belt 610 to the strip 610 to stop, and the strip 610 to move backwards, and the push block 610 to move backwards to stop. Therefore, the environment-friendly bag printed with the patterns can be taken down from the L-shaped plate 1 without an operator, and the environment-friendly bag is convenient and quick.
Example 3
On the basis of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the device further comprises a first rubber block 7 and a second rubber block 8, wherein the first rubber block 7 is fixedly connected to the front side of the bottom part in the l-shaped plate 1, and the second rubber block 8 is fixedly connected to the front side of the top part of the operation plate 3.
The device also comprises a guide wheel 9, the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the outer left side surface of the L-shaped plate 1 are fixedly connected with the guide wheel 9, and the guide wheel 9 is in contact fit with the pull rope 57.
Place on L template 1 when the recycle bag, make recycle bag and first block rubber 7 and the contact of second block rubber 8, first block rubber 7 carries on spacingly with second block rubber 8 to the recycle bag, so, can make the recycle bag position of placing unanimously at every turn, just also make the pattern position of printing unanimous.
When the telescopic rod of the air cylinder 53 drives the fixing plate 52 to move leftwards, the fixing plate 52 moves leftwards to drive the pull rope 57 to move leftwards, and the pull rope 57 drives the guide wheel 9 to rotate, so that the guide wheel 9 can prevent the pull rope 57 from shifting to influence the use of the printing plate 54.
