Detailed Description
The present invention will be described below more specifically with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The blood pressure monitor 1 of the present embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3 is a wrist type electronic blood pressure monitor that automatically measures blood pressure using the wrist of a subject as a site to be measured. The sphygmomanometer 1 includes a cuff 10 and a main body 20.
The cuff 10 is formed of a fabric in a band shape having a length that can be wrapped around the wrist of the subject, and has an air bag inside. When measuring blood pressure, the cuff 10 is wrapped around the wrist of the subject, and the air is injected into the air bag in this state to inflate the cuff, thereby pressing the wrist of the subject.
The main body 20 has a housing 30. The housing 30 has a main housing 31 formed in a thin box shape and a protruding housing 32 formed in a thin box shape and protruding from a rear surface 31a of the main housing 31. The main housing 31 and the protruding housing 32 are integrally formed of a synthetic resin material.
The display section 23 is provided on a front surface 31b on the opposite side to the rear surface 31a of the main casing 31. The display unit 23 is configured as a liquid crystal panel, for example. The display unit 23 can display various information such as the measured value (the highest value and the lowest value) of the measured blood pressure, the measurement result of the pulse wave, the date, the time, the ambient temperature, and the measurement result of the past, using a numerical value, a graph, or the like.
The display unit 23 may be any display unit as long as it can display the measured blood pressure value, and other display panels may be used instead of the liquid crystal panel.
The operation switches 21 and 22 are disposed in a region of the front surface 31b of the main casing 31 on the lower side of the display unit 23. By operating these operation switches 21 and 22, the subject or operator can input various commands such as turning on/off of the power supply, starting and stopping of measurement, and calling up a measurement result in the past to the main body portion 20 of the sphygmomanometer 1.
Various devices constituting the main body unit 20, such as a pump for supplying air to the air cells of the cuff 10, a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of the air cells of the cuff 10, a control unit for controlling the operation of the pump and calculating a blood pressure value from the detection result of the pressure sensor, and a storage unit such as a memory connected to the control unit, are accommodated in the main housing 31.
Further, a power source such as a dry battery is housed inside the portion of the protruding case 32. The power supply supplies power necessary for their operations to the control section, the display section 23, the pump, and the like. Since the protruding case 32 accommodates a heavy-weight power source, the center of gravity of the main body portion 20 is located at a portion of the protruding case 32.
As shown in fig. 2, the body portion 20 is attached to a portion of the cuff 10 including one end 11 in the longitudinal direction. More specifically, the surface of the protruding case 32 of the main body portion 20 facing downward in fig. 1 to 3 is a mounting surface 32a, and the cuff 10 is mounted on the main body portion 20 by fixing the portion of the cuff 10 within a predetermined range in the longitudinal direction from the one end 11 in the longitudinal direction to the mounting surface 32a with the one end 11 facing the opposite side of the main case 31.
A core 12 is installed inside one end side in the longitudinal direction of the cuff 10. The core 12 made of, for example, synthetic resin is a plate-like member bent into a C-shape in cross section, and has an opening facing the opposite side of the main casing 31. Thus, the portion of the cuff 10 in which the core 12 is installed extends from the one end 11 in the longitudinal direction toward the main case 31 along the attachment surface 32a of the protruding case 32, and is bent downward and away from the main case 31 at the portion facing the rear surface 31a of the main case 31. Therefore, when the cuff 10 is unfolded and wrapped around the wrist of the subject, the wrist is inserted into the portion of the cuff 10 in which the core 12 is installed from the side opposite to the main case 31 in which the core 12 is opened.
The first hook and loop fastener 40 is provided in a portion of the cuff 10 on the other end 13 side in the longitudinal direction of the main body portion 20 in a predetermined range. The surface of the cuff 10 on which the first hook and loop fastener 40 is provided is the surface of the cuff 10 opposite to the surface fixed to the attachment surface 32 a. In the present embodiment, the first hook and loop fastener 40 is provided at the other end 13 side of the cuff 10 with respect to the portion in which the core 12 is installed, with a predetermined length. The first hook and loop fastener 40 is fixed to the cuff 10 formed of a fabric by sewing.
The surface of the projecting housing 32 opposite to the mounting surface 32a is a receiving surface 32b parallel to the mounting surface 32 a. The mounting surface 32a and the receiving surface 32b are connected to each other by a rear end surface 32 c. The rear end surface 32c is inclined from the mounting surface 32a side toward the receiving surface 32b side in a direction approaching the main case 31.
The second hook and loop fastener 50 is provided on the receiving surface 32b of the protruding housing 32. In the present embodiment, the second surface fastener 50 is provided not only on the receiving surface 32b but also in a range from the receiving surface 32b to the rear end surface 32 c.
The second surface fastener 50 is fixed to the receiving surface 32b and the rear end surface 32c of the protruding case 32 by fixing the second surface fastener 50 to the upper surface of a synthetic resin base plate 51 that is curved so as to correspond to the surfaces of the receiving surface 32b and the rear end surface 32c by means of bonding or the like, and the base plate 51 is fixed to the receiving surface 32b and the rear end surface 32c of the protruding case 32.
The second surface fastener 50 is configured as a pair of surface fasteners with the first surface fastener 40, and is detachable from the first surface fastener 40. That is, the second surface fastener 50 can be attached to the first surface fastener 40 and detached from the first surface fastener 40. As the first surface fastener 40 and the second surface fastener 50, for example, a surface fastener having a structure in which a large number of piles are provided on one surface and a large number of hooks are provided on the other surface may be adopted, and various types of surface fasteners may be adopted as long as they are detachable from each other.
After the wrist of the subject is inserted into the inside of the portion of the cuff 10 in which the core 12 is installed from the opening side of the core 12, the portion of the cuff 10 on the other end 13 side is wound around the wrist and the first hook and loop fastener 40 and the second hook and loop fastener 50 are bonded to each other, whereby the cuff 10 is held in a state of being wound around the wrist of the subject, which is the subject to be measured. As described above, the first surface fastener 40 and the second surface fastener 50 are bonded to each other in a state of being wrapped around the wrist, whereby the cuff 10 is fixed in a state of being wrapped around the wrist. The portion of the cuff 10 on the other end 13 side of the bonded portion of the first hook and loop fastener 40 and the second hook and loop fastener 50 is folded back at the portion of the rear surface 31a of the main cover 31.
Further, a hook and loop fastener may be provided at the tip (the other end 13) of the folded-back portion, and the folded-back portion may be fixed to the portion of the cuff 10 wrapped around the wrist by bonding the hook and loop fastener to a surface provided on the opposite side of the portion of the cuff 10 where the first hook and loop fastener 40 is provided.
The first surface fastener 40 is longer than the second surface fastener 50, and the portion of the first surface fastener 40 that is bonded to the second surface fastener 50 can be adjusted according to the thickness of the wrist around which the cuff 10 is wrapped.
The first hook and loop fastener 40 is not provided in a portion of the cuff 10 within a predetermined range in the longitudinal direction from the other end 13, and the portion can be gripped when the cuff 10 is wrapped around the wrist of the measurement subject.
As described above, since the cuff 10 is attached to the convex case 32 of the main body portion 20, when the cuff 10 is wrapped around the wrist of the subject and fixed, the main body portion 20 is also fixed to the wrist of the subject together with the cuff 10. As described above, the sphygmomanometer 1 according to the present embodiment is an integrated type in which the cuff 10 and the main body unit 20 are integrated. The integrated sphygmomanometer 1 can be easily moved, and the subject can move the sphygmomanometer 1 around the wrist while keeping the measurement.
The sphygmomanometer 1 according to the present embodiment having the above-described configuration can automatically measure the blood pressure of the subject by wrapping and fixing the cuff 10 around the wrist of the subject and operating the operation switches 21 and 22 provided on the main body unit 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the display unit 23 displays information such as a measured blood pressure value in a posture in which the attachment surface 32a side of the convex case 32 is set to be downward and the receiving surface 32b side is set to be upward.
Here, in the sphygmomanometer 1 according to the present embodiment, the first hook and loop fastener 40 is provided in the cuff 10, and the second hook and loop fastener 50 that is detachable from the first hook and loop fastener 40 is provided in the main body portion 20, so that the main body portion 20 is attached to the portion of the cuff 10 including the one end 11 in the longitudinal direction, and the main body portion 20 can be easily worn on the wrist of the person to be measured in a desired orientation.
In particular, the sphygmomanometer 1 according to the present embodiment is configured to be worn on the wrist in a posture in which the elbow is bent and the lower arm is horizontal in front of the chest, and the main body unit 20 can be easily worn on the wrist as follows: the display unit 23 for displaying information is oriented to be easily viewed by the person to be measured in a posture in which the mounting surface 32a of the protruding case 32 is positioned downward and the receiving surface 32b side is positioned upward.
That is, in the sphygmomanometer 1 according to the present embodiment, the opening of the core 12 is directed downward, the wrist can be inserted from the opening side into the inside of the portion of the cuff 10 in which the core 12 is installed, the other end 13 side of the cuff 10 can be wound around the wrist in this state, and the first hook and loop fastener 40 and the second hook and loop fastener 50 can be bonded, so that the main body unit 20 can be easily worn on the wrist.
In addition, in the sphygmomanometer 1 according to the present embodiment, since the center of gravity of the main body unit 20 is located in the convex case 32, the wearing operation can be performed in a posture in which the convex case 32 having the center of gravity is located on the lower side with respect to the main case 31, and the wearing operation can be performed more easily.
As described above, the sphygmomanometer 1 according to the present embodiment is configured such that the main body unit 20 can be easily worn on the wrist of the subject in a desired orientation.
The second surface fastener 50 can be configured to be attachable to and detachable from the main body 20, that is, to be replaceable. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the substrate 51 is configured to be detachably attached to the protruding case 32 by the protruding portion being locked in the 4 attachment holes 32d provided in the protruding case 32, and the second surface fastener 50 is detachable together with the substrate 51 from the main body portion 20.
According to this configuration, since the second surface fastener 50 is configured separately from the cuff 10 and the first surface fastener 40, when the adhesiveness of the second surface fastener 50 to the first surface fastener 40 is reduced, only the second surface fastener 50 can be replaced without replacing the cuff 10 and the first surface fastener 40. This can reduce the cost involved in replacing the second surface fastener 50.
The second surface fastener 50 is not limited to the structure that can be attached to and detached from the main body portion 20 together with the substrate 51, and may be a structure that can be attached to and detached from the main body portion 20 without using the substrate 51. In this case, the second surface fastener 50 may be fixed to the main body portion 20 using a double-sided tape, an adhesive, or the like.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the blood pressure monitor 1 is a blood pressure monitor that is worn on the wrist of the person to be measured, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be a blood pressure monitor that is worn on the arm of the person to be measured.
In the above embodiment, the second surface fastener 50 is provided on the rear end surface 32c in addition to the receiving surface 32b of the protruding housing 32, but the second surface fastener 50 may not be provided on the rear end surface 32 c.
Further, in the above embodiment, the second surface fastener 50 is provided on the receiving surface 32b and the rear end surface 32c of the projection case 32, but the second surface fastener 50 may be provided on the main body portion 20, and the position of the installation may be variously changed.
Further, the shape of the case 30 may be variously modified as long as the second surface fastener 50 can be attached thereto.
