After the sliding assembly 300 is assembled, when the pointer 302 slides between the bottom edge 211 and the top edge 221, the ferrule 312 can move axially on the set screw 311 correspondingly, compress the elastic member 303 when moving axially to the right, expand the elastic member 303 when moving axially to the left, and the elastic member 303 is always in a compression deformation state to generate a continuous pre-tightening force. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the distance between the pointer 302 and the sliding key 301, that is, the distance of the axial movement of the collar 312 on the positioning screw 311, can be adjusted, in a specific implementation, the positioning screw 311 is rotated circumferentially relative to the mount sleeve 310, as shown in the figure, the positioning screw 311 is rotated around the L-axis in the direction of the arrow, due to the screw feeding principle of the screw sleeve, the mount sleeve 310 and the positioning screw 311 can be displaced axially relative to each other, and due to the position limitation of the pointer 302 and the sliding key 301 on the upper surfaces of the pointer disc 200 and the scale body 100, the pointer 302 and the sliding key 301 do not deviate in. The design of this embodiment aims at: 1. by adjusting the distance between the pointer 302 and the sliding key 301, the sliding resistance of the pointer 302 can be changed, so that the smoothness of the pointer 302 sliding in the wave groove 210 can be adjusted, or assembly calibration can be performed, and the occurrence of a dead-lock condition is avoided; 2. for some special scenarios, such as when a fractional part of a value needs to be read, e.g. 3.5, 8.2, etc., the distance between the pointer 302 and the sliding key 301 can be reduced until the pointer 302 is out of contact with the top edge 212, so that even if the pointer 302 slides to a position between any two values, it will not automatically adjust to an adjacent value.
Optionally, the sliding assembly 300 further includes a distance adjustment knob 313, the distance adjustment knob 313 shown in fig. 4 is fixedly disposed at an end portion of the set screw 311, i.e., a right end portion shown in fig. 3, and is located on a side outer surface of the scale body 100, i.e., a right side outer surface shown in fig. 1, and is disposed outside to rotatably adjust a distance between the pointer 302 and the sliding key 301 without detaching the scale body 100. The side surface of the scale body 100 is further perforated with a side groove 130 for passing an end of the positioning screw 311, the groove direction of the side groove 130 is the same as that of the slide groove 110, and when the slide key 301 slides in the slide groove 110, the right end of the positioning screw 311 can slide on the side groove 130. Optionally, a cross-shaped groove is formed in the end surface of the distance adjusting knob and used for inserting a screwdriver to assist in rotating the adjusting knob 313, and the torque can be increased through a tool in the embodiment, so that the rotation adjustment is facilitated.
Therefore, the pointer plate 200 is designed on the scale body 100, the wave groove 210 is formed in the pointer plate 200, numerical scales are correspondingly marked on the bottom edge 211 of the wave groove 210, the sliding key 301 is connected with the pointer 302 through the elastic piece 303, and the elastic piece 303 is compressed to generate a pretightening force so as to push the pointer 302 to move to the bottom edge 211 of the wave groove 210. In the specific use, the patient stirs sliding key 301 according to painful anxiety degree, sliding key 301 drives pointer 302 and slides in wave groove 210, when pointer 302 is slided to the position between two numerical values (be promptly the position between wave groove 210's top edge 212 and bottom edge 211), under the pretightning force effect of elastic component 303, pointer 302 can't remain stable, will move to the bottom edge 211 that closes on, thereby automatically regulated is to the position of closing on numerical value, improve the accuracy of visual simulation anxiety aassessment, and promote patient's operation experience.
