The powdering device for pepper production as claimed in claim 1, wherein the secondary crushing device comprises a second rotating motor (13), the second rotating motor (13) is fixedly mounted on the outer side wall of the casing (2), the second rotating motor (13) is connected with a power line, the input end of the second rotating motor (13) is electrically connected with the output end of the control panel (11), a plurality of movable crushing blades (18) are uniformly welded on the output shaft of the second rotating motor (13), the inner side wall of the casing (2) is fixedly connected with fixed crushing blades (20), and the fixed crushing blades (20) and the movable crushing blades (18) are arranged in a staggered manner.
