Abstract
The invention provides a casting included angle grinding process, which relates to the technical field of casting surface treatment and is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) placing the casting in a closed box body for polishing, and suspending the casting in the middle of the box body; (2) regulating the temperature in the box body to 65 ℃, preserving the temperature for 20min to enable the surface of the casting to be in a high-energy state, and then reducing the temperature in the box body to 45 ℃; (3) and spraying high-pressure polishing liquid into the box body, wherein the polishing liquid is sprayed to the casting from 6 directions of the casting from the upper, lower, left, right, front and back, and the surface of the casting is polished by using the high-pressure polishing liquid, and the polishing liquid contains quartz sand. The invention provides a casting included angle polishing process, which can comprehensively polish castings with included angles, has no polishing dead angle, and can polish even included angles with very small angles in time; and the surface of the cast member polished by the method is smooth, and the polishing quality is high.

Background
Casting is a method in which liquid metal is cast into a casting cavity that conforms to the shape of a part, and after it is cooled and solidified, a part or a blank is obtained.
After the blank is cooled and is subjected to subsequent processing means such as grinding and the like, the obtained object with certain shape, size and performance is the casting part required by people. In the process, the grinding process usually adopts a mechanical grinding mode or a shot blasting grinding mode. The cast parts obtained by the grinding modes have high surface roughness, and most importantly, the included angle is not easy to grind if the cast parts have included angles, and the included angle cannot be ground at all if the included angle is small.
