Further, as shown in fig. 1-3, the water heater cold water recycling system 10 may further include: the water spraying device 9, the water spraying device 9 is connected with the second reversing water outlet 303, when the cold water recycling system 10 of the water heater is positioned in the cold water recycling channel 3, the hot water in the hot water pipe 11 of the water heater 1 flows through the water mixing valve 4 and the second reversing water outlet 303 of the reversing device 300, and then is sprayed out of the water spraying device 9, so that the water is used by a user.
Further, the reversing device 300 may be a mechanical pressure reversing valve 300. The mechanical pressure reversing valve 300 is described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, 4-8, the reversing valve 300 is switchable between an initial state and a reversing state and includes: a valve body 310, a first spool 320, and a second spool 330.
Specifically, the valve body 310 has a reversing water inlet 301, a first reversing water outlet 302, a second reversing water outlet 303, a first actuation chamber and a second actuation chamber. The reversing water inlet 301 is adapted to communicate with the mixing valve water outlet 42, the first reversing water outlet 302 is adapted to selectively communicate with the water storage water inlet 61 of the water storage means 6, and the second reversing water outlet 303 is adapted to communicate with the water spraying means 9.
The first spool 320 is movably disposed in the first actuating chamber between a first position shown in fig. 6 and a second position shown in fig. 8, the second spool 330 is movably disposed in the second actuating chamber between an initial position shown in fig. 6 and a reversing position shown in fig. 8, and the second spool 330 is interlocked with the first spool 320.
In the initial state, the first valve core 320 is located at the first position and the second valve core 330 is located at the initial position, and the second valve core 330 is only communicated with the reversing water inlet 301 and the first reversing water outlet 302 to feed water to the water storage device 6; when the first reversing water outlet 302 is disconnected from the water storage device 6, the first valve core 320 moves to the second position and drives the second valve core 330 to move to the reversing position, the second valve core 330 only communicates the reversing water inlet 301 with the second reversing water outlet 303, and the reversing valve 300 is switched to the reversing state.
Thus, when no water passes, the reversing valve 300 is in an initial state; when water enters the valve body 310 from the reversing water inlet 301, the water flow firstly enters the water storage device 6 from the first reversing water outlet 302; when the first reversing water outlet 302 is disconnected from the water storage device 6, the first valve core 320 is linked with the second valve core 330 to change the water path direction, so that water from the reversing water inlet 301 flows out from the second reversing water outlet 303, and cold water which comes out first is collected by the water storage device 6, and hot water which comes out later can directly flow out from the water spraying device 9 for use by a user.
The reversing valve 300 changes the direction of the waterway by utilizing the linkage of the first valve core 320 and the second valve core 330, so that water entering from the reversing water inlet 301 flows out from the first reversing water outlet 302 first, and flows out from the second reversing water outlet 303 when the first reversing water outlet 302 is disconnected from the water storage device 6, thereby being beneficial to realizing the zero cold water function of the water heater, and having simple structure and high reliability.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 4-8, the reversing valve 300 further includes: the water inlet connector 340, one end of the water inlet connector 340 is connected with the reversing water inlet 301 and the other end is suitable for being connected with the water outlet 42 of the mixing valve. Advantageously, in order to ensure tightness and reliability, a sealing element 11, for example an O-ring, is provided between the water inlet fitting 340 and the valve body 310.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 to 8, the reversing valve 300 for a water heater further includes: the water outlet connector 350, one end of the water outlet connector 350 is connected with the second reversing water outlet 303, the other end is suitable for being connected with the water inlet end of the water spraying device 9, the head of the second valve core 330 is used for plugging the one end of the water outlet connector 350 when in an initial position, and the one end of the water outlet connector 350 is opened when in a reversing position.
Advantageously, in order to ensure tightness and reliability, a sealing element 11, for example an O-ring, is provided between the outlet fitting 350 and the valve body 310, a sealing element 11, for example an O-ring, is provided between the head of the first valve cartridge 320 and the valve body 310, a sealing element 11, for example a profiled sealing ring, is provided between the head of the second valve cartridge 330 and the outlet fitting 350, and a sealing element 11, for example an O-ring, is provided between the body of the second valve cartridge 330 and the valve body 310.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 4-8, the reversing valve 300 further includes: a link 360, the link 360 being rotatably provided on the valve body 310, and the link 360 being connected to the second spool 330. For example, the valve body 310 is provided with a fixing bracket 311, the connecting rod 360 is provided with a positioning hole 361, the fixing bracket 311 is provided with a mounting hole 312, the mounting shaft 304 passes through the mounting hole 312 and the positioning hole 361, and the mounting shaft 304 is matched with a nut to mount the connecting rod 360 on the fixing bracket 311; the second spool 330 has a body provided with an assembly hole 331 and the link 360 is provided with a through hole 362 and an assembly hole 363, the assembly shaft 305 passes through the through hole 362 and the assembly hole 331, and the assembly shaft 305 is engaged with a nut to fix the tail end of the second spool 330 in the assembly hole 363.
Wherein, in the initial state, the first valve core 320 is propped against the connecting rod 360; when the first reversing water outlet 302 is disconnected from the water storage device 6, the first valve core 320 pushes the connecting rod 360 to rotate, and the connecting rod 360 drives the second valve core 330 to move to the reversing position. Thus, the first and second spools 320 and 330 are interlocked with a simple structure.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, in the reversing state, the first valve cartridge 320 may be separated from the link 360 to move to the first position, thereby achieving the reset of the first valve cartridge 320. For example, a cap nut 306 may be disposed on the valve body 310, a first actuating cavity is defined between the cap nut 306 and the valve body 310, an actuating port 307 is disposed on the cap nut 306, and a tail end of the first valve element 320 extends from the actuating port 307 to abut against the connecting rod 360.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5-8, the connecting rod 360 has a receiving cavity 364, and a sealing pad 12, such as a rubber pad, is disposed in the receiving cavity 364, and the tail end of the first valve element 320 abuts against the sealing pad 12 when the reversing valve 300 is in the initial state, so as to facilitate buffering and vibration damping.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the first and second spools 320 and 330 are located at the same side of the rotation center of the link 360, so that the structure is more compact and the reversing reliability is more easily ensured.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the first valve spool 320 moves from the first position to the second position under the hydrostatic pressure of water. Thus, when the first diverting outlet 302 is disconnected from the water storage device 6, the pressure of the water in the valve body 310 is changed from dynamic pressure to static pressure to rapidly increase, the increased water pressure pushes the first valve element 320 to move, and then the first valve element 320 links the second valve element 330 to switch the diverting valve 300 to the diverting state. Therefore, the reversing valve 300 changes the direction of the waterway by utilizing the pressure change of the water, and the reversing valve 300 does not need external electricity or gas, so that the reversing valve is simpler in structure and higher in reliability, and is particularly suitable for household tap water with the water pressure in the range of 0.1-1 MPa.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, a first elastic member 371 is provided on the first valve element 320, and the first elastic member 371 has a force to normally drive the first valve element 320 to the first position; the second spool 330 is provided with a second elastic member 372, and the second elastic member 372 has a force to normally urge the second spool 330 toward the initial position. For example, the first elastic member 371 and the second elastic member 372 are each springs. It will be appreciated that the diameter of the head of the first spool 320 is greater than the diameter of the remainder of the first spool 320 and the diameter of the head of the second spool 330 is greater than the diameter of the remainder of the second spool 330.
Thus, when the reversing valve 300 is in the initial state, the first valve core 320 is pressed against the inner side of the valve body 310 under the action of the first elastic member 371, and the second valve core 330 is pressed against the one end of the water outlet connector 350 under the action of the second elastic member 372 to block the second reversing water outlet 303; when water flows into the water inlet joint 340, both the pressure of the water and the force of the second elastic member 372 act on the head of the second valve spool 330, so that the head of the second valve spool 330 blocks the one end of the water outlet joint 350, and at this time, the water flows out of the first reversing water outlet 302 and flows into the water storage device 6.
When the water storage device 6 is disconnected from the first reversing water outlet 302, the pressure inside the valve body 310 increases as the dynamic pressure changes to the static pressure, and when [ (P1 x S1-F1) x1.4 ] > (P2 x S2+ F2), the first valve core 320 pushes the connecting rod 360, the connecting rod 360 drives the second valve core 330 to move, and the reversing valve 300 is switched to the reversing state. Wherein, P1 is the static pressure received by the head of the first valve element 320, S1 is the force receiving area of the head of the first valve element 320, F1 is the force of the first elastic element 371, F1 is the friction force received by the first valve element 320, P2 is the static pressure received by the head of the second valve element 330, S2 is the force receiving area of the head of the second valve element 330, F2 is the force of the second elastic element 372, F2 is the friction force received by the second valve element 330, and the value 1.4 is the pressure ratio generated by the lever principle of the connecting rod 360.
Because the reversing water inlet 301 is communicated with the second reversing water outlet 303 when the head of the second valve core 330 opens the water outlet connector 350, at this time, the water pressure is changed from static pressure to dynamic pressure, the pressure drops, and the thrust force exerted by the first valve core 320 is reduced again and is pressed back to the first position by the first elastic member 371; after the water outlet connector 350 is opened by the second valve element 330, the force bearing area of the left side of the head of the second valve element 330 is larger than the force bearing area of the right side, so that the second valve element 330 can continue to move rightward until the special-shaped sealing ring seals the waterway between the reversing water inlet 301 and the first reversing water outlet 302 under the action of water pressure, and the reversing action is completed.
After closing the water, the second valve element 330 returns to the initial position under the elastic force of the second elastic element 372, and waits for the next boiled water use.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the central axis of the first valve core 320 coincides with the central axis of the first actuating chamber, and the central axis of the second valve core 330 coincides with the central axis of the second actuating chamber, so that the structure is simple and the state switching of the reversing valve 300 is smooth.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the central axis of the first spool 320 is parallel to the central axis of the second spool 330, and the rotation central axis of the connecting rod 360 is perpendicular to the central axis of the second spool 330, so that the structure is simpler and more compact, and the linkage between the first spool 320, the second spool 330 and the connecting rod 360 is smoother and more reliable.
In a specific embodiment, the reversing device 300 can adjust different switching pressure values to adapt to users with different water pressures, so as to ensure that the cold water recycling system 10 of the water heater has better universality.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, when the cold water recovery channel 2 is opened, the reversing water inlet 301 is communicated with the first reversing water outlet 302, the water storage water outlet 62 is disconnected from the cold water pipe 12, and the water flowing out of the hot water pipe 11 of the water heater 1 flows out of the first reversing water outlet 302 after passing through the water mixing valve 4 and the reversing water inlet 301 of the reversing device 300, and flows into the water storage device 6 from the water storage water inlet 61 after passing through the first one-way valve 7, so that the cold water remained in the hot water pipe 11 of the water heater 1 can be stored in the water storage device 6.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, when the cold water recycling channel 3 is opened, the reversing water inlet 301 is disconnected from the first reversing water outlet 302, the water storage water outlet 62 is communicated with the cold water pipe 12, and cold water stored in the water storage device 6 flows into the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1 after flowing through the second one-way valve 8 from the water storage water outlet 62, thereby completing recycling of the cold water in the water storage device 6.
It should be noted that the cold water recovery channel 2 is opened not because the cold water recovery channel 2 is opened and the first reversing water outlet 302 is opened, but because the cold water recovery channel 2 is opened because the reversing water inlet 301 is opened and the second reversing water outlet 303 is opened, and because the reversing water inlet 301 is opened and the cold water reuse channel 3 is opened, respectively, when the cold water reuse channel 3 is opened. That is, the opening or closing of the cold water recovery passage 2 and the cold water reuse passage 3 is determined by whether the reversing water inlet 301 of the reversing device 300 communicates with the first reversing water outlet 302 or the second reversing water outlet 303, thereby achieving recovery and reuse of cold water.
Specifically, when the pressure in the water storage device 6 is less than the pressure of the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1, the cold water recovery passage 2 is opened; when the pressure in the water storage device 6 is greater than the pressure in the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1, the cold water recycling channel 3 is opened, that is, the cold water recycling channel 2 and the opening and closing of the cold water recycling channel 3 are determined by the ratio of the pressure in the water storage device 6 to the pressure in the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1, wherein when the ratio of the pressure in the water storage device 6 to the pressure in the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1 is less than 1 (that is, the pressure in the water storage device 6 is less than the pressure in the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1), the cold water recycling channel 2 is opened, at this time, the cold water remained in the hot water pipe 11 of the water heater 1 can flow into the water storage device 6, so that the cold water remained in the hot water pipe 11 of the water heater 1 can be stored in the water storage device 6; when the ratio of the pressure in the water storage device 6 to the pressure in the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1 is greater than 1 (i.e., the pressure in the water storage device 6 is greater than the pressure in the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1), the cold water reuse passage 3 is opened, and at this time, the cold water stored in the water storage device 6 flows back into the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1, thereby completing the reuse of the cold water in the water storage device 6.
Further, the water storage device 6 may be a sealed structure, so as to ensure that the pressure in the water storage device 6 can be changed. In a specific embodiment, when the water heater 1 is operated for a period of time, the hot water in the hot water pipe 11 of the water heater 1 is cooled to become cold water, when the water heater 1 is reused, no cold water or a small amount of cold water flows into the water storage device 6 after the water heater 1 is reused, therefore, the pressure of the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1 is always larger than the pressure in the water storage device 6, water in the water storage device 6 cannot enter the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1 through the second one-way valve 8, at the moment, the reversing water inlet 301 in the reversing device 300 is communicated with the first reversing water outlet 302, the cold water recovery channel 2 is opened, when the water heater 1 is opened, the hot water from the water heater 1 pushes the cold water remained in the hot water pipe 11 to flow through the water mixing valve 4, the first reversing water outlet 302 in the reversing device 300 and the first one-way valve 7, and the cold water flows into the water storage device 6, the air in the water storage device 6 begins to be compressed along with the inflow of the cold water, the air pressure in the water storage device 6 becomes larger, and when the pressure in the water storage device 6 approaches the pressure of the cold water pipe 12 of the water pipe 1, the cold water pipe 12 enters the water storage device 6 to the cold water pipe 12 at the specific position of the water storage device 1, and the cold water storage device 1 is in a state of the water storage device 1 is at the water storage device 1, and the cold water storage device is at the water storage device is at a lower level, and the water level is at the water level 1 is shown in the water level condition; when the pressure in the water storage device 6 is greater than the pressure of the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1, at this time, the reversing water inlet 301 in the reversing device 300 is communicated with the second reversing water outlet 303, the cold water recycling channel 3 is opened, hot water flowing out of the hot water pipe 11 of the water heater 1 passes through the water mixing valve 4 and the second reversing water outlet 303 in the reversing device 300 and is sprayed out of the water spraying device 9 so as to be used by a user, and along with the flow of water in the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1, the pressure in the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1 is necessarily attenuated to a certain extent, at this time, the air pressure in the water storage device 6 is greater than the pressure in the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1, cold water in the water storage device 6 is discharged from the water storage water outlet 62, enters the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1 after passing through the second one-way valve 8 and is reused, when the pressure in the water storage device 6 is close to the pressure of the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1, the water flow discharged from the water storage device 6 is reduced, at this time, the pressure in the cold water pipe 12 of the water pipe 1 and the water storage device 1 in a static state is stopped at this time, and the water storage device 1 is stopped at the position of the water storage device 1, as shown in the water storage device 1, and the water storage device is stopped at the water storage device is stopped, and the water storage device is stopped at the position when the water storage device is stopped.
Alternatively, the water spraying device 9 is a shower head.
In some embodiments, the water storage device 6 may include: the water storage device comprises a water storage shell, a piston and a compression spring, wherein a cavity is formed in the water storage shell, the cavity is provided with a water inlet end and a water outlet end which are connected with the water storage inlet 61 and the water storage outlet 62, and a bottom end which is far away from the water storage inlet 61 and the water storage outlet 62, the piston is arranged in the cavity, the outer peripheral wall of the piston is suitable for being attached to the inner cavity wall of the cavity so as to form a water storage cavity between the piston and the water inlet end, the water storage inlet 61 and the water storage outlet 62 are communicated with the water storage cavity, the compression spring is arranged between the piston and the top end, when water flows into the cavity of the water storage shell in the hot water pipe 11 of the water heater 1, cold water is located in the water storage cavity, therefore, the piston moves upwards along with the increase of cold water in the water storage device 6, the compression spring located between the piston and the top end is compressed, and accordingly the compression spring can generate downward reactive force on the piston, and the pressure in the water storage device 6 is changed. That is, the water storage device 6 can also be matched with the spring through the piston, and the pressure change in the water storage device 6 can be realized by utilizing the reaction force when the spring is compressed, so that the pressure in the water storage device 6 can be ensured to generate a pressure difference with the pressure in the cold water pipe 12 of the water heater 1, and the normal operation of the cold water recycling system 10 of the water heater is ensured.
