and a third sending module 706, configured to send fifth information to the school that provided the application for practice activity, where the fifth information includes an approval result of the education management department and an approval result of the practice place.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the first sending module 702 includes:
a first obtaining unit 7021, configured to obtain first sub-operation information, where the first sub-operation information includes a selection operation of a second sub-object by a practice place manager; the first object comprises a first sub-object and a second sub-object, the first sub-object comprises basic information of the practical activity application, and the second sub-object comprises an operation button of the practical activity application; the basic information comprises activity classification, activity names, activity addresses, activity schools, activity people numbers, activity starting time, activity ending time, activity accessories, filing materials, examination and approval states, activity states, application time and the like;
a first sending unit 7022, configured to send first sub-control information, where the first sub-control information includes a command to display a second object in a second area of the user interface; the second object comprises a third sub-object and a fourth sub-object, the third sub-object comprises a button applied by the practical activity, and the fourth sub-object comprises a button not applied by the practical activity;
a second obtaining unit 7023, configured to obtain second sub-operation information, where the second sub-operation information includes a result of selecting the second object by a practice site administrator.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus may further include:
a fourth obtaining module 707, configured to obtain sixth information, where the sixth information includes a list of people participating in the practical activity and a start time and an end time of the practical activity;
a fifth obtaining module 708, configured to obtain seventh information, where the seventh information includes a dormitory occupancy status of the practice site in a time period between a start time and an end time of the practice activity;
a first calculating module 709, configured to arrange dormitory information in which each person participating in the practice activity stays during the practice activity according to the sixth information and the seventh information, where the dormitory information includes a dormitory number, a bed number, and the like;
a fourth sending module 710, configured to send eighth information to the school that provided the application for the practice activity, where the eighth information includes dormitory information where each person participating in the practice activity resides during the practice activity.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus may further include:
a sixth obtaining module 711, configured to obtain eighth information, where the eighth information includes information of all in-progress practical activities in the practical place;
a second calculation module 712, configured to separately extract a flow schedule of each ongoing practical activity, where the flow schedule includes a predicted start time and a predicted end time of each link in the practical activity;
a seventh obtaining module 713, configured to obtain ninth information, where the ninth information includes an actual start time and an actual end time of each link of a practice activity uploaded by a teacher who hosts the practice activity;
a third calculating module 714, configured to determine whether the actual time in the ninth information matches the expected time in the flow schedule; and if the actual time in the ninth information does not accord with the predicted time in the flow arrangement, sending an alarm signal.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the third calculating module 714 may be further configured to perform step S1411, step S1412 and step S1413 in the method embodiment.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the third calculating module 714 may be further configured to execute step S1421, step S1422, step S1423, step S1424, and step S1425 in the method embodiment.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the third calculation module 714 may be further configured to perform step S1431, step S1432, step S1433, step S1434, step S1435, and step S1436 in the method embodiment.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus may further include:
a fifth transmitting module 715, configured to transmit second control information, the second control information including a command to display a third object in a third area of the user interface, the third object including a button to create an activity;
an eighth obtaining module 716, configured to obtain first operation information, where the first operation information includes a selected operation on the third object;
a sixth transmitting module 717 for transmitting third control information including a command to display a fourth object including an information list of practical activities to be created to be filled in a fourth area of the user interface;
a ninth obtaining module 718, configured to obtain second operation information, where the second operation information includes a filling operation on the fourth object;
and the fourth calculating module 719 generates a new practical activity according to the second operation information.
In a specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the fourth calculating module 719 may be further configured to perform step S51, step S52, and step S53 in the method embodiment.
It should be noted that, regarding the apparatus in the above embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated herein.
Example 3
Corresponding to the above method embodiments, the embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a practice site management apparatus, and a practice site management apparatus described below and a practice site management method described above may be referred to in correspondence with each other.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a practice site management apparatus 800 according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the practice site management apparatus 800 may include: a processor 801, a memory 802. The practice site management apparatus 800 may also include one or more of a multimedia component 803, an input/output (I/O) interface 804, and a communication component 805.
The processor 801 is configured to control the overall operation of the practice site management apparatus 800, so as to complete all or part of the steps of the practice site management method. The memory 802 is used to store various types of data to support the operation of the practice site management device 800, such data can include, for example, instructions for any application or method operating on the practice site management device 800, as well as application-related data, such as contact data, messaging, pictures, audio, video, and so forth. The Memory 802 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic Memory, flash Memory, magnetic disk or optical disk. The multimedia components 803 may include screen and audio components. Wherein the screen may be, for example, a touch screen and the audio component is used for outputting and/or inputting audio signals. For example, the audio component may include a microphone for receiving external audio signals. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 802 or transmitted through the communication component 805. The audio assembly also includes at least one speaker for outputting audio signals. The I/O interface 804 provides an interface between the processor 801 and other interface modules, such as a keyboard, mouse, buttons, etc. These buttons may be virtual buttons or physical buttons. The communication component 805 is used for wired or wireless communication between the practice site management apparatus 800 and other apparatuses. Wireless Communication, such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC), 2G, 3G, or 4G, or a combination of one or more of them, so that the corresponding Communication component 805 may include: Wi-Fi module, bluetooth module, NFC module.
In an exemplary embodiment, the practice site management apparatus 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic components for performing the above-described practice site management methods.
In another exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium comprising program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the above-described method of practicing a venue management. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the above-described memory 802 including program instructions executable by the processor 801 of the practice site management apparatus 800 to perform the above-described practice site management method.
Example 4
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a readable storage medium, and a readable storage medium described below and a practice place management method described above may be correspondingly referred to each other.
A readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of managing a practice site of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
The readable storage medium may be a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and various other readable storage media capable of storing program codes.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method of managing a practice location, comprising:
acquiring first information, wherein the first information comprises practice activity applications sent by schools;
transmitting first control information including a command to display a first object in a first area of a user interface;
acquiring second information, wherein the second information comprises the approval result of the practice place manager to the practice activity application;
if the practice place manager approves the practice activity application, sending the third information to an education management department for approval; the third information comprises a practice activity application approved by a practice place manager;
acquiring fourth information, wherein the fourth information comprises approval results of education management departments;
and sending fifth information to a school which provides the application for the practice activity, wherein the fifth information comprises the approval results of the education management department and the approval results of the practice places.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending first control information, the first control information including a command to display a first object in a first area of a user interface, comprises:
acquiring first sub-operation information, wherein the first sub-operation information comprises selection operation of a practice place manager on a second sub-object; the first object comprises a first sub-object and a second sub-object, the first sub-object comprises basic information of the practical activity application, and the second sub-object comprises an operation button of the practical activity application;
transmitting first sub-control information including a command to display a second object in a second area of the user interface; the second object comprises a third sub-object and a fourth sub-object, the third sub-object comprises a button applied by the practical activity, and the fourth sub-object comprises a button not applied by the practical activity;
and acquiring second sub-operation information, wherein the second sub-operation information comprises a selection result of the second object by a practice place manager.
3. The method for managing a practice site according to claim 1, wherein the practice site manager further comprises, after applying for a practice activity:
acquiring sixth information, wherein the sixth information comprises a list of people participating in practical activities and the starting time and the ending time of the practical activities;
acquiring seventh information, wherein the seventh information comprises dormitory occupation conditions of practice sites in a time period between the starting time and the ending time of the practice activities;
according to the sixth information and the seventh information, arranging dormitory information where each person participating in the practical activity stays during the practical activity;
and sending eighth information to the school which provides the application for the practical activity, wherein the eighth information comprises dormitory information of each person participating in the practical activity during the practical activity.
4. The method of practice site management according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring eighth information, wherein the eighth information comprises information of all practice activities in progress in the practice place;
extracting a flow schedule of each ongoing practical activity separately, wherein the flow schedule comprises a predicted starting time and a predicted ending time of each link in the practical activity;
acquiring ninth information, wherein the ninth information comprises actual starting time and actual ending time of each link of practical activities uploaded by a host teacher of the practical activities;
judging whether the actual time in the ninth information accords with the predicted time in the flow arrangement or not; and if the actual time in the ninth information does not accord with the predicted time in the flow arrangement, sending an alarm signal.
5. A practice site management apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring first information, and the first information comprises practice activity applications sent by schools;
a first sending module, configured to send first control information, where the first control information includes a command to display a first object in a first area of a user interface;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring second information, and the second information comprises an approval result of the practice place manager for the practice activity application;
the second sending module is used for sending the third information to an education management department for examination and approval if the practical place manager passes the practical activity application for examination and approval; the third information comprises a practice activity application approved by a practice place manager;
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring fourth information, and the fourth information comprises approval results of education management departments;
and the third sending module is used for sending fifth information to the school which provides the practice activity application, and the fifth information comprises the approval results of the education management department and the approval results of the practice places.
6. The utility site management apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the first transmission module includes:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring first sub-operation information, and the first sub-operation information comprises selection operation of a practice place manager on a second sub-object; the first object comprises a first sub-object and a second sub-object, the first sub-object comprises basic information of the practical activity application, and the second sub-object comprises an operation button of the practical activity application;
a first transmitting unit for transmitting first sub-control information including a command to display a second object in a second area of a user interface; the second object comprises a third sub-object and a fourth sub-object, the third sub-object comprises a button applied by the practical activity, and the fourth sub-object comprises a button not applied by the practical activity;
and the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring second sub-operation information, and the second sub-operation information comprises a selection result of the practice place manager on the second object.
7. The practices site management apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said apparatus further comprises:
the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring sixth information, wherein the sixth information comprises a list of people participating in the practical activity and the starting time and the ending time of the practical activity;
the fifth acquisition module is used for acquiring seventh information, wherein the seventh information comprises the dormitory occupation condition of the practice site in the time period between the starting time and the ending time of the practice activity;
the first calculation module is used for arranging dormitory information where each person participating in the practical activity stays during the practical activity according to the sixth information and the seventh information;
and the fourth sending module is used for sending eighth information to the school which provides the application of the practical activity, wherein the eighth information comprises dormitory information where each person participating in the practical activity resides during the practical activity.
8. The practices site management apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said apparatus further comprises:
a sixth obtaining module, configured to obtain eighth information, where the eighth information includes information of all in-progress practical activities in the practical place;
a second calculation module for individually extracting a flow schedule of each ongoing practical activity, the flow schedule including a predicted start time and a predicted end time of each link in the practical activity;
a seventh obtaining module, configured to obtain ninth information, where the ninth information includes an actual start time and an actual end time of each link of a practice activity uploaded by a teacher who hosts the practice activity;
a third calculating module, configured to determine whether an actual time in the ninth information matches an expected time in the flow schedule; and if the actual time in the ninth information does not accord with the predicted time in the flow arrangement, sending an alarm signal.
9. A practice site management apparatus characterized by comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the steps of the method of practising location management according to any one of claims 1 to 4 when said computer program is executed.
10. A readable storage medium, characterized by: the readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the practice site management method of any of claims 1 to 4.
