Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engineering blasting, in particular to a water-containing blast hole charging device and a charging method.
Background
The engineering blasting is widely applied to rock mass excavation in engineering construction such as water conservancy and hydropower, traffic, mines, municipal works and the like. In blasting construction in rainy season or in the vicinity of rivers, lakes and seas, water with a certain depth is often accumulated in blast holes, and the influence of water-containing blast holes on the bottom charging quality of the blast holes and the crushing effect of bottom rock masses is obvious. The density of water in the blast hole is generally slightly larger than that of explosive due to the inclusion of rock debris and soil, and a first section of explosive roll in the blast hole is difficult to sink into water to be filled to the bottom of the hole, so that the explosive loading at the bottom of the blast hole is insufficient, and the rock mass crushing effect is poor; in addition, the distance between two adjacent sections of explosive rolls of the water-containing section in the blast hole is possibly beyond the sympathetic detonation distance, so that the explosive rolls in the blast hole cannot be fully propagated and exploded, and partial explosive rolls cannot be normally detonated, even resulting in a blind shot.
At present, the treatment measures for the water-containing blast hole in the blasting construction site are mainly to blow dry the water in the blast hole by an air compressor or connect a explosive cartridge at the bottom of the blast hole by an explosive fuse, but the water in the blast hole is difficult to blow completely in many cases, and the operation is complex by connecting the air compressor and the explosive fuse, so that the construction is inconvenient. In addition, some new water-containing blast hole charging structures appear at present, such as a charging structure for water-containing blast hole blasting disclosed in CN209326480U and a charging structure for water-containing blast hole blasting disclosed in CN 207113736U, and the methods have the problems of complicated operation, incapability of thoroughly solving the influence of water content in the blast hole on the charging quality and the crushing effect of the bottom of the blast hole and the like to different degrees.

According to the scheme, the pointed bulge is of a knife-edge-shaped pointed triangular structure and is 3-5 mm high; wrap up in the cartridge case inner wall and set up 2 ~ 3 rings of point arch along the axial, every circle includes 4 ~ 6 sharp archs of circumference interval arrangement.
According to the scheme, the water inlet hole is a circular hole with the diameter of 0.1-0.2 mm; a cavity is arranged between the sleeve and the wall of the medicine wrapping cylinder.
According to the scheme, the maximum particle size of the super absorbent polymer is larger than the diameter of the water inlet hole.
According to the scheme, the weighting ring is made of iron or lead alloy materials; the internal and external footpath of the weighting circle is adapted with the wrapping up cartridge case, and the height of the weighting circle is 5 ~ 10 mm.
