the LNG transaction management server is used for registering and managing the client terminal and the service terminal; distinguishing the client terminal and the service terminal by using ID or identification codes respectively; receiving LNG tank demand information sent by a client terminal; receiving electronic purchase contract completion information sent by a service terminal, and satellite positioning position, liquid amount, destination, route waypoint and time information of the current ID; calculating a plurality of matched waypoints of the LNG tank fuel supply ship and the vehicle taking the LNG as fuel through navigation simulation, and informing a service terminal and a client terminal of suggestions after optimization;
the LNG tank fuel supply ship is provided with an LNG tank storage area, an LNG canning station and an LNG tank hoisting platform; a plurality of LNG tank boxes are stored in the LNG tank box storage area.
The LNG transaction management system is characterized by further comprising an LNG card table arranged on the LNG tank box, wherein the LNG card table is provided with a communication module, and the communication module is used for communicating with the LNG transaction management server or indirectly communicating with the LNG transaction management server after communicating with the client terminal. The LNG natural gas card meter is further provided with a control module, and the on-off of the gas supply of the LNG natural gas card meter is controlled according to the balance of the current use account. The LNG natural gas card table is also provided with a display module for displaying LNG pressure, temperature and residual available flow information in the LNG tank.
The LNG tank fuel supply ship is provided with a special storage area for storing the recovered LNG tank; when the LNG gas is re-filled, a recovered LNG tank having the remaining liquid amount and pressure closest to the required liquid amount and pressure is selected and subjected to secondary filling. The recovered LNG tank having the optimum remaining liquid amount and pressure closest to the required liquid amount and pressure is subjected to the secondary filling on the LNG tank fuel supply ship, so that the technical purpose of saving the energy consumption of the LNG tank fuel supply ship can be further achieved, and the reduction of the operation cost of the LNG tank fuel supply ship is facilitated.
In the embodiment, the actual liquid consumption of the transportation equipment taking LNG as fuel is settled by adopting the flow meter arranged on the LNG tank, so that the scientific and reasonable charging effect can be achieved; the user only needs to pay for the actual liquid consumption of the user, and does not need to pay extra cost for the residual gas in the LNG tank; the recovered LNG tank can be continuously recycled after secondary filling, so that the effective utilization rate of the LNG is greatly improved.
And the profit obtaining mode completes settlement according to the LNG consumption measured by the flow meter arranged on the LNG tank and the selling price of the LNG. Because the LNG tank is along with increase and the ambient temperature influence of live time, its storage temperature and internal pressure can reduce gradually, cause certain influence to its duration, do not use the remaining residual gas of complete LNG tank to become user's economic burden after retrieving, adopt this settlement mode can abandon original tank purchase mode, only calculate the natural liquid volume that user's in-service use consumed, it will be fairly fair to compare original settlement mode, can save the unnecessary fund that consumes for LNG tank user. The residual gas in the recovered LNG tank can be recycled after secondary canning, no redundant waste is generated for a supplier, no redundant operation cost is generated, and the economic burden can be reduced for LNG users.
The service terminal arranged on the LNG tank fuel supply ship can timely acquire LNG tank demand information sent by the transport equipment using LNG as fuel through the client terminal, and prepares the LNG tank with the liquid quantity and the pressure matched with the LNG tank at a proper time node according to relevant information.
Example 3: the present embodiment provides an LNG tank fuel supply transaction system based on the above embodiments, including a client terminal, a service terminal, and an LNG transaction management server, and is characterized by including the following:
the system comprises a client terminal, a LNG transaction management server and a LNG tank demand information processing system, wherein the client terminal is arranged on a vehicle using LNG as fuel, is used for communicating with the LNG transaction management server through a network, and sends the LNG tank demand information to the LNG transaction management server through the network, and the LNG tank demand information comprises required liquid amount, a waypoint or a port of a planned route, and time of passing the waypoint or the port;
the service terminal is arranged on the LNG tank fuel supply ship and used for communicating with the LNG transaction management server, receiving LNG tank demand information sent by the LNG transaction management server, confirming and appointing a transaction waypoint or a port according to the LNG tank demand information, establishing an electronic purchase contract on line, and informing the LNG tank fuel supply ship to plan scheduling in advance and perform on-demand filling according to the electronic purchase contract; informing an LNG transaction management server of the satellite positioning position, the liquid amount, the route waypoint and the time information of the current LNG tank fuel supply ship; and completion of the contracted electronic purchase contract;
the LNG transaction management server is used for registering and managing the client terminal and the service terminal; distinguishing the client terminal and the service terminal by using ID or identification codes respectively; receiving LNG tank demand information sent by a client terminal; receiving electronic purchase contract completion information sent by a service terminal, and satellite positioning position, liquid amount, destination, route waypoint and time information of the current ID; calculating a plurality of matched waypoints of the LNG tank fuel supply ship and the vehicle taking the LNG as fuel through navigation simulation, and informing a service terminal and a client terminal of suggestions after optimization;
the LNG tank fuel supply ship is provided with an LNG tank storage area, an LNG canning station and an LNG tank hoisting platform; a plurality of LNG tank boxes are stored in the LNG tank box storage area.
The LNG transaction management system is characterized by further comprising an LNG card table arranged on the LNG tank box, wherein the LNG card table is also provided with a data card reader, and the data card reader is used for communicating with the LNG transaction management server by reading data in an adaptive data card; and the client terminal and the service terminal are also provided with data card writing modules, the data card writing modules are in communication connection with the LNG management server and are used for communication between the LNG management server and the LNG natural gas card meter, and written information is read by a data card reader of the LNG natural gas card meter. The LNG natural gas card meter is further provided with a control module, and the on-off of the gas supply of the LNG natural gas card meter is controlled according to the balance of the current use account.
The LNG natural gas card table is also provided with a display module for displaying LNG pressure, temperature and residual available flow information in the LNG tank. The display module is provided with at least one data visualization display module; the display module is provided with at least one display; the display module is in data connection with a display on a center console of the transportation equipment taking LNG as fuel.
When the LNG liquid level meter is used, the customer terminal or the service terminal purchases the LNG liquid level by using the data card writing module and writes recharging data into the data card; inserting the data card into an LNG natural gas card table to use the LNG natural gas liquid amount equal to the written data; the purchased LNG liquid amount can be consumed by replacing the LNG tank to continue to be used when the liquid amount that the LNG tank can provide is less than the surplus value in the LNG natural gas card meter. The user can access the LNG liquid amount recharging management server through the client terminal during the use period to check the LNG transaction purchasing information of the registered account at any time.
For simplicity of explanation, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combinations, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently with other steps in accordance with the embodiments of the invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.

Claims (16)

1. A fuel supply transaction method for an LNG tank is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a vehicle taking LNG as fuel sends LNG tank demand information to a fuel supply transaction system, wherein the LNG tank demand information comprises required liquid amount, price, a waypoint or a port of a planned route and time of passing the waypoint or the port;
the LNG tank fuel supply ship acquires LNG tank demand information sent by a vehicle taking LNG as fuel from a fuel supply transaction system through a network, confirms and appoints a transaction waypoint or a port according to the LNG tank demand information by combining the situation of the LNG tank demand information, and makes an electronic purchase contract on line;
the LNG tank fuel supply ship completes filling of the LNG tank in advance according to the required liquid amount according to the electronic purchase contract and the time of arriving at an appointed transaction waypoint or port, so that the transaction time is shortened;
the LNG tank fuel supply ship and the vehicle taking the LNG as the fuel meet at a contract trade waypoint to carry out a trade so as to complete the supply of the LNG tank fuel.
2. The LNG tank fueling transaction method of claim 1, further comprising: the LNG tank fuel supply ship recovers LNG tanks needing to be recovered on vehicles taking LNG as fuel when a trading waypoint is appointed.
3. The LNG tank fueling transaction method of claim 1, further comprising: and when the LNG tank fuel supply ship and the vehicle taking the LNG as the fuel make an electronic purchase contract on line, synchronously freezing corresponding guarantees of one or both parties, or pre-receiving corresponding payment of the vehicle taking the LNG as the fuel.
4. The LNG tank fueling transaction method of claim 1, wherein the purchase contract comprises LNG tank feed gas flow unit price, LNG required liquid volume, point or terminal of transaction and LNG tank demand pressure.
5. The LNG tank fueling transaction method of claim 4, wherein the LNG tank fueling vessel delivers the filled LNG tank to an LNG station near the port via the port.
6. The LNG tank fueling transaction method of claim 1, wherein the LNG tank fueling ship is provided with a dedicated storage area for stocking recovered LNG tanks; when the LNG gas is re-filled, a recovered LNG tank having the remaining liquid amount and pressure closest to the required liquid amount and pressure is selected and subjected to secondary filling.
7. An LNG tank fuel supply transaction system comprises a client terminal, a service terminal and an LNG transaction management server, and is characterized by comprising the following contents:
the system comprises a client terminal, a LNG transaction management server and a LNG tank demand information processing system, wherein the client terminal is arranged on a vehicle using LNG as fuel, is used for communicating with the LNG transaction management server through a network, and sends the LNG tank demand information to the LNG transaction management server through the network, and the LNG tank demand information comprises required liquid amount, a waypoint or a port of a planned route, and time of passing the waypoint or the port;
the service terminal is arranged on the LNG tank fuel supply ship and used for communicating with the LNG transaction management server, receiving LNG tank demand information sent by the LNG transaction management server, confirming and appointing a transaction waypoint or a port according to the LNG tank demand information, establishing an electronic purchase contract on line, and informing the LNG tank fuel supply ship to plan scheduling in advance and perform on-demand filling according to the electronic purchase contract; informing an LNG transaction management server of the satellite positioning position, the liquid amount, the route waypoint and the time information of the current LNG tank fuel supply ship; and completion of the contracted electronic purchase contract;
the LNG transaction management server is used for registering and managing the client terminal and the service terminal; distinguishing the client terminal and the service terminal by using ID or identification codes respectively; receiving LNG tank demand information sent by a client terminal; receiving electronic purchase contract completion information sent by a service terminal, and satellite positioning position, liquid amount, destination, route waypoint and time information of the current ID; and calculating a plurality of matched waypoints of the LNG tank fuel supply ship and the LNG fueled vehicle through the navigation simulation, and informing the service terminal and the client terminal of suggestions after optimization.
8. The LNG tank fueling transaction system of claim 7 further comprising an LNG tank fueling ship, said LNG tank fueling ship provided with an LNG tank storage area, an LNG filling station, and an LNG tank lifting platform; a plurality of LNG tank boxes are stored in the LNG tank box storage area.
9. The LNG tank fueling transaction system of claim 7 further comprising a supply pump, a filler pipe interface, a boil-off gas recovery pipe interface, a shower pipe interface, a tank safety valve interface and an LNG natural gas card meter provided on the LNG tank, wherein the LNG natural gas card meter comprises a temperature meter, a pressure meter and a level meter for monitoring the LNG tank, and a communication module is provided for communicating with the LNG transaction management server or with the client terminal.
10. The LNG tank fueling transaction system of claim 9, wherein the LNG natural gas card meter is further provided with a data reader for communicating with the LNG transaction management server or the customer terminal by reading data in an adapter data card.
11. The LNG tank fuel supply transaction system according to claim 9, wherein the LNG natural gas card meter further comprises a control module for controlling the supply of gas to the LNG natural gas card meter according to the balance of the current usage account.
12. The LNG tank fueling transaction system of claim 9, wherein the LNG natural gas card further comprises a display module for displaying LNG pressure, temperature, remaining available flow information in the LNG tank.
13. The LNG tank fueling transaction system of claim 7, wherein the client terminal and the service terminal further comprise a data card write module, the data card write module being communicatively coupled to the LNG management server for communicating the LNG management server with the LNG natural gas card meter.
14. The LNG tank fueling transaction system of claim 7, wherein the client terminal automatically updates the LNG transaction management server with current location, speed, heading, and time information of the LNG-fueled vehicle at intervals.
15. The LNG tank fueling transaction system of claim 7 wherein the LNG transaction management server is provided with a payment gateway; and the LNG management server writes stored value information into the specified account according to the order number or the account id number returned by the payment gateway and the successful transaction information.
16. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of a method for trading supply of LNG tank fuel according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
