Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of dense-medium coal separation, relates to a medium recovery process in a dense-medium coal separation process, and particularly relates to a process for completely magnetically separating gangue in easily-argillized power coal.
Background
The dense medium coal separation technology is the first choice method for processing raw coal in a coal preparation plant. However, for coal preparation plants with high clay mineral content in power coal or raw coal, secondary coal slime is easily generated in the heavy medium separation process, and adverse effects are brought to medium recovery and coal slime water treatment.
The medium circulation link existing in the heavy medium coal separation is a main cause of secondary coal slime, and research documents show that the secondary coal slime is greatly increased by adopting a pressure feeding two-product heavy medium cyclone, and the secondary coal slime is increased by 7%. The secondary coal slime is repeatedly circulated through qualified media in the heavy medium process, so that the argillization phenomenon is further aggravated. A large number of researches show that the change rule of the yield of the primary coal secondary coal slime along with the argillization time is fast firstly and slow secondly, namely, the secondary coal slime shows a rule that the primary coal slime is fast increased firstly and is slowly increased after 15-20min along with the continuous argillization time, and the secondary coal slime is mainly generated in qualified medium of middlings and gangue. Therefore, easily-argillized materials should be removed as soon as possible in the slime water treatment process.
Around the research idea, various power coal preparation plants adopt a plurality of measures to create a good slime water treatment environment. Some western power coal preparation plants adopt the flocculant to be added in a front-mounted manner, and the flocculant is added into a coal slurry barrel under a desliming screen, so that favorable solution conditions are created, and the argillization degree is reduced. Some coal preparation plants adopt a newly-added magnetic separator to specially process the dilute medium in the gangue section. After the medium is recovered by the magnetic separator, the gangue mud of the tailings is directly discharged into the fixed sieve, the arc sieve and the high-frequency sieve for dehydration and discharge, so that the circulation of high-ash fine mud in the gangue dilute medium is avoided. And in some power coal preparation plants, the gangue medium removal sieve plate is replaced by a sieve plate with the aperture of 1.5mm or 2mm to a sieve plate with the aperture of 0.5mm, so that gangue mud with the granularity of 1.5-0.5mm can be discharged out of a coal slime water system in time.
Based on the method, the treatment efficiency and the process of the slime water are continuously improved in recent years, in the actual production process, a large amount of slime still exists in qualified medium of middling coal and gangue and circulates in a heavy medium system, so that a large amount of high-ash fine mud cannot be discharged out of the system in time, the treatment pressure of the slime water is increased due to the circulation of the high-ash fine mud on one hand, the viscosity of circulating water and magnetic separation feed materials is increased due to the high-ash fine mud on the other hand, and the product is taken away and the loss medium in the magnetic separation tailings is increased. Therefore, the treatment effect of the slime water is further improved, and the circulation of high-ash fine mud in the medium-gangue qualified medium needs to be broken, and the high-ash fine mud is timely discharged out of the separation system.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems that high-ash fine mud mainly circulates in medium-gangue qualified media and cannot be discharged in time, and the treatment effect and the medium recovery effect of slime water are deteriorated, the invention provides a process for fully mixing the medium-gangue qualified media and dilute media and then jointly removing the high-ash fine mud in the medium-gangue qualified media through magnetic separation and grading, and provides a process for fully magnetic separation of the medium-gangue in easily-argillized power coal.

the slack coal system of the coal preparation plant is a 10.0Mt/a power coal preparation plant, three products, namely 2 products, 1200/850 products with the diameter, namely a dense medium cyclone, are adopted to separate and separate clean coal, medium coal and gangue products, and the three products respectively enter respective sieve curves and linear vibration medium removal sieves.
The undersize of the middlings and the gangue sieve arc and the front section of the linear medium removing sieve are qualified medium sections, the rear section of the linear medium removing sieve is added with water spraying medium removing sections, and the undersize is a dilute medium section.
The qualified gangue media in the original system are mixed and enter a return qualified medium barrel, the dilute media enter 3 HMDS1219 type roller magnetic separators, the magnetic concentrate returns to the qualified medium barrel, and the tailings enter a medium gangue coal mud barrel.
The proportion of the coal slime in the medium gangue qualified medium mixed under the condition accounts for more than 50 percent of the solid content, and the granularity composition is shown in table 1:

According to the results, the ash content of the coal slurry with the size of-0.5 mm in the medium gangue qualified medium is up to more than 55%, particularly the content of-0.25 mm in the medium gangue qualified medium is up to more than 1/4, and the ash content is more than 60%, which shows that the medium gangue qualified medium contains nearly half of high-ash fine mud, and the circulation of the part of the material in the qualified medium can further increase the content of the high-ash fine mud in the coal slurry water, thereby deteriorating the treatment effect of the coal slurry water. The above process is improved according to the scheme of the invention.
After improvement, the qualified medium of the middlings and the gangue and the dilute medium are mixed and enter a stirring barrel with the diameter of 3.0m, and the mixture is fully mixed and then is conveyed to 2 disk magnetic separators with the diameter of 1.5m by 6 m by pumps. Mixing concentrate of the disc magnetic separator and circulating water until the concentration is about 30%, then feeding the mixture into 3 HMDS1219 type drum-type magnetic separators for fine separation, feeding the concentrate of the drum-type magnetic separators into a qualified medium barrel, and feeding tailings mixed with tailings of the disc magnetic separators into a grading cyclone group for grading; the underflow of the grading cyclone is dehydrated by a high-frequency sieve and then mixed with gangue products, and the overflow is fed into a thickener.
The proportion of coal slime in the qualified gangue medium in the scheme, which accounts for the solid content, is reduced to below 30%, and the granularity composition is shown in table 2:

The results show that the ash content of the coal slime with the size of-0.5 mm in the medium gangue qualified medium is reduced to be less than 40 percent, and the content of-0.125 mm in the medium gangue qualified medium is reduced to 13.61 percent. The process adopting the scheme can effectively remove the high-ash fine mud from the qualified medium of the medium gangue in time, and the content of the high-ash fine mud is reduced by more than 50 percent compared with the content of the high-ash fine mud in the qualified medium of the medium gangue in the existing process. The method provides a good premise for ensuring the treatment effect of the slime water, and actual production shows that the consumption of the slime water medicament is reduced by more than 10%, the discharge period of a filter press is shortened by more than 10%, and the overall dielectric consumption is reduced by more than 10%.
