Abstract
The invention provides a non-contact thermodetector, which comprises a shell, wherein the shell is provided with a front face facing a detector and a back face facing the detected person, a display screen is arranged at the upper end of the front face, an infrared sensor and a camera are arranged at the upper end of the back face, the infrared sensor is used for collecting the temperature of the detected person, the display screen is used for displaying the temperature collected by the infrared sensor, and the camera is used for collecting the identity information of the detected person so as to bind the body temperature and the identity information of the detected person.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a non-contact thermodetector and a temperature acquisition system.
Background art:
the conventional forehead temperature gun needs to record temperature and personnel information manually when detecting temperature, and is low in speed and low in efficiency. With the global outbreak of new coronary pneumonia in spring 2020, the traditional temperature collection method obviously cannot meet the requirement.
The present invention addresses the above problems by providing a new non-contact thermometer and temperature acquisition system that employs new methods and techniques to address these problems.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a non-contact thermometer and a temperature acquisition system which are used for acquiring temperature through an infrared sensor, acquiring identity information through a camera and binding the temperature and the identity information.

Optionally, a control unit is included to control the infrared sensor to continuously collect the temperature of the same detected person for multiple times, and to take an average value, a median value or a maximum value of the multiple temperatures.
Optionally, the infrared sensor has a plurality of infrared sensors for simultaneously acquiring the temperature of the detected person, and the display screen is used for outputting the average value or the median value or the maximum value of the plurality of temperature.
Optionally, a speaker is included to read the temperature after the infrared sensor successfully collects the temperature.
Optionally, the infrared temperature sensor comprises a second screen arranged on the back surface and used for displaying the temperature acquired by the infrared sensor.

Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the objects, structure, features, and functions of the invention, reference should be made to the drawings and detailed description that follow.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the non-contact thermometer 100 of the present invention mainly includes a housing 1, an infrared sensor 2 provided in the housing 1, a camera 3 and a control unit 4.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the housing 1 has a front surface 11 facing the examiner and a back surface 12 facing the examinee, which are opposite to each other, and two side surfaces 13 connecting the front surface 11 and the back surface 12. The upper end of the front face 11 is provided with a display screen 5, and the lower end of the front face 11 is provided with a plurality of keys 6. The upper end of the back 12 forms a protrusion 121, the infrared sensor 2, the camera 3, a distance sensor 7 and a light supplement lamp (not numbered, the same below) are arranged on the protrusion 121, the infrared sensor 2 is used for collecting the temperature of a detected person, the camera 3 is used for collecting the identity information of the detected person, such as a human face image or a bar code encoded with the identity information, and the distance is used for detecting the distance of the detected person, so that when the detected person reaches a certain distance range, the infrared sensor 2 is triggered to detect the temperature of the detected person, or the display screen 5 is triggered to display the temperature collected by the infrared sensor 2, or the camera 3 is triggered to collect the identity information of the detected person.
The infrared sensor 2 is relatively positioned above the camera 3, so that when the person to be detected is a person, the camera 3 is easy to acquire the full appearance of the face, the infrared sensor 2 is easy to aim at the forehead to acquire the forehead temperature of the person, the lower end of the back 12 and the two adjacent side surfaces 13 of the shell 1 form a holding part which is convenient for the person to hold, so that when the person to be detected holds the keys with one hand, the thumb can easily touch the plurality of keys 6 on the front 11, an inclined transition surface 122 is arranged between the bulge 121 and the lower end of the back 12, a second screen 8 is arranged on the transition surface 122, a plurality of sound-raising holes 123 and anti-skid parts surrounding the sound-raising holes 123 are arranged below the second screen 8, so that the index finger of the person to be detected is abutted against the anti-skid parts just below the transition surface 122, the second screen 8 is not shielded, the inclined transition surface 122 forms a stop for the index finger of the examiner, and the examiner is prompted to approximate positions of the infrared sensor 2, the camera 3 or the distance sensor 7 by touch, so that the examiner can be aligned conveniently.
In order to further improve the accuracy and reliability of temperature detection, the infrared sensor 2 may be controlled by an algorithm to perform multiple detections, such as averaging, median, or maximum, specifically, the infrared sensor 2 may be controlled to continuously collect multiple temperature data of a detected person within a certain time (e.g. 1s), or preset a single trigger to make the infrared sensor 2 perform multiple acquisitions to obtain multiple temperature data of the detected person, and in a case where an external environment has a large influence on the temperature, the averaging or median of the multiple temperature data may be set to represent the temperature of the detected person, so as to reduce an environmental error; when the external environment has little influence on the temperature, the maximum value of the plurality of temperature data can be set to represent the temperature of the detected person, and the detection error of the non-contact temperature measuring instrument 100 can be reduced to be closer to the actual temperature of the detected person.
In other embodiments, the function of the second screen 8 can be replaced by a speaker 8 ', the speaker 8 ' is arranged in the casing 1 at a position corresponding to the sound-emitting hole 123, and after the infrared sensor 2 detects the temperature of the detected person, the temperature of the detected person is displayed through the display screen 5, and simultaneously the temperature of the detected person is read through the speaker 8 ', which is obvious in the advantage of detecting the temperature of the blind person; or the display screen 5, the second screen 8 and the loudspeaker 8' simultaneously display or read the temperature of the detected person, so that not only can ordinary people quickly know the temperature of the person, but also blind people and even deaf-mutes who are inconvenient to inquire by opening can conveniently know the temperature of the person.
In other embodiments (not shown, the same applies below), the infrared sensor 2 is provided in plural, the plural infrared sensors 2 are used for simultaneously acquiring the temperature of the same detected person, the control unit 4 obtains an average value, a median value, or a maximum value of the plural temperatures through a preset algorithm, and further reads out the obtained temperature through the speaker 8', or displays the obtained temperature on the display screen 5 or the second screen 8.
In other embodiments (not shown, the same applies below), the keys 6 may not be provided, and the touch operation may be directly performed through the display 5, and the display 5 may cover most or all of the front surface 11.

As shown in fig. 5, in order to apply the temperature acquisition system 200 of the non-contact thermometer 100 according to the present invention, the operation process of the entire temperature acquisition system 200 will be described in detail below by taking the non-contact thermometer 100 as an example to acquire the forehead temperature of a person.
Firstly, a detector opens a thermometer APP on the non-contact thermometer 100, so that the non-contact thermometer 100 starts a temperature measuring function, when the detected person approaches, the detector holds the non-contact thermometer 100 by hand and gradually approaches and aligns to the forehead of the detected person, the detector presses a specific key 6 of the keys 6 to trigger the distance sensor 7 to work, when the distance sensor 7 detects that the detected person is within a preset distance range, the camera 3 is triggered to collect a face image of the detected person, so as to perform face recognition on the detected person, when the face information collected by the camera 3 is successfully compared by being transmitted to the background 300 by the wireless module 9, the distance sensor 7 also triggers the infrared sensor 2 to collect a plurality of forehead temperature data of the detected person, and when an average value, a median value or a maximum value or the forehead temperature of the detected person is taken, the display screen 5 and the second screen 8 are displayed, so that the temperature of the detected person can be rapidly known by the detector and the detected person, the temperature of the detected person can be rapidly read by the detected person through the arrangement of the second screen 8, the temperature value of the detected person does not need to be inquired, the detected person does not need to reply or turn over the display screen 5 towards the detected person, and the wireless module 9 further uploads the rated temperature of the detected person to the background 300 to be bound with the identity information of the detected person. The background 300 further pushes out the temperature information bound with the identity information of the detected person, and a supervisor can receive the temperature information through a small WeChat program on the terminal 400 (provided with WeChat) to supervise the temperature of the detected person in real time and reduce the probability of missing report of abnormal temperature information (such as overhigh temperature); the non-contact thermometers 100 may be multiple ones, the temperature information of multiple detected persons collected by the non-contact thermometers is uploaded to the background 300 and bound with the identity information of the detected persons, and the background 300 can push the information to the terminal 400 of multiple supervisors, so that the probability of missing report of abnormal temperature information is further reduced.
As mentioned above, when the identity information of the detected person is encoded in the barcode, for example, the current "health code" encodes the name, the identification card, the address and other information of the detected person, the camera 3 may also be configured to collect the "health code" image of the detected person, and further decode the image through the control unit 4, or upload the collected "health code" to the background 300 for decoding, and further bind the identity information of the detected person with the temperature. Under the dark light environment, light can also be supplemented through the light supplementing lamp.

7. The non-contact thermometer of claim 1 further comprising: the infrared temperature sensor is used for detecting the distance of a detected person and triggering the infrared sensor to detect the temperature when the detected person reaches a certain distance range.
8. The non-contact thermometer of claim 1 further comprising: the wireless temperature measuring device comprises a wireless module used for uploading data collected by the non-contact temperature measuring instrument.
9. A temperature acquisition system, comprising:
the non-contact thermometer of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the non-contact thermometer is provided with a thermometer APP for operation by a detector to control the non-contact thermometer, the non-contact thermometer comprises a wireless module for uploading data collected by the non-contact thermometer to a background for analyzing and pushing the data; and the terminal is provided with the WeChat and used for receiving the information pushed by the background through the WeChat small program.
