1. An claim settlement investigation method based on enterprise monitoring data, which is applied to an online investigation system, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a claim settlement application submitted by a user; the claim settlement application comprises accident information, casualty staff information and medical information;
verifying the claim application according to enterprise monitoring data corresponding to the claim application;
if the medical information passes the verification, the medical information is continuously checked;
and if the check fails, stopping the claim examination and verification.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the online survey system has prior access to the user's enterprise monitoring system, the method further comprising:
and if the claim settlement application submitted by the user is received, acquiring the enterprise monitoring data from the enterprise monitoring system.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein prior to the verifying the enterprise monitoring data corresponding to the claim application, the method further comprises:
and receiving enterprise monitoring data which is submitted by the user and corresponds to the claim settlement application.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the enterprise monitoring data comprises: attendance record data, attendance video data and operation video data; the verifying the claim application according to the enterprise monitoring data corresponding to the claim application comprises:
determining whether the employee is an on-duty employee or not according to the casualty employee information and the attendance record data;
if the staff is the on-duty staff, determining whether the staff is the on-duty staff on the accident occurrence day according to the accident information, the casualty staff information and the attendance video data;
and if the staff is the staff on duty on the accident occurrence day, determining whether the staff is the staff on the accident occurrence site according to the accident information, the casualty staff information and the operation video data.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining whether the employee is an on-duty employee according to the casualty employee information and the attendance record data comprises:
inquiring the attendance record and the work-in and work-out place record of the casualty staff information within a preset date in the attendance record data;
and if the working record and the working place access record in the preset date are not abnormal, determining the working staff to be the working staff.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein determining whether the staff member is a day office staff member for the accident according to the accident information, the casualty staff information and the attendance video data comprises:
inquiring whether corresponding target attendance video data exist in the attendance video data according to the accident time corresponding to the accident information;
if the target attendance video data exist, identifying whether the human face features corresponding to the casualty employee information exist in the target attendance video data;
and if the face features exist, determining the face features as staff working on the day of the accident.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining whether the staff is a staff working at the scene of the accident according to the accident information, the casualty staff information and the working video data comprises:
inquiring whether the operation video data has corresponding target operation video data or not according to the accident time and the accident place corresponding to the accident information;
if the target operation video data exists, identifying whether the human face features corresponding to the casualty employee information exist in the target operation video data;
and if the human face features exist, determining the human face features as field operation staff of the accident.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the continuing to review the medical information comprises:
acquiring the injury grade of the personnel according to the medical certification material corresponding to the medical information;
auditing whether the injury grade of the personnel reaches the claim settlement standard;
if yes, determining to execute claim payment; if not, determining not to execute the claim payment.
9. The method according to claim 1 or 8, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and checking whether the corresponding claim payment grade of the claim application is correct or not.
10. An apparatus for claim investigation based on enterprise monitoring data, applied to an online investigation system, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a claim settlement application submitted by a user; the claim settlement application comprises accident information, casualty staff information and medical information;
the first verification module is used for verifying the claim application according to enterprise monitoring data corresponding to the claim application;
the second verification module is used for continuously verifying the medical information if the verification is passed;
and the claim stopping module is used for stopping claim examination and verification if the examination and verification is not passed.
