Abstract
The invention discloses a high-strength piston rod with an anti-bending structure, which comprises a fixed seat, a reinforcing mechanism, a cleaning mechanism and a dismounting mechanism, wherein a cylinder body is arranged on one side of the fixed seat; the reinforcing mechanism comprises a sliding rail located on the outer wall of the cylinder body, the inner wall of the cylinder body is matched with the piston rod, and the outer wall of the piston rod is provided with a front supporting ring. According to the invention, the front support ring, the rear support ring and the reinforcing rod are arranged, when the piston rod extends out and moves outwards, the front support ring moves outwards, meanwhile, the rear support ring slides on the outer wall of the cylinder body under the connecting action of the front connecting rod, the reinforcing rod and the rear connecting rod, and when the top end of the piston rod is subjected to lateral force, the lateral force applied to the piston rod is reduced through the decomposition of the front support ring, the front connecting rod, the reinforcing rod and the rear connecting rod, so that the aim of bending resistance of the piston rod is achieved.

Background
The piston rod is a connecting component for supporting the piston to do work, most of the piston rod is applied to an oil cylinder and an air cylinder movement executing component, and the piston rod is a movement component with frequent movement and high technical requirement; taking a hydraulic oil cylinder as an example, the hydraulic oil cylinder consists of a cylinder barrel, a piston rod, a piston and an end cover; the quality of the processing quality directly influences the service life and reliability of the whole product; the piston rod has high processing requirement, the surface roughness requirement of the piston rod is Ra0.4-0.8 mu m, and the requirements on coaxiality and wear resistance are strict; the oil cylinder rod is basically characterized in that a slender shaft is machined, and the machining difficulty is high, so that the oil cylinder rod always troubles machining personnel.
The existing piston rod has the phenomenon of bending deformation of the piston rod in the using process, and once the piston rod is bent, the cylinder body is scrapped, so that greater loss is caused; the existing piston rod is not provided with a self-cleaning device, when the piston rod extends out, particles such as dust in the environment and the like are attached to the outer surface of the piston rod, when the piston rod contracts, the contraction resistance is increased, and even the piston rod and a piston cylinder are scratched.

the reinforcing mechanism comprises a sliding rail positioned on the outer wall of the cylinder body, the inner wall of the cylinder body is matched with a piston rod, the outer wall of the piston rod is provided with a front supporting ring, the outer walls of two ends of the front supporting ring are fixedly connected with a front connecting rod, the other end of the front connecting rod is provided with a reinforcing rod, the other end of the reinforcing rod is provided with a rear connecting rod, the other end of the rear connecting rod is provided with a rear supporting ring matched with the outer wall of the cylinder body, and the inner wall of the rear supporting ring is provided with a sliding chute;

the reinforcing mechanism comprises a sliding rail 3 positioned on the outer wall of the cylinder body 2, the inner wall of the cylinder body 2 is matched with a piston rod 8, the outer wall of the piston rod 8 is provided with a front supporting ring 10, the outer walls of two ends of the front supporting ring 10 are fixedly connected with a front connecting rod 9, the other end of the front connecting rod 9 is provided with a reinforcing rod 6, the other end of the reinforcing rod 6 is provided with a rear connecting rod 12, the other end of the rear connecting rod 12 is provided with a rear supporting ring 11 matched with the outer wall of the cylinder body 2, and the inner wall of the rear supporting ring 11 is provided;
wherein, the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning ring 4 positioned at one end of the cylinder body 2, and the inner wall of the cleaning ring 4 is provided with a sponge 5.
Please refer to fig. 4 and 5, the detaching mechanism includes a limiting hole 17 located inside the piston rod 8, a through slot 15 is disposed inside the front support ring 10, a locking pin 7 is disposed inside the through slot 15, a fixing piece 13 is disposed on an outer wall of the locking pin 7, and a spring 16 is fixedly connected to one side of the fixing piece 13 on an outer wall of the locking pin 7, so as to detach the front support ring 10 fixed on the outer wall of the piston rod 8.
Please refer to fig. 2, the inner wall of the top end of the cleaning ring 4 is provided with an internal thread, and the outer wall of one end of the cylinder body 2 is provided with an external thread engaged with the internal thread of the cleaning ring 4, so as to facilitate the detachment of the cleaning ring 4.
Please refer to fig. 5 and 6, the other end of the spring 16 is fixedly connected to the top end of the through slot 15, so that the supporting spring 16 can eject the fixing piece 13 to the bottom end by the elastic force, and the bottom end of the locking pin 7 is engaged with the limiting hole 17.
Please refer to fig. 2, the sponge 5 is in contact with the outer wall of the piston rod 8, the sponge 5 is immersed in the rust preventive oil, so that the piston rod 8 can extend and contract and simultaneously contact the inner surface of the sponge 5, and the sponge 5 cleans the outer wall of the piston rod 8 and simultaneously coats the rust preventive oil immersed in the sponge 5 on the outer wall of the piston rod 8.
Please refer to fig. 3, the inner wall of the sliding groove 14 is engaged with the outer wall of the sliding rail 3, so as to facilitate the sliding of the rear supporting ring 11 on the outer wall of the cylinder 2.
Please refer to fig. 5, the top of the latch 7 is engaged with the inner wall of the limiting hole 17, so that the top of the latch 7 is engaged with the limiting hole 17.
Please refer to fig. 1, one end of the slide rail 3 is in fixed contact with one side of the fixing base 1, and the length of the reinforcing rod 6 is equal to the extension of the piston rod 8, so that the piston rod 8 can be extended and contracted to drive the rear support ring 11 to slide through the connection of the reinforcing rod 6 without separating from the cylinder body 2.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, before the device operates, a front supporting ring 10 is fixed on the outer wall of a piston rod 8, when the piston rod 8 extends out and moves outwards, the front supporting ring 10 moves outwards, meanwhile, a rear supporting ring 11 slides on the outer wall of a cylinder body 2 under the connecting action of a front connecting rod 9, a reinforcing rod 6 and a rear connecting rod 12, when the top end of the piston rod 8 is subjected to lateral force, the lateral force applied to the piston rod 8 is reduced through the decomposition of the front supporting ring 10, the front connecting rod 9, the reinforcing rod 6 and the rear connecting rod 12, so that the aim of resisting bending of the piston rod 8 is fulfilled, when the piston rod 8 extends and contracts and passes through a cleaning ring 4 at the top end of the cylinder body 2, the sponge 5 on the inner wall of the cleaning ring 4 cleans the outer wall of the piston rod 8, meanwhile, antirust oil contained in the sponge 5 is wiped on the outer wall of the piston rod 8, the piston rod 8 is lubricated and subjected to antirust treatment, when, the top end of the bayonet 7 is separated from the limiting hole 17 by pulling up the bayonet 7, then the front support ring 10 is drawn out of the piston rod 8, and then the cleaning ring 4 is rotated, screwed off and replaced, and then the front support ring 10 is clamped on the outer wall of the piston rod 8 through the bayonet 7.
