Abstract
The invention discloses a lithium battery recycling, rolling and crushing device, and relates to the technical field of mechanical equipment. The lithium battery crushing machine comprises a lithium battery crushing machine shell, wherein a first rolling rotating shaft is welded and connected to the upper end of the inner wall of the lithium battery crushing machine shell, two second rolling rotating shafts are welded under the first rolling rotating shaft in the lithium battery crushing machine shell, two secondary rolling separation baffles are welded above the second rolling rotating shafts and below the first rolling rotating shafts, and an acid liquor conveying pipeline is installed above the secondary rolling separation baffle on one side. The crushing device can effectively treat the waste lithium battery, better crush the waste lithium battery, avoid environmental pollution in the crushing process, and is more convenient and easy to operate in a crushing mode.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical equipment, and particularly relates to a lithium battery recycling, rolling and crushing device.
Background
Lithium batteries are batteries using lithium metal or lithium alloy as an anode material and using a nonaqueous electrolyte solution, and unlike lithium batteries, the lithium batteries are primary batteries and secondary batteries. Because the chemical characteristics of lithium metal are very active, the lithium metal has very high requirements on the environment in processing, storage and use, and therefore, the lithium battery is not applied for a long time. With the development of microelectronic technology at the end of the twentieth century, miniaturized devices are increasing day by day, high requirements are put on power supplies, and lithium batteries enter large-scale practical stages and generally have two types of appearances: cylindrical and square. The battery is internally in a spiral winding structure and is formed by spacing a polyethylene film isolating material which is very fine and has strong permeability between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The positive electrode comprises a current collector consisting of lithium cobaltate (or lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide, lithium manganate, lithium iron phosphate and the like) and an aluminum foil. The negative electrode is composed of a current collector composed of a graphitized carbon material and a copper foil. The battery is filled with organic electrolyte solution. In addition, a safety valve and a PTC element (used in a partial cylindrical mode) are also arranged, so that the battery is protected from being damaged when the battery is in an abnormal state and is in short circuit output, the voltage of a single lithium battery is 3.7V (the voltage of the positive electrode of lithium iron phosphate is 3.2V), and the battery capacity cannot be infinite, so that the single lithium battery is often subjected to series and parallel connection treatment to meet the requirements of different occasions.

Further, the outside hot melt of lithium battery crusher shell is connected with waste water recovery pipeline, waste water recovery pipeline's one end hot melt is connected with the waste water recovery case, the opposite side welded connection of lithium battery crusher shell has the waste recovery pipeline, the one end welding of waste recovery pipeline has the waste recovery case.
Further, the outer side of the lithium battery crusher shell is connected with a water pump protection box, an acid liquor conveying water pump is installed inside the water pump protection box (the motor protection box is installed on the same horizontal line of the water pump protection box), and a motor is installed inside the motor protection box.
Further, the upper part of the middle channel of the two second rolling rotating shafts is perpendicular to the first rolling rotating shaft.
Further, the wastewater recycling box and the waste recycling box are arranged on two sides of the shell of the lithium battery crusher and are not parallel.

1. the invention can effectively treat the waste lithium battery, better roll, avoid environmental pollution in the process of rolling, and the crushing mode is more convenient and easy to operate.
2. The invention can better recycle the crushed product, is provided with a solid-liquid collecting device, and the cover plate above the solid-liquid collecting device can prevent the lithium battery from splashing in the process of the first rolling, thereby effectively ensuring the safety of workers.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.
