the outer cover (310), the outer cover (310) comprises an outer cover cavity (311), a current limiting plate (312) is arranged on the front side of the outer cover cavity (311), the current limiting plate (312) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the outer cover cavity (311), a plurality of current limiting holes (3121) are formed in the front wall of the current limiting plate (312), a plurality of threaded holes (3112) are formed in the periphery of the rear wall of the outer cover cavity (311) in an annular mode, a conversion wheel disc (313) is arranged on the front side of the outer cover (310), and the conversion wheel disc (313) is used for installing and fixing the outer cover (310);

sealing rings (1131) are adhered to the front side and the rear side of the wheel disc hole (113);
two grooves (1111) are formed in one side, away from each other, of the front water meter wheel disc (111) and the rear water meter wheel disc (112), the grooves (1111) are of annular structures, and sealing rings (1112) are bonded in the grooves (1111);
a gasket (323) is arranged on the front side of the conversion tube (321).
