Abstract
A fan for solving the problem that the existing fan is difficult to replace the light-emitting set by itself according to the preference, which comprises: a fan frame having a circumferential wall; the fan wheel is rotatably arranged on the fan frame; the decoration ring is positioned in the ring wall and is provided with at least one first magnetic suction part; and the light-emitting group is provided with at least one second magnetic part and is combined with the fan frame through the magnetic attraction of the second magnetic part and the first magnetic part of the decorative ring.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fan, in particular to a fan capable of generating a dazzling visual effect.
Background
The existing fan has not only heat dissipation effect, but also can be widely applied to LED and combined with the fan to enhance the aesthetic property when the fan is operated, so that the fan can generate a dazzling visual effect while running, thereby improving the added value of the product and increasing the purchase desire of consumers.
The existing fan is provided with a fan frame and a fan wheel, the fan frame can be used for assembling and positioning a plurality of light-emitting elements and at least one light-equalizing piece, and the at least one light-equalizing piece is aligned with the plurality of light-emitting elements, so that light rays generated by the plurality of light-emitting elements can be projected out through the at least one light-equalizing piece; the fan wheel is rotatably combined with the fan frame. Therefore, in the rotating process of the fan wheel, the light rays generated by the plurality of light-emitting elements can be projected on the light-equalizing piece, so that the variability of the dazzling light of the fan is increased. An embodiment similar to the conventional fan is disclosed in taiwan patent No. M530978 of "luminous heat dissipation fan structure".
However, although the conventional fan can achieve the effects of heat dissipation and glare generation, the light-emitting elements are fixedly arranged on the fan frame, and thus, a user cannot easily detach the fan frame for replacement, so that the color of the light generated by the fan and the glare effect are the same, and in the new and special mood of the consumer in pursuing a change day and night, the user can only choose to buy other fans with different glare effects again, thereby causing unnecessary waste.
In view of the above, there is still a need for improvement of the existing fan.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an objective of the present invention is to provide a fan, which allows a user to choose different light emitting sets according to their preferences, and to simply and quickly complete the assembly operation by means of magnetic attraction.
An object of the present invention is to provide a fan, wherein even though the ring wall is not combined with the light emitting assembly, a decoration ring located in the ring wall can be seen from the outside through the hollow portion of the ring wall, so that the decoration ring provides a decorative and aesthetic effect.
An objective of the present invention is to provide a fan, which can make the light projected by the light emitting set more uniform and generate the same halo as the halo.
An object of the present invention is to provide a fan, which can reduce the manufacturing cost.

The annular wall is provided with an inner wall surface and an outer wall surface which are opposite to each other, the light-emitting group is provided with at least one first light-emitting module combined on the outer wall surface, and the annular wall can be positioned between the decoration ring and the first light-emitting module in a radial direction. Therefore, the first light-emitting module can be easily combined on the periphery of the annular wall, and the effect of improving the magnetic attraction effect is achieved.
The fan frame has a plurality of spaced corner portions respectively connected to the ring wall, at least one first positioning portion may be formed on the periphery of the fan frame between any two adjacent corner portions, and the first light-emitting module may have at least one second positioning portion coupled to the first positioning portion for positioning. In order to make the aforementioned and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below:

Please refer to fig. 1, which is a first embodiment of the fan of the present invention, including a fan frame 1, a fan wheel 2, a decoration ring 3 and a light emitting assembly 4, wherein the fan wheel 2 is rotatably disposed on the fan frame 1, the decoration ring 3 is disposed in the fan frame 1, and the light emitting assembly 4 can be magnetically coupled to the fan frame 1. It should be noted that the present invention can be applied to fans such as a blower fan and an axial flow fan, and the present embodiment is described by taking an axial flow fan as an example, but not limited thereto.
The fan frame 1 has a ring wall 11 and a plurality of corner portions 12, and the corner portions 12 are connected to the ring wall 11 at intervals. In detail, the annular wall 11 may have an inner wall surface 111 and an outer wall surface 112 opposite to each other, the inner wall surface 111 is used for the decoration ring 3 to be combined, and the outer wall surface 112 is used for the light emitting set 4 to be combined.
At least one first positioning portion 13 may be formed on the outer periphery of the fan frame 1 between any two adjacent corner portions 12 so as to guide the light emitting assembly 4 to be assembled at a correct position between any two adjacent corner portions 12; in this embodiment, the first positioning portion 13 can be formed in a concave shape, and because the wall thickness of the fan frame 1 is thicker near the corner 12 and thinner near the middle of each side of the ring wall 11, the first positioning portion 13 is preferably located closer to the corner 12 and farther from the middle of each side of the ring wall 11, so as to avoid the influence of the concave arrangement of the first positioning portion 13 on the structural strength of the whole fan frame 1. In this embodiment, the number of the first positioning portions 13 between any two adjacent corner portions 12 is set to be even, and the light emitting groups 4 are arranged symmetrically about the middle portion of each side of the ring wall 11, so that the problem of directivity does not have to be considered when assembling the light emitting groups 4.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the decoration ring 3 is combined with the inner wall surface 111 of the annular wall 11, so that the decoration ring 3 is located between the annular wall 11 and the fan wheel 2. In detail, the decoration ring 3 can be assembled and combined with the ring wall 11 by means of adhesion, snap fit, or screwing; in this embodiment, the decoration ring 3 can be selected to be tightly fitted on the ring wall 11, so as to prevent the decoration ring 3 from loosening.
In addition, the decoration ring 3 has at least one first magnetic attraction portion 31 for magnetically attracting with at least one second magnetic attraction portion 41 of the light-emitting assembly 4. For example, the decoration ring 3 may be made of a non-magnetic material (e.g., plastic), and a plurality of iron sheets (or magnets) are embedded in the decoration ring 3 to form the first magnetic attraction portion 31, and the light-emitting set 4 is correspondingly provided with at least one magnet (or iron sheet) to form the second magnetic attraction portion 41, so that the light-emitting set 4 can be magnetically attracted to the fan frame 1 through the second magnetic attraction portion 41 and the first magnetic attraction portion 31 of the decoration ring 3. Alternatively, as shown in the drawings of the present embodiment, the decorative ring 3 is made of a material that can be magnetically attracted (for example, magnetic materials such as iron, cobalt, nickel, etc.) to form a single first magnetic attraction portion 31, which not only has a wider magnetic attraction range and no dead angle, but also is easy to manufacture and mold; correspondingly, the light emitting assembly 4 may have at least one magnetic member 41a (e.g., a magnet) to form at least one of the second magnetic attraction portions 41. In other embodiments, the materials of the first magnetic portion 31 and the second magnetic portion 41 can be interchanged.
On the other hand, the light emitting assembly 4 may have at least one first light emitting module 4a, the at least one first light emitting module 4a is combined on the outer wall surface 112 of the ring wall 11, the ring wall 11 may be radially opposite to and between the decoration ring 3 and the at least one first light emitting module 4a, and the at least one first light emitting module 4a may be stably combined on the fan frame 1 by the magnetic attraction between the at least one second magnetic attraction portion 41 and the decoration ring 3. The first lighting module 4a has at least one second positioning portion 42, the at least one second positioning portion 42 is positioned on the at least one first positioning portion 13 of the fan frame 1, the at least one second positioning portion 42 is formed in a protruding shape, so that the at least one second positioning portion 42 can be matched and combined with the at least one first positioning portion 13; thus, when the first light-emitting module 4a is assembled, the first light-emitting module 4a can be easily positioned at a correct position. In this embodiment, the number of the second positioning portions 42 of the first light-emitting module 4a is two, and the at least one second magnetic attraction portion 41 is preferably located between the two second positioning portions 42, so that the at least one second magnetic attraction portion 41 can be aligned to a thinner portion in the middle of each side of the ring wall 11, so as to improve the magnetic attraction strength between the at least one second magnetic attraction portion 41 and the decoration ring 3.
The first light-emitting module 4a may further include at least one light-transmitting portion 43 and at least one light-emitting element 44. The at least one light-transmitting portion 43 may be only located on the upper and lower surfaces of the first light-emitting module 4a, or the at least one light-transmitting portion 43 may also be located on the side surface of the first light-emitting module 4a away from the annular wall 11; in this embodiment, the number of the light-transmitting portions 43 is preferably plural, and the light-transmitting portions 43 are respectively disposed on the upper surface, the lower surface and the side surface far away from the annular wall 11 of the first light-emitting module 4 a. The material and type of the light-transmitting portion 43 are not limited to the light-transmitting principle. For example, the light-emitting element 44 may be made of a fog-like material or may be directly perforated, so that the light generated by the light-emitting element can penetrate through the plurality of light-transmitting portions 43.

Therefore, in the ring wall 11 incorporating the first light emitting module 4a, a dazzling visual effect may be provided by the at least one light emitting element 44 of the first light emitting module 4 a. In addition, the width W1 of the first light-emitting module 4a is preferably not greater than the maximum width W2 between any two adjacent corner portions 12 (as shown in fig. 3), so as to avoid the inconvenience of assembling the adjacent first light-emitting modules 4a due to their abutting.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, which illustrate a fourth embodiment of the fan of the present invention, the annular wall 11 may further have an axial end surface 113, and the axial end surface 113 connects the inner wall surface 111 and the outer wall surface 112; the second magnetic parts 41 of the second light-emitting module 4b are preferably aligned with the decorative ring 3 in the axial direction, so that the second light-emitting module 4b can be positioned above the fan frame 1. As such, in the present embodiment, in addition to the magnetic attraction between the at least one second magnetic portion 41 of the first light-emitting module 4a and the decorative ring 3 to be coupled to the outer wall surface 112 (as shown in fig. 7), the second magnetic portions 41 of the second light-emitting module 4b and the decorative ring 3 can also be coupled to the axial end surface 113 through the magnetic attraction. Therefore, each of the first light-emitting modules 4a and the second light-emitting modules 4b can emit light in the lateral direction and the axial direction of the fan, and a dazzling visual effect in different forms can be further exhibited. In addition, in the present embodiment, one housing 40 of the second light emitting module 4b can be made of acrylic or PC material in fog shape, and the plurality of light emitting elements 44 are embedded inside the second light emitting module 4b, so that the light generated by the plurality of light emitting elements 44 can penetrate through the second light emitting module 4b, so that the projected light is more uniform.
Referring to fig. 10, a fifth embodiment of the fan of the present invention is shown, which is substantially the same as the fourth embodiment, and mainly differs therefrom in that: the second light emitting module 4b of the fifth embodiment of the present invention is selected to be magnetically attracted to the fan frame 1. In detail, the fan frame 1 may have a plurality of magnetic attraction pieces 14 located on the axial end surface 113, the plurality of magnetic attraction pieces 14 being disposed on the periphery of the decoration ring 3; the second magnetic parts 41 of the second light-emitting module 4b are axially aligned with the magnetic parts 14, so that the second light-emitting module 4b can be positioned above the fan frame 1. Thus, in the present embodiment, in addition to the magnetic attraction between the at least one second magnetic attraction portion 41 of the first light-emitting module 4a and the decoration ring 3 to be combined with the outer wall surface 112 (as shown in fig. 7), the second light-emitting module 4b can be combined with the axial end surface 113 through the magnetic attraction between the plurality of second magnetic attraction portions 41 of the second light-emitting module 4b and the plurality of magnetic attraction pieces 14 of the fan frame 1, so as to achieve the purpose of simply and rapidly completing the assembly operation. Therefore, each of the first light-emitting modules 4a and the second light-emitting modules 4b can emit light in the lateral direction and the axial direction of the fan, and a dazzling visual effect in different forms can be further exhibited.
Referring to fig. 11, 12 and 14, which are illustrations of a sixth embodiment of the fan of the present invention, the decorative ring 3 may have a plurality of lugs 32 on its outer periphery, and the plurality of lugs 32 form the at least one first magnetic attraction portion 31, so that the plurality of lugs 32 can be combined with the plurality of recesses 15 of the fan frame 1; the second magnetic parts 41 of the second light emitting module 4b are aligned to the lugs 32 axially, so as to increase the magnetic attraction area between the second magnetic parts 41 and the lugs 32, and make the second magnetic parts 41 of the second light emitting module 4b magnetically attract the lugs 32 respectively. Thus, the second light emitting module 4b can be combined with the axial end surface 113 from the upper side of the fan frame 1 through the magnetic attraction between the second magnetic attraction parts 41 of the second light emitting module 4b and the lugs 32 of the decoration ring 3.
Referring to fig. 11 and 13, in addition, the fan frame 1 may further have at least one detent portion 16 located on the annular wall 11, the detent portion 16 is preferably formed in a straight shape, four detent portions 16 are provided in the present embodiment, and each detent portion 16 is located between any two adjacent corner portions 12; the second light emitting module 4b may further have at least one anti-rotation protrusion 45, the anti-rotation protrusion 45 is located on the lower surface of the second light emitting module 4b, and the at least one anti-rotation protrusion 45 may be combined with one of the locking portions 16 of the fan frame 1. When the second light emitting module 4b is assembled, the second light emitting module 4b can be easily positioned at a correct position, and the second light emitting module 4b and the fan frame 1 can be stably combined. In the present embodiment, a plurality of anti-rotation protrusions 45 are illustrated, and each anti-rotation protrusion 45 is aligned with each detent portion 16 of the fan frame 1.
In summary, in the fan of the present invention, the light-emitting assembly is magnetically attracted to the fan frame through the second magnetic attraction portion and the first magnetic attraction portion of the decoration ring, so that the light-emitting assembly is easy to assemble or disassemble for replacement; therefore, the user can choose to purchase the light-emitting groups with different light-emitting forms according to the preference and assemble the light-emitting groups on the fan frame in a magnetic attraction combined mode, so that the assembly operation can be simply and quickly completed, the use convenience can be improved, more commercial opportunities can be brought to the industry, and the practicability and the aesthetic feeling are achieved simultaneously.
Claims (18)
1. A fan, comprising:
a fan frame having a circumferential wall;
the fan wheel is rotatably arranged on the fan frame;
the decoration ring is positioned in the ring wall and is provided with at least one first magnetic suction part; and
and the light-emitting group is provided with at least one second magnetic part and is combined with the fan frame through the magnetic attraction of the second magnetic part and the first magnetic part of the decorative ring.
2. The fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ring wall has an inner wall surface and an outer wall surface opposite to each other, the light emitting unit has at least one first light emitting module combined to the outer wall surface, and the ring wall is radially aligned between the decoration ring and the at least one first light emitting module.
3. The fan as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fan frame has a plurality of spaced apart corners respectively connected to the annular wall, at least one first positioning portion is formed on the outer periphery of the fan frame between any two adjacent corners, and the first light-emitting module has at least one second positioning portion coupled to the first positioning portion in an aligned manner.
4. The fan as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first light-emitting module covers a side of the ring wall and the two adjacent corners, and the first positioning portion of the fan frame is located closer to the corners.
5. The fan as claimed in claim 4, wherein the number of the second positioning portions of the first light-emitting module is two, and the second magnetic attraction portion is located between the two second positioning portions.
6. The fan as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first light-emitting module and the corner portions are respectively four in number, and the width of the first light-emitting module is not greater than the maximum width between any two adjacent corner portions.
7. The fan as claimed in claim 2, wherein a hollow portion of the annular wall penetrates through the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface, and the hollow portion is radially aligned between the decoration ring and the at least one first light-emitting module.
8. The fan as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the annular wall has an axial end surface connecting the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface, the light emitting assembly has a second light emitting module combined with the axial end surface, and a plurality of second magnetic attraction parts of the second light emitting module are axially aligned with the decoration ring.
9. The fan as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the annular wall has an axial end surface connecting the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface, the fan frame has a plurality of magnetic attraction members located on the axial end surface, the light emitting assembly has a second light emitting module combined with the axial end surface, and a plurality of second magnetic attraction portions of the second light emitting module are axially aligned with the plurality of magnetic attraction members.
10. The fan as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the ring wall has an axial end surface connecting the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface, the decorative ring has a plurality of lugs on its periphery, the light emitting assembly has a second light emitting module combined with the axial end surface, and a plurality of second magnetic attraction portions of the second light emitting module are respectively magnetically attracted to the lugs.
11. The fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the annular wall has an outer wall surface connected to an axial end surface to which the light emitting unit is coupled.
12. The fan as claimed in claim 11, wherein the light emitting assembly has a second light emitting module coupled to an axial end surface of the ring wall, and a plurality of second magnetic attraction portions of the second light emitting module are axially aligned with the decorative ring.
13. The fan as claimed in claim 12, wherein a housing of the second light emitting module is made of acryl or PC material in a fog surface shape.
14. The fan as claimed in claim 11, wherein the decoration ring has a plurality of lugs at an outer periphery thereof, the light emitting assembly has a second light emitting module coupled to an axial end surface of the ring wall, and a plurality of second magnetic attraction portions of the second light emitting module are respectively magnetically attracted to the lugs.
15. The fan as claimed in claim 11, wherein a hollow portion of the annular wall penetrates an inner wall surface and the outer wall surface, and the hollow portion is radially opposite to the decoration ring.
16. The fan according to any one of claims 11 to 15, wherein the fan frame has at least one engaging portion on the annular wall, and the second light emitting module has at least one anti-rotation protrusion coupled to each engaging portion.
17. The fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the decoration ring is tightly fitted to the ring wall.
18. The fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the decoration ring is made of a material capable of being magnetically attracted to form the first magnetic attraction portion, and the light-emitting assembly has at least one magnetic member for forming at least one second magnetic attraction portion.
