Claims (2)

1. A corrugated welding device comprises a rear mounting frame and a front mounting frame which are connected, and a feeding table arranged at the joint of the rear mounting frame and the front mounting frame; the method is characterized in that:
the rear mounting frame is provided with a backward moving platform, and a rear profiling jig module is movably mounted on the backward moving platform; a protective cover is arranged on the front mounting frame; a front profiling jig module and a galvanometer servo module are installed in the shield; the front profiling jig module can move to one end of the rear mounting rack along one end of the feeding table, and the front profiling jig module is matched with the rear profiling jig module; the galvanometer servo module performs laser welding on a corrugated pipe arranged between the front profiling jig module and the rear profiling jig module;
the backward moving platform comprises a bedplate; a fifth screw rod is arranged between the bedplate and the rear mounting rack; a third sliding block is arranged on the fifth screw rod in a sliding manner; a third servo motor used for controlling the movement of a third sliding block is arranged at one end, far away from the front mounting frame, of the fifth screw rod; two ends of the fifth screw rod are provided with guide rails in parallel; a fourth sliding block is arranged on the guide rail in a sliding manner; the upper end of the bedplate is provided with a connecting rod; the third sliding block and the fourth sliding block penetrate through the bedplate and are respectively connected with the connecting rod;
the rear profiling jig module comprises a rear profiling embedded block and a limiting plate; one end of the rear profiling embedded block is connected with the connecting rod, and the other end of the rear profiling embedded block is provided with a rear corrugated groove; the limiting plate is arranged above the rear profiling embedded block through an adjusting bolt; one end of the limiting plate, which is close to the rear corrugated groove, is provided with a jig clamping jaw; the jig claws are arranged corresponding to the rear corrugated groove;
a rear positioning comb tooth mechanism is further arranged at the edge of one end, close to the front mounting rack, of the rear mounting rack; the rear positioning comb tooth mechanism is arranged between the rear mounting rack and the backward moving platform; the rear positioning comb mechanism comprises a fixed plate fixed between the rear mounting rack and the rear moving platform; an adjusting cylinder is arranged on the fixing plate; an adjusting plate is arranged on the fixing plate in a sliding manner; the adjusting plate is controlled by an adjusting cylinder; comb teeth matched with the rear profiling jig module are arranged on the end face, close to the front mounting frame, of the adjusting plate in a sliding mode; the comb teeth are perpendicular to the bedplate, and tooth tips of the comb teeth point to the edge of the bedplate along the rear mounting rack; the bottom end of the adjusting plate is provided with a lifting cylinder for driving the comb teeth to extend out of the upper part of the edge of the bedplate;
the front profiling jig module comprises a front profiling jig clamping mechanism and a second screw rod arranged at one end of the mounting frame, facing backwards, of the mounting plate; a second sliding block is arranged on the second screw rod in a sliding manner; a supporting plate is arranged at the bottom of the front profiling jig clamping mechanism; one end of the supporting plate is connected with the second sliding block; a second servo motor for driving the second sliding block to move is arranged at the side end of the second screw rod; a third screw rod is arranged at the upper edge of the mounting plate; the other end of the supporting plate is slidably mounted on a third screw rod;
the front profiling jig clamping mechanism comprises a bottom plate and a top plate; a front profiling embedded block and a lower pressing block are arranged between the bottom plate and the top plate; the lower pressing block is arranged above the front profiling embedded block; a pressing cylinder is arranged on the top plate; the lower pressing block is controlled by a lower pressing cylinder;
a front corrugated groove is formed in one end face, facing the rear mounting frame, of the front profiling embedded block; a vacuum sucker is arranged on the front corrugated groove; the vacuum chuck is connected with an external vacuum equipment pipeline.

The corrugating welder according to claim 1, wherein the galvanometer servo module comprises a mounting plate and a galvanometer body; a first screw rod is arranged at one end, back to the rear mounting rack, of the mounting plate; a first sliding block is arranged on the first screw rod in a sliding manner; the galvanometer body is arranged on the first sliding block; and a first servo motor for driving the first sliding block to move is arranged at the side end of the first screw rod.
