Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a humidity control method for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the process for the humidity control of the air conditioner includes:
step 101: and acquiring current temperature and humidity parameter values in an air conditioning action area for heating operation according to the set temperature value.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the air conditioner performs heating operation according to a set temperature value, and in the operation process, the temperature and humidity parameter values in the air conditioner action area are obtained at regular time or in real time through the configured environment detection device, and the temperature and humidity parameter values obtained each time are the current temperature and humidity parameter values.
The temperature and humidity parameter values include: one or more of temperature value T, humidity value Rh and moisture content d, therefore, the current temperature and humidity parameter values in the air conditioning action area can be obtained and comprise: one or more of the current temperature value Tr, the current humidity value Rhr, and the current moisture content dr. In some embodiments, obtaining the current temperature and humidity parameter value in the air conditioning active region performing the heating operation according to the set temperature value includes: acquiring a current temperature value and a current humidity value detected by an air conditioner; and determining the current moisture content in the air conditioning action area according to the current humidity value and the current temperature value.
In some embodiments, the current moisture content corresponding to the current humidity value and the current temperature value can be determined according to the corresponding relationship among the temperature value, the humidity value and the moisture content.
Table 1 is a moisture content table provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. Therefore, the moisture content table shown in table 1 is stored in the air conditioner local or cloud server, and the current moisture content corresponding to the current humidity value and the current temperature value can be queried through the table 1. For example: if the current temperature value is 25 ℃ and the current humidity value is 40%, the corresponding current moisture content can be determined to be 7.97 according to table 1.

TABLE 1
Alternatively, in some embodiments, the air conditioner or the cloud server stores an empirical fitting formula between the moisture content and the dry-bulb temperature and the relative humidity, which is obtained by fitting through a regressive algorithm. Equation (1) is an empirical fitting equation between moisture content and temperature and relative humidity provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, so that the current moisture content corresponding to the current humidity value and the current temperature value can be determined according to equation (1).
d=a*T+b*Rh +c (1)
Wherein d is moisture content, Rh is humidity value, T is temperature value, and a, b and c are respectively set constants.
Of course, in some embodiments, only the current temperature value and the current humidity value in the air conditioning active region where the heating operation is performed according to the set temperature value may be obtained.
Step 102: and under the condition that the current temperature and humidity parameter value is greater than or equal to the corresponding set temperature and humidity parameter value, correcting the set temperature value according to the current temperature and humidity parameter value.
In some embodiments, the current temperature and humidity parameter values include: a current temperature value Tr, a current humidity value Rhr and a current moisture content dr. Thus, correcting the set temperature value may include: acquiring a target moisture content, wherein the target moisture content is determined according to a target humidity value and a target temperature value; and under the condition that the current moisture content is greater than or equal to the target moisture content, determining the corrected set temperature value according to the current moisture content and the target humidity value.
When the air conditioner starts heating operation, a target temperature value and a target humidity value can be preset, so that the target moisture content D can be determined according to the target humidity value and the target temperature value. Therefore, the determined target moisture content D can be obtained, and if the current moisture content dr is larger than or equal to D, the corrected set temperature value can be determined according to the current moisture content and the target humidity value.
In some embodiments, a first temperature value corresponding to the current moisture content and the target moisture content may be determined according to the corresponding relationship between the temperature value and the moisture content, and the first temperature value may be determined as the corrected set temperature value. For example: the current moisture content dr is 8.99 and the target humidity value RH-s is 40%, and the first temperature value can be determined to be 27 deg.c according to the correspondence shown in table 1, and thus 27 deg.c can be determined as the corrected set temperature value.
In some embodiments, the second temperature value is determined according to the current moisture content and the target humidity value by formula (1), and the second temperature value is determined as the corrected set temperature value. For example: the current moisture content and the target humidity value are respectively substituted into the formula (1), that is, dt ═ a × T + b × (Rh-s + c), so that (dt-c — b) × (Rh-s)/a ═ second temperature value T2, and thus, T2 can be determined as the corrected set temperature value.
In some embodiments, the current temperature and humidity parameter values include: a current temperature value Tr and a current humidity value Rhr. Therefore, under the condition that the current temperature value in the current temperature and humidity parameter values is larger than or equal to the target temperature value and the current humidity value in the current temperature and humidity parameter values is larger than or equal to the target humidity value, the sum of the current temperature value and the first set value is determined as the corrected set temperature value.
The first setting value may be determined according to the area where the air conditioner is located, the season and the performance of the air conditioner, and may be 0.8, 1, 1.2, 2, and so on. For example: if Tr is equal to or greater than target temperature value Tm and Rhr is equal to or greater than Rh-s, Tr +1 can be determined as the corrected set temperature value.
The heating operation of the air conditioner may include operation control according to a set temperature value, for example: and adjusting the running frequency of the air conditioner compressor, the rotating speed of the fan and the like according to the set temperature value and the current temperature value. Therefore, when the air conditioner initially starts heating operation, a target temperature value is corresponding to the target temperature value. The target temperature value may be set by a user through a remote control device, i.e., the target temperature value may be a received preset temperature. Or, the air conditioner stores the comfortable temperature corresponding to the current region and the current season, so that the air conditioner can determine the corresponding comfortable temperature according to the current region and the current season, and the target temperature value can be the comfortable temperature. If the comfortable temperature is in a temperature range, any one temperature value in the temperature range can be determined as a target temperature value, or an average value corresponding to the temperature range is determined as a target temperature value. For example: comfort temperature is a temperature range that includes: and at 24-26 ℃, determining 25 ℃ as a target temperature value. Or the cloud server stores the comfortable temperatures corresponding to the current region and the current season, so that the air conditioner can acquire and store the comfortable temperatures corresponding to the current region and the current season from the cloud server.
In some embodiments, a minimum value between the received preset temperature and the comfort temperature stored in the air conditioner is determined as a target temperature value, and the target temperature value is determined as a set temperature value before the first correction. For example: and if the received preset temperature is Ts and the comfortable temperature stored by the air conditioner is T0, determining a target temperature value Tm of the air conditioner to be { Ts, T0} min.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in the heating operation process of the air conditioner, the set temperature value is a variable value and is a value which can be corrected according to the current temperature and humidity parameter value in the air conditioner action area, so that the target temperature value is the set temperature value before the first correction; and after one, two or more corrections, the set temperature value is the corresponding corrected set temperature value.
Step 103: and performing operation control of the air conditioner according to the corrected set temperature value.
And the air conditioner is still in heating operation, and the heating operation of the air conditioner is carried out according to the corrected set temperature value. And finishing the humidity regulating process. And the temperature and humidity are still collected at regular time or in real time next time, and the humidity is regulated and controlled.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the set temperature value of the air conditioner is corrected in real time according to the current temperature and humidity parameter value of the area where the air conditioner is located, so that humidity control is automatically performed in the heating operation process according to the set temperature, automatic adjustment of the set temperature is realized, the temperature and humidity are guaranteed to be comfortable areas, the heating and dehumidifying intelligence is improved, and the user experience is also improved.
Of course, when the humidity in the air conditioning action area is high, the humidifying device can be started to perform dehumidification treatment. Therefore, in some embodiments, when the current temperature and humidity parameter value includes the current moisture content, that is, the current temperature value and the current humidity value in the air conditioning action area are obtained, and after the current moisture content in the air conditioning action area is determined according to the current humidity value and the current temperature value, the air conditioning humidity control may further include: controlling the humidifying device to be in a closed state under the condition that the current moisture content is greater than or equal to the target moisture content; and controlling the humidifying device to be in an opening state under the condition that the current moisture content is less than the target moisture content.
For example: and determining the target moisture content D according to the target temperature value Tm, the target humidity value Rh-s and the formula (1), determining the current moisture content dt according to the current temperature value Tt, the current humidity value Rht and the formula (1), and starting the humidifier to perform humidification operation if dt is less than D. If dt is larger than or equal to D, the humidifier can be closed.
Wherein, the process that air conditioner control humidifier operation can be accomplished through wireless short distance communication, for example: through one of the communication modes of the local area network WIFI, infrared, bluetooth, etc., the air conditioner sends a start or stop instruction to the humidifier, which is not specifically listed in detail.
The following operational flow is integrated into a specific embodiment to illustrate the process for controlling humidity of an air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner presets a target temperature value Tm and a target humidity value Rh-s, and stores the formula (1).
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a humidity control method for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 2, a process for humidity control of an air conditioner includes:
step 201: and starting the air conditioner for heating and starting, and determining a target moisture content D according to the target humidity value and the target temperature value.
Here, the target humidity value and the target temperature value may be substituted into equation (1) to obtain the target moisture content D.
Step 202: and acquiring a current temperature value and a current humidity value in an air conditioning action area for heating operation according to the set temperature value, and acquiring a current moisture content dt in the air conditioning action area.
When the air conditioner performs heating operation according to the set temperature value, the temperature value in the action area detected by the air conditioner through the temperature sensor can be obtained at regular time or in real time, and the detected temperature value is the current temperature value. Similarly, the current humidity value can be obtained through the humidity value in the action area detected by the humidity sensor. And, the current moisture content in the air-conditioning active area can be determined according to the current humidity value, the current temperature value and the formula (1).
Before the first correction of the set temperature value, the set temperature value is the target temperature value, and after one, two or more corrections, the set temperature value is the corresponding corrected set temperature value.
Step 203: is it determined whether the current moisture content dt is greater than or equal to the target moisture content D? If so, go to step 204, otherwise, go to step 206.
And acquiring the determined target moisture content D, if dt is larger than or equal to D, executing step 204, otherwise, executing step 206.
Step 204: and determining the corrected set temperature value according to the current moisture content, the target humidity value and the formula (1).
And (3) substituting the current moisture content and the target humidity value into the formula (1) to obtain a second temperature value, and determining the second temperature value as the corrected set temperature value.
That is, the corrected set temperature value (dt-c-b Rh-s)/a can be obtained by dt ═ a × T + b × Rh-s + c.
Step 205: and controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to the corrected set temperature value, controlling the humidifier to be in a closed state, and returning to the step 202.
Step 206: the humidifier is controlled to be in the activated state, and the step 202 is returned.
Therefore, in the embodiment, under the condition that the current moisture content is larger than the target moisture content, the set temperature value of the air conditioner is corrected in real time according to the current moisture content and the target humidity value, so that the humidity control is automatically performed in the heating operation process according to the set temperature, the automatic adjustment of the set temperature is realized, the temperature and the humidity are guaranteed to be in comfortable areas, the heating and dehumidifying intelligence is improved, and the user experience is also improved. In addition, the operation of the humidifying device can be controlled according to the moisture content, so that the humidity control effect is further improved, and the user experience is improved.
In the present embodiment, the first set value may be 2, and the comfort temperature T0 and the target humidity value are maintained in the air conditioner.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a humidity control method for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 3, the process for humidity control of an air conditioner includes:
step 301: and starting the air conditioner to heat and start, and determining the minimum value between the received preset temperature and the comfortable temperature stored in the air conditioner as a target temperature value.
If the received preset temperature is Ts and the comfortable temperature stored by the air conditioner is T0, the air conditioner determines that the target temperature value Tm is { Ts, T0} min, which is the set temperature value before the first correction.
Step 302: and acquiring a current temperature value and a current humidity value in an air conditioning action area for heating operation according to the set temperature value.
When the air conditioner performs heating operation according to the set temperature value, the temperature value in the action area detected by the air conditioner through the temperature sensor can be obtained in a timing or real-time mode, and the detected temperature value each time is the current temperature value. Similarly, the current humidity value can be obtained through the humidity value in the action area detected by the humidity sensor.
Before the first correction of the set temperature value, the set temperature value is the target temperature value, and after one, two or more corrections, the set temperature value is the corresponding corrected set temperature value.
Step 303: is it determined whether the current temperature value is greater than or equal to the target temperature value? If yes, go to step 304, otherwise, go back to step 302.
Step 304: is it determined whether the current humidity value is greater than or equal to the target humidity value? If yes, go to step 305, otherwise, go back to step 302.
Step 305: and determining the current temperature value +2 as the corrected set temperature value.
The current temperature value Ts, and the corrected set temperature value may be Ts + 2.
Step 306: and performing operation control of the air conditioner according to the corrected set temperature value, and returning to the step 302.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, under the condition that the temperature reaches the target temperature value and the humidity is greater than or equal to the target humidity, the set temperature value of the air conditioner is corrected according to the actual temperature value, so that the humidity control is automatically performed in the process of heating operation according to the set temperature, the automatic adjustment of the set temperature is realized, the temperature and the humidity are guaranteed to be comfortable areas, the intelligence of heating and dehumidifying is improved, and the user experience is also improved.
According to the above-described process for air conditioning humidity control, an apparatus for air conditioning humidity control can be constructed.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an air conditioner humidity control device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the humidity control apparatus for an air conditioner includes: an acquisition module 410, a correction module 420, and a control module 430.
The obtaining module 410 is configured to obtain a current temperature and humidity parameter value in an air conditioning action area performing heating operation according to a set temperature value.

In some embodiments, the modification module 420 comprises: a first correcting unit or a second correcting unit.
And the first correction unit is configured to determine a first temperature value corresponding to the current moisture content and the target moisture content according to the corresponding relation among the temperature value, the moisture content value and the moisture content, and determine the first temperature value as a corrected set temperature value.
The second correction unit is configured to determine a second temperature value according to the current moisture content and the target humidity value through formula (1), and determine the second temperature value as a corrected set temperature value;
d=a*T+b*Rh +c (1)

In some embodiments, further comprising: a humidification control module configured to control the humidification device to be in an off state in a case where the current moisture content is greater than or equal to the target moisture content; and controlling the humidifying device to be in an opening state under the condition that the current moisture content is less than the target moisture content.
In some embodiments, the modification module 420 is specifically configured to determine, when a current temperature value of the current temperature and humidity parameter values is greater than or equal to the target temperature value and a current humidity value of the current temperature and humidity parameter values is greater than or equal to the target humidity value, a sum of the current temperature value and the first set value as the modified set temperature value.
In some embodiments, further comprising: and the determining module is configured to determine a minimum value between the received preset temperature and the comfortable temperature stored in the air conditioner as a target temperature value, and determine the target temperature value as a set temperature value before first correction.
The following specifically describes an air conditioning humidity control process of the apparatus for air conditioning humidity control applied to an air conditioner.
In this embodiment, the comfort temperature T0 and the target humidity value Rh-s are stored in the air conditioner, and the formula (1) is stored.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an air conditioner humidity control device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the humidity control apparatus for an air conditioner includes: the obtaining module 410, the correcting module 420 and the control module 430 further include: determination module 440 and humidification control module 450
After the air conditioner is started to perform heating operation, the determining module 440 determines a minimum value between the received preset temperature and the comfort temperature stored in the air conditioner as a target temperature value, that is, determines { Ts, T0} min as a target temperature value, and determines a target moisture content D according to the target humidity value and the target temperature value. For example: the target moisture content D may be determined based on the target temperature value, the target humidity value, and equation (1).
The obtaining module 410 may collect the current temperature and humidity value detected by the air conditioner in the active area at regular time or in real time, so as to obtain the current moisture content dt in the active area of the air conditioner according to the formula (1).
Therefore, the correction module 420 may obtain the target moisture content D from the determination module 440, and determine the corrected set temperature value according to the current moisture content in the current temperature and humidity value, the target humidity value, and the formula (1) when the current moisture content dt is greater than or equal to the target moisture content D.
