Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an intelligent bill of lading template management method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. It should be noted that the method of the present invention is not limited to the flow sequence shown in fig. 1 if the results are substantially the same. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S101: and dividing all users into a plurality of groups according to the user tag information.
In step S101, the tag information of the user includes information such as department, project group, and position of the user, and when creating a group for all users according to the tag information of the user, the group may be grouped according to the department or project group of the user.
Step S102: and constructing a universal template which can be used by all groups, and storing the universal template in a pre-established universal template library.
It should be noted that the universal template library is preset and established to store universal templates that can be used by all groups. In this embodiment, the bill drawing data is divided into general data and special data, where the general data refers to data suitable for all the users in all the groups, and the special data refers to data suitable for the users in the group, for example, when a test bill drawing is initiated, the types of bills drawn by all the users are test bills, the next processing department is usually a test department, and the types of bills drawn and the next processing department are general data of the test bill drawing template; the test object, the test tool and the test data volume can be set according to the requirements of users of each group, and the test object, the test tool and the test data volume can be used as special data of the test bill of lading template.
In step S102, when constructing a common template that can be used by all groups, the method specifically includes:
1. and analyzing all historical bills of lading corresponding to each bill of lading type, and extracting general data corresponding to each bill of lading type from the historical bills of lading.
It should be noted that all the historical bills of lading initiated by all the users can be confirmed by querying all the historical bills of lading in the historical bill of lading database, and the general data of the same bill of lading can be extracted from the historical bills of lading initiated by all the users by analyzing a large number of the historical bills of lading of the same bill type.
Further, all historical bill extraction data are stored in the historical bill extraction database, wherein the historical bill extraction data comprise part of error bill extraction, incomplete bill extraction, overdue bill extraction and the like, therefore, all the historical bill extraction data need to be screened before the historical bill extraction is analyzed, only the effective bill extraction submitted within the preset time needs to be stored, and the effectiveness and the timeliness of the bill extraction data obtained by analyzing the historical bill extraction are guaranteed.
2. And constructing a universal template of each bill of lading type according to the universal data.
Specifically, the general data is added to the basic template pattern, and a general template of each bill of lading type can be obtained.
Further, after the universal template is stored in the universal template library, at intervals of a preset time period, the historical bills of lading submitted in the preset time period are screened and analyzed to obtain the universal data of each bill of lading type, whether the universal template needs to be modified or not is judged based on the universal data, if yes, the universal template is modified according to the universal data, so that the automatic updating of the universal template is achieved, the updating is performed after the analysis is performed according to the historical bills of lading submitted by the user, and the requirements of the user are met better.
Step S103: and traversing the historical bills of lading submitted by each group, analyzing to obtain all bill of lading types initiated by each group, and extracting the special data corresponding to each bill of lading type from the historical bills of lading corresponding to each group.
In step S103, the type of the bill of lading submitted by each group is obtained by analyzing the history bills of lading submitted by each group, the history bills of lading submitted by the group are divided according to the types of the bills of lading, and the specific data of the type of the bill of lading is extracted from the history bills of lading belonging to the same type of the bill of lading. The general data of the same bill of lading type is the same between different groups, while the specific data can be the same or different.
Step S104: and after the general template corresponding to the bill drawing type is obtained from the general template library, the special data is added into the corresponding general template to generate the special template of each group.
In step S104, as an example, assuming that the bill of lading type corresponding to group 1 includes type a and type B, a general template a and a general template B corresponding to type a and type B are obtained from the general template library, then the specific data corresponding to type a in group 1 is added to the general template a to generate a specific template for type a, and the specific data corresponding to type B in group 1 is added to the general template B to generate a specific template for type B.
Step S105: storing the special template to a special template library pre-established for each group.
It should be noted that the special template library is constructed according to user groups, and each group corresponds to one special template library.
Further, after the special template is stored in the special template library pre-established for each group, at intervals of a preset time period, the historical bills of lading submitted by each group in the preset time period are screened, the special data of each bill of lading type in the same group are obtained through analysis, whether the special template needs to be modified or not is judged based on the special data, if yes, the special template is modified according to the special data, and therefore automatic updating of the special template is achieved, and the special template can better meet requirements of users.
The intelligent bill-drawing template management method of the first embodiment of the invention establishes a special template library for each group on the basis of the general template library by grouping users, to store a dedicated template for each group, the dedicated template for each group being composed of dedicated data corresponding to the group of users and a generic template, thereby, a special template suitable for the group of users is customized for each group, the contents required to be filled in when the group of users bill the bill, thereby reducing the probability of error filling in the bill drawing, reducing the bill filling time consumed by the user when drawing the bill, improving the user experience, and, the method can also be applied to smart government affairs/smart city management/smart community/smart security/smart logistics/smart medical treatment/smart education/smart environmental protection/smart traffic scenes, so that the construction of a smart city is promoted.
Further, in some embodiments, after storing the specific template into a specific template library pre-established for each group, the method further includes: and uploading the universal template and the special template to the block chain.
Specifically, the corresponding digest information is obtained based on the generic template and the specific template, and specifically, the digest information is obtained by hashing the generic template and the specific template, for example, by using the sha256s algorithm. Uploading summary information to the blockchain can ensure the safety and the fair transparency of the user. The user equipment can download the summary information from the blockchain so as to verify whether the general template and the special template are tampered. The blockchain referred to in this example is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, consensus mechanism, encryption algorithm, and the like. A block chain (Blockchain), which is essentially a decentralized database, is a series of data blocks associated by using a cryptographic method, and each data block contains information of a batch of network transactions, so as to verify the validity (anti-counterfeiting) of the information and generate a next block. The blockchain may include a blockchain underlying platform, a platform product service layer, an application service layer, and the like.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an intelligent bill of lading template management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. It should be noted that the method of the present invention is not limited to the flow sequence shown in fig. 2 if the results are substantially the same. Step S206: and after a request for initiating a bill raising by a user is received, identifying a first target group to which the user belongs.
Step S207: and calling the special template with the highest matching degree with the user from the special template library corresponding to the first target group and displaying the special template.
In step S207, the matching degree between the user and the special template may be set according to the tag information of the user and the initiation frequency of the special template of the group, for example, when the tag information of the user includes "leader", the priority of the special template that needs to be used by the leader layer may be set to be higher, and then the special template with the highest use frequency is selected as the special template with the highest matching degree; when the label information of the user comprises 'staff', the priority of the special template required to be used by the staff level can be set to be higher, and then the special template with the highest use frequency is selected as the special template with the highest matching degree.
Further, in this embodiment, a suitable bill of lading template may also be searched according to the requirement of the user, so after step S207, the method further includes:
step S208: and when receiving the keywords input by the user, acquiring the query range selected by the user.
In step S208, the user may limit the query range to one of the general template library, the specific template library, the general template library and the specific template library according to the user' S needs.
