the hot air box is positioned at the downstream of the water rapid cooling device and fixedly arranged on the rack, at least one heating fan is arranged at the top of the hot air box, a third temperature sensor is arranged in the hot air box and used for monitoring the temperature in the hot air box, and the PVC profile penetrates through the hot air box;
the cold air box is positioned at the downstream of the hot air box and fixedly arranged on the rack, at least one cooling fan is arranged at the top of the cold air box, a fourth temperature sensor is arranged inside the cold air box and used for monitoring the temperature in the cold air box, and the PVC profile penetrates through the cold air box; and
the controller is electrically connected with the water cooling machine, the driving device, the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor, the infrared temperature measurer, the heating fan, the third temperature sensor, the cooling fan and the fourth temperature sensor, and controls the water cooling machine and the driving device after receiving signals of the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor and the infrared temperature measurer and controls the heating fan and the cooling fan after receiving signals of the third temperature sensor, the fourth temperature sensor and the infrared temperature measurer.

The PVC profile water chilling system of claim 1, wherein the setting device inlet is disposed at an end of the setting device remote from the extrusion device, the setting device outlet is disposed at an end of the setting device near the extrusion device, and a serpentine pipe is connected between the setting device inlet and the customization device outlet.
