Catheter for tracheotomy
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a catheter for tracheotomy.
Background
The tracheotomy is a common technique in otorhinolaryngology department for relieving respiratory obstruction and saving the life of a patient, and a tracheotomy catheter needs to be installed at an operation part after the operation. When the catheter is installed, the patient is supplied with oxygen, but in the existing oxygen supply method, an oxygen inhalation tube is usually put into the catheter and fixed by adhesive plaster; however, the catheter can attract sputum in the trachea during use, the adhesive plaster is soaked by the sputum, the adhesive plaster loses viscosity, the fixing effect of the oxygen tube is affected, and meanwhile, the polluted oxygen tube can easily cause lung infection.
The existing method for treating sputum generally pumps humidifying fluid through a scalp needle, but in actual operation, the problem that the scalp needle is difficult to fix also exists; another method is to suck the sputum away in time through a suction tube to avoid affecting lung ventilation, but the operation also has the problem that the suction tube is difficult to fix.
After the condition of an illness is stable, most patients need to extract the tracheal catheter, the ventilation function of the patients needs to be evaluated before the tracheal catheter is extracted, so that the patients need to block the trachea, more than 48 hours of half-tube blocking and more than 48 hours of full-tube blocking, and patients without dyspnea can still extract the trachea, but the trachea blocking device which is convenient and practical is clinically unavailable at present.
