Background
Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) is a crystalline polymer product, has excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance and optical properties, is light, nontoxic, moisture-proof, and has good dimensional stability and printing performance, and the price of the Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene is lower than that of other Biaxially Oriented films such as BOPET and BOPS. The above-mentioned advantages of BOPP make it very versatile: (1) in the civil aspect, the cigarette packaging paper is mainly used in the fields of printing and packaging, and can be used for packaging various foods and medicines, disposable medical equipment, various middle-grade and high-grade cigarettes and the like; (2) in the industrial aspect, the material is mainly used for insulating films of electric appliances, cable marking tapes, electrostatic films, insulating materials, ornaments and the like. BOPP is, in general, the most cost-effective plastic flexible package today.
The BOPP production line mainly comprises a raw material system, an extrusion system, a casting sheet system, a longitudinal stretching system, a transverse stretching system, a traction system, a winding system, an online recovery system and the like, wherein a film compounding machine is generally adopted for compounding and bonding two layers of films together for casting sheets, the film compounding machine generally comprises a compounding device, a die head is arranged on the compounding device and used for guiding the BOPP films to a position between a rolling roller and a rubber roller, but the traditional die head is generally arranged in a flat head mode, namely, one side of the traditional die head facing the rubber roller and the rolling roller is horizontally arranged, the rolling roller and the rubber roller are cylinders, the diameters of the rolling roller and the rubber roller are different, so that the two layers of films guided by the horizontal die head have a fall in time, and the fall causes that the compounding effect of the BOPP films is.

The BOPP film production line may further be configured as follows: the first slope is provided with a first slope lowest point, the second slope is provided with a second slope lowest point and a second slope highest point, the first slope lowest point and the second slope lowest point are located on the same horizontal plane, and the third slope is provided with a third slope lowest point.
By adopting the technical scheme, the lowest point of the first slope and the lowest point of the second slope are arranged to be in the same horizontal plane, so that the roller is more attached to the lower roller.
The BOPP film production line may further be configured as follows: the highest point of the second slope and the lowest point of the third slope are positioned on the same horizontal plane.
By adopting the technical scheme, the highest point of the second slope is provided with the rubber roller which is positioned at the same horizontal plane with the lowest point of the third slope and is attached to the lower part.
The BOPP film production line may further be configured as follows: the third slope is further provided with a third slope peak, one side of the rear die head, provided with the second slope peak, is provided with a first connecting screw, and the rear die head is connected to the middle die head through the first connecting screw.
