The invention discloses automatic assembly equipment of a shock pad of an automobile air conditioner blower and a use method thereof, wherein the automatic assembly equipment comprises a blower motor clamping part and a shock pad clamping part; the blower motor clamping part comprises a blower motor positioning clamp which is used for clamping a to-be-treated blower motor; the shock pad clamping part comprises a clamp fixing flat plate and a shock pad positioning clamp; the clamp fixing flat plate is fixedly arranged relative to the ground; the shock pad positioning clamp is arranged on the clamp fixing flat plate and is connected with the clamp fixing flat plate in a sliding pair manner; the shock pad positioning clamp clamps the shock pad towards one side of the blower motor and enables the shock pad to be aligned to the position, where the shock pad is assembled, on the blower motor; when the shock pad positioning clamp works, the shock pad positioning clamp is driven by the driving device to be close to the blower motor along the moving track of the moving pair, and the shock pad is assembled at the corresponding position on the blower motor. The invention eliminates assembly error or neglected loading caused by manual operation, and improves production efficiency, working rhythm and assembly quality.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing of automobile air-conditioning blowers, in particular to automatic assembling equipment for shock pads of the automobile air-conditioning blowers and a using method of the automatic assembling equipment.

The automobile air conditioner blower is an important component of automobile parts, and generally, in the production process, parts need to be connected with each other in a specific mode.
In the prior art, the assembly of the blower of the automobile air conditioner is mostly completed manually, the blower shock pad is manually assembled on the motor shell of the blower by workers, and the shock pad is an important part for reducing the vibration of the blower, and the installation needs to follow specific process requirements, such as various requirements of installation direction, installation angle and the like, so that the assembly error and even the neglected installation often occur in the manual installation under the condition of greatly increasing the demand.

The blower motor clamping part comprises a blower motor positioning clamp, and the blower motor positioning clamp is used for clamping a blower motor to be processed;
the shock pad clamping part comprises a clamp fixing flat plate and a shock pad positioning clamp;
the fixture fixing flat plate is fixedly arranged relative to the ground;
the shock pad positioning clamp is arranged on the clamp fixing flat plate and is connected with the clamp fixing flat plate in a sliding pair manner;
the shock pad positioning clamp clamps the shock pad towards one side of the blower motor and enables the shock pad to be aligned to the position, where the shock pad is assembled, on the blower motor;
when the shock pad positioning clamp works, the shock pad positioning clamp is driven by driving equipment to be close to the blower motor along the moving track of the moving pair, and the shock pad is assembled at the corresponding position on the blower motor.
Preferably, the blower motor positioning jig is provided on an assembly line.
Preferably, the driving device is a cylinder.
The invention also provides a use method of the automatic assembly equipment of the shock pad of the automobile air conditioner blower, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, feeding and sequencing the shock pads (3) by adopting a vibration disc;
secondly, positioning the shock pad (3) through the shock pad positioning clamp (2);
step three, assembling the damping pad (3) on a shell of a blower motor (4) by the driving device (1);
step four, detecting whether the shock pad (3) is in place or not by a detection system; and (5) finishing the assembly.

The blower motor clamping part comprises a blower motor positioning clamp 5, and the blower motor positioning clamp 5 is used for clamping a motor 4 to be blown;
the shock pad clamping part comprises a clamp fixing flat plate 6 and a shock pad positioning clamp 2;
the clamp fixing flat plate 6 is fixedly arranged relative to the ground;
the shock pad positioning clamp 2 is arranged on the clamp fixing flat plate 6 and is connected with the clamp fixing flat plate 6 in a sliding pair manner;
the shock pad positioning clamp 2 clamps the shock pad 3 towards one side of the blower motor 4, and enables the shock pad 3 to be aligned to the position, where the shock pad 3 is assembled, on the blower motor 4;
in operation, the cushion positioning fixture 2 is driven by the driving device 1 to approach the blower motor 4 along the moving track of the moving pair, and the cushion 3 is assembled on the blower motor 4 at the corresponding position.

the blower motor clamping part comprises a blower motor positioning clamp (5), and the blower motor positioning clamp (5) is used for clamping the blower motor (4);
the shock pad clamping part comprises a clamp fixing flat plate (6) and a shock pad positioning clamp (2);
the clamp fixing flat plate (6) is fixedly arranged relative to the ground;
the shock pad positioning clamp (2) is arranged on the clamp fixing flat plate (6) and is connected with the clamp fixing flat plate (6) in a sliding pair manner;
the shock pad positioning clamp (2) clamps the shock pad (3) towards one side of the blower motor (4), and enables the shock pad (3) to be aligned to the position, where the shock pad (3) is assembled, on the blower motor (4);
when the shock pad positioning clamp works, the shock pad positioning clamp (2) is driven by the driving device (1) to be close to the blower motor (4) along the moving track of the moving pair, and the shock pad (3) is assembled at the corresponding position on the blower motor (4).

step four, detecting whether the shock pad (3) is in place or not by a detection system; and (5) finishing the assembly.
