Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The following describes the implementation of the present invention in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic flowchart of a method for managing and controlling a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1.
A management and control method of a terminal comprises the following steps: step S10, step S20, step S30, and step S40.
Step S10: and acquiring user information, position information and the current state of the terminal.
It should be noted that the user information includes at least one of user identity information and user account information; the user identity information comprises fingerprint information, face image information and the like of a user, and the user account information comprises an account number, a password, a name, an age and the like.
It should be noted that the location information of the terminal may refer to an actual geographic location such as longitude and latitude coordinates of the terminal, or may refer to a logical location such as a cell, a school, and the like where the terminal is located. The terminal can determine the actual geographic position of the terminal through a wireless positioning system (such as a GPS (global positioning system), a Beidou satellite navigation system and the like), or can determine the logical position of the terminal through a base station.
It should be noted that the current state of the terminal refers to a terminal state in which the terminal does not execute the management and control policy or is executing one of the management and control policies; under different terminal states, the terminal has different continuous use durations, network connection permission, Bluetooth connection permission, access permission for different APPs and the like.
Specifically, the terminal may send the user information, the location information, and the current state of the terminal to the server in a manner of establishing a communication connection with the server.
Step S20: generating a corresponding control strategy according to the acquired user information and the acquired position information; and after the management and control strategy is executed by the terminal, the terminal is converted into a target state.
Specifically, when a terminal of a specific user in a target area needs to be managed, a corresponding management and control policy is generated by acquiring user information and location information of the terminal. For example, when the mobile terminals used by students are managed and controlled, schools enable the mobile terminals used by the students to execute well-set management and control strategies, so that the schools, teachers and parents can conveniently manage and control the terminals used by the students, and the students are prevented from being addicted to the network and further influencing physical and psychological health.
Step S30: and judging whether the target state is consistent with the current state or not.
Specifically, if the state information of the terminal after executing the management and control policy is consistent with the current state, it indicates that the state of the terminal is already the target state before executing the management and control policy, which indicates that the management and control policy of the terminal does not need to be changed, and at this time, a loop is skipped and the management and control policy of the terminal is output without being changed. For example, for a mobile terminal used by a student, before the terminal executes a management and control policy, a background worker can manually change the continuous use duration, the network connection permission, the bluetooth connection permission, the access permission for different APPs, and the like of the mobile terminal, so that before the terminal executes the management and control policy, the management and control adjustment under the management and control policy is already satisfied.
Step S40: and if the management and control strategies are not consistent, the management and control strategies are sent to the terminal, so that the terminal executes the management and control strategies.
Specifically, if the state information of the terminal after executing the management and control policy is inconsistent with the current state, it indicates that the terminal is not in the target state yet, and the current state of the terminal needs to be managed and controlled. The server can send the generated control strategy to the terminal in a communication connection mode with the terminal, and the server sends a control signal for controlling the terminal to execute the control strategy to the terminal while sending the control strategy. Of course, the server may also control the terminal to execute the management and control policy in other various manners.
According to the control method of the terminal, the user information, the position information and the current state of the terminal are obtained; generating a corresponding control strategy according to the acquired user information and the acquired position information; then judging whether the target state is consistent with the current state; and if the management and control strategies are not consistent, the management and control strategies are sent to the terminal, so that the terminal executes the management and control strategies. According to the method, the terminal is controlled by acquiring the user information, the position information and the current state of the terminal, so that the problems that the mobile terminal used by a student is difficult to be effectively controlled by a single and unchangeable control mode of the conventional mobile terminal are solved, a flexible, controllable and customizable management method is provided for the user, meanwhile, the student can be effectively prevented from being addicted to a network, the physical and mental health is further influenced, and the use experience of the mobile terminal is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a specific flow of step S20 in a method for managing and controlling a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention; in the embodiment of the present invention, step S20 specifically includes the following steps:
step S201: and judging whether the user information is pre-stored user information.
Specifically, the server stores user information in advance, and compares the obtained user information with the pre-stored user information to judge whether the obtained user information and the pre-stored user information are consistent or not and whether the user needs to be controlled or not; if the two are not consistent, the terminal of the user does not need to be controlled.
Step S202: and if so, generating a corresponding control strategy according to the position information.
Specifically, the acquired user information is consistent with the pre-stored user information, which indicates that the user needs to be managed and controlled, and then a corresponding management and control strategy is generated according to different position information of the terminal of the user.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a specific flowchart of step S202 in a method for managing and controlling a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention; in this embodiment of the present invention, step S202 specifically includes the following steps:
step S2021: and judging whether the terminal is in a target area or not according to the position information.
Specifically, the server stores position range information of the target area in advance, and determines whether the terminal is located in the target area by comparing the acquired position information of the terminal with the position range information of the target area stored in advance. For example, the school compares the acquired terminal position with the position area of the school by acquiring the position information of the terminal of the student, and judges whether the terminal is in the range of the school, so that the terminal used by the student is conveniently controlled.
Step S2022: and if the terminal is not in the target area, generating a second control strategy.
Specifically, when the terminal executes different management and control policies, the state of the terminal is also different. For example, the continuous use durations of the terminals are different, the network connection permissions of the terminals are different, the bluetooth connection permissions of the terminals, the access permissions of the terminals for different APPs are different, and the like.
It should be noted that, when there are multiple target areas, the control policy corresponding to each target area may also be different. For example, for a mobile terminal used by a student, a plurality of target areas such as schools and homes can be set, so that the schools and parents can conduct all-around management and control on the mobile terminal used by the student.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing and controlling a terminal according to another embodiment of the present invention, and based on the previous embodiment, before step S20, the method further includes the following steps:
step S11: the current time information is acquired.
Specifically, by acquiring the current time information, it is determined whether the terminal needs to be managed or not currently or whether the management and control policy of the terminal needs to be changed or not. For example, when a school manages and controls terminals used by students, the school acquires current time information, and then judges whether the students are currently in the learning time according to the time information, if the students are currently in the learning time, the school needs to manage and control the terminals used by the students, and if the schools are currently in the rest time, the school does not need to manage and control the terminals used by the students.
Step S12: judging whether the current time is in a time range in which a management and control strategy needs to be executed or not according to the time information; if so, the next step is executed, i.e., step S20 is executed.
Specifically, if the current time is not within the time range in which the management and control policy needs to be executed, it indicates that the terminal does not need to be managed and controlled, and at this time, a loop is skipped, and the management and control policy that does not manage and control the terminal or does not change the terminal is output.
The implementation process of the management and control method of the terminal is described above, and the implementation process may be implemented by a device, and the internal structure and function of the device are described below.
