5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driver information includes at least driver personal information, work experience and whether there is a criminal record.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supervision platform tracks the completion of the driver in real time based on the driving task and the learning course, analyzes whether the completion of the driving task and the learning course reaches the standard, and if not, limits the driver to go on duty, generates a record table to be recorded under the account number of the driver, and sends the record table to the unit to which the driver belongs within a preset time, and further comprises:
and monitoring whether the drivers who are restricted to go on duty continue the operation on duty, if so, sending alarm information to a local transportation management department.
7. A management system for information and safety precautions for a commercial vehicle driver, the system comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a monitoring platform and a monitoring unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring driver information to be subjected to identity authentication and sending the driver information to the monitoring platform;
the information verification unit is used for receiving the driver information and verifying the identity of the driver information by the supervision platform, automatically generating a driver record file from the driver information if the identity of the driver information passes the identity verification, and signing a labor contract with the driver;
the system comprises a task creating unit, a monitoring platform and a task issuing unit, wherein the task creating unit is used for creating a corresponding driving task and a corresponding learning course by the monitoring platform and issuing the driving task and the learning course to a driver after the driver finishes signing and passes pre-post examination;
and the generation unit is used for tracking the completion condition of the driver in real time by the supervision platform based on the driving task and the learning course, analyzing whether the completion condition of the driving task and the learning course reaches the standard or not, if not, limiting the driver to go on duty, generating a record table, recording the record table under the account number of the driver, and sending the record table to the unit to which the driver belongs within the preset time.
8. The system for managing information and safety precautions of a driver of an operating vehicle of claim 7, wherein the generating unit is further configured to:
the supervision platform collects behavior data of a driver through vehicle-mounted equipment, analyzes whether the behavior data has illegal behaviors or not based on the driving task, limits the driver to be on duty and creates the learning course until the assessment reaches the standard if the behavior data has the illegal behaviors, generates a record table of the behavior data and sends information to the unit to which the driver belongs;
and the supervision platform analyzes whether the driver completes the learning course within preset time, and if not, limits the driver to go on duty, generates a record table of the learning condition and sends information to the unit to which the driver belongs.
9. The system for managing information and safety precautions of operators of commercial vehicles of claim 7, wherein the pre-post assessment comprises:
and issuing a pre-post training video to the driver for safety knowledge education, monitoring the learning condition of the driver in real time and feeding back the learning condition to the supervision platform.
10. The system for managing information and safety precautions of a driver of an operating vehicle of claim 7, further comprising:
and the monitoring unit is used for monitoring whether the drivers who are restricted to go on duty continue the operation on duty, and if so, sending alarm information to a local transportation management department.
