Abstract
The invention provides a fruit and vegetable maturity control device, refrigeration equipment with the same and a control method of the refrigeration equipment. The fruit and vegetable maturity control device comprises a fruit and vegetable accommodating device with a fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber, an ethylene slow release module and a control module, wherein the control module is used for controlling the ethylene amount released by the ethylene slow release module to the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber. The control module is provided with an image acquisition unit for acquiring information of fruits and vegetables placed in the fruit and vegetable containing chamber and a control unit for controlling the ethylene release amount of the ethylene slow release module according to the fruit and vegetable information acquired by the image acquisition unit.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fruit and vegetable ripening, in particular to a fruit and vegetable maturity control device, refrigeration equipment with the same and a fruit and vegetable maturity control method.
Background
Due to the requirements of storage and transportation and the limitation of production regions, many fruits are not harvested when the quality is optimal, so that the fruits purchased in the market need to be placed for a period of time to reach the optimal edible quality. Currently, there are two common methods for home fruit placement: (1) the fruit and vegetable can be placed at normal temperature, and the fruit and vegetable ripening speed can be influenced by supercooling or overheating according to the temperature change of four seasons, so that the edible requirement can not be met. (2) At present, some refrigerators are designed with ripening accelerating functions, but the ethylene slow-release module is basically only arranged in the ripening chamber, so that the ethylene release amount required by the ripening chamber cannot be effectively controlled, and further, better edible quality of fruits and vegetables is difficult to obtain.
Therefore, there is a need for a device and a method for controlling the ripeness of fruits and vegetables that can solve the above problems.

The invention provides a fruit and vegetable maturity control device and a control method which can achieve timely and targeted ripening control according to the storage condition of fruits and vegetables.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the fruit and vegetable maturity control device comprises a fruit and vegetable accommodating device with a fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber, and further comprises an ethylene slow release module and a control module used for controlling the ethylene amount released by the ethylene slow release module to the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber, wherein the control module is provided with an image acquisition unit used for acquiring fruit and vegetable information placed in the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber, and a control unit used for controlling the ethylene release amount of the ethylene slow release module according to the fruit and vegetable information acquired by the image acquisition unit.
Furthermore, the image acquisition unit is arranged in the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber and acquires fruit and vegetable information stored in the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber when the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber is opened or closed.

Further, the control method further comprises the steps of obtaining the ethylene concentration in the fruit and vegetable containing chamber when the fruit and vegetable information changes, and calculating the ethylene release requirement by combining the ethylene concentration in the fruit and vegetable containing chamber and the fruit and vegetable placement information.

The fruit and vegetable containing device 1 has a supporting bottom wall 11 located at the bottom of the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10, two side walls 12 located at two sides of the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10, a rear wall 13 located behind the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10, and a door (not shown) for opening or closing the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10. In the present embodiment, the fruit and vegetable container 1 is disposed at the front side, so that the fruit and vegetable container 1 further has a top wall 14 opposite to the supporting bottom wall 11.
When the door body is arranged on the front side of the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10, the ethylene slow release module 2 can be arranged on the top wall 14 or the rear wall 13 and can be opened or closed towards the interior of the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10 so as to adjust the ethylene release amount towards the interior of the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10.
In this embodiment, the ethylene slow-release module 2 is disposed on the rear wall 13, and has an accommodating cavity 21 disposed adjacent to the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber 10, an ethylene slow-release object 22 disposed in the accommodating cavity 21, a sliding baffle 23 for opening or covering the accommodating cavity 21, and a driving unit (not shown) for driving the sliding baffle 23 to move to control the opening size of the accommodating cavity 21. The driving unit is arranged behind the rear wall 13, electrically connected with the control module, and used for adjusting and controlling the sliding baffle 23 according to the indication of the control module.
In the present invention, the ethylene sustained release material 22 is an ethylene embedding material in which ethylene gas is embedded in a sustained release material by an embedding technique, and when in operation, the ethylene gas can be directly and slowly released into the air, and the ethylene release amount is accurately controlled according to the exposure amount facing the air, and the ethylene release amount is increased without heating or the like, so that the operation and the control are more convenient; and the ethylene gas is used as a plant maturation hormone, so that the taste and flavor of the fruits can be improved and the generation of nutrient substances is promoted after the fruits are matured, and the matured fruits and vegetables have better edible quality.
In the present invention, the control module has an image acquiring unit 31 for acquiring information of fruits and vegetables placed in the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber 10, and a control unit (not shown) for controlling the ethylene release amount of the ethylene slow release module 2 according to the information of fruits and vegetables acquired by the image acquiring unit 31. The control module is electrically connected with the driving unit through the control unit.
The image acquisition unit 31 is a device such as a camera, which is arranged in the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10, and is opened at a door body of the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10, and then when the door body is closed, the fruit and vegetable information stored in the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10 is acquired, and the acquired fruit and vegetable information is sent to the control unit, the control unit compares the fruit and vegetable information before and after the door body is opened, and determines whether to adjust the sliding baffle 23 of the ethylene slow release module 2 through the driving unit according to a comparison result, so that targeted ethylene release control is achieved, and better fruit and vegetable ripening experience of a user is provided, and edible requirements are met.
Preferably, the control module of the present invention further comprises an ethylene sensor 32 disposed on the fruit and vegetable containing device 1 for detecting the ethylene concentration in the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10; and then when the fruit and vegetable information changes, the ethylene concentration in the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber is obtained, and the ethylene release demand is calculated by combining the ethylene concentration in the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber and the fruit and vegetable placement information.
Further, the control module further comprises a temperature sensor 33 arranged in the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10 and a heating element 34 arranged below the supporting bottom wall 11, and the temperature sensor 33 and the heating element 34 are respectively electrically connected with the control unit; therefore, whether the temperature of the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10 is suitable for storing fruits and vegetables and meeting the ripening requirement can be determined according to the storage types of the fruits and the vegetables, and then matching adjustment is carried out.
In combination with the above, as shown in fig. 2, the present invention further relates to a method for controlling the ripeness of fruits and vegetables, which comprises:
acquiring door opening information of the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber 10;
when the door body is opened and then closed, the image acquisition unit 31 acquires whether the fruit and vegetable information in the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber 10 changes;
if the door body opening information does not change, the door body opening information is continuously detected;
if the change occurs, the fruit and vegetable placement information in the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber 10 is obtained, and the ethylene release requirement is calculated according to the fruit and vegetable placement information; the ethylene release requirement can be adjusted by adjusting the sliding baffle 23 between the ethylene slow release module 2 and the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber 10;
the control unit controls the ethylene slow release module 2 according to the calculated ethylene release requirement.
The fruit and vegetable placement information comprises the types and the weights of the placed fruits and vegetables according to the fruit and vegetable storage pictures acquired by the image acquisition unit.
Preferably, when the ethylene sensor 32 is provided, the control method further includes acquiring the ethylene concentration in the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber when the fruit and vegetable information changes, and calculating the ethylene release requirement by combining the ethylene concentration in the fruit and vegetable accommodating chamber 10 and the fruit and vegetable placement information.
Further, when the temperature sensor 33 and the heating element 34 are provided, the control method further includes acquiring temperature information in the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10 in real time, and adjusting the temperature in the fruit and vegetable containing chamber 10 according to the temperature information and the fruit and vegetable placement information.
