Abstract
The application discloses a corner coupling interlocking connecting device for HDPE membranes and a using method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: the coupling web plate and the two groups of latch hook assemblies are arranged on the coupling web plate; the first lock hook and the second lock hook are arranged on the same side of the surface of the corresponding web plate section and are used as locking components of the connecting device, the first lock hook is used as a standard lock hook of the connecting device, the end part of the second lock hook is provided with a groove, after the connecting device is respectively spliced with two HDPE membranes, a reserved space, namely a reserved hole, is formed at the groove, and seepage-proofing components such as a slow expansion water stop strip or a closed grouting pipe or a drain pipe and the like or a preset detection hose for later-stage monitoring can be arranged at the reserved hole according to the actual use purpose; when the HDPE diaphragm needs the corner, install this device between two HDPE diaphragms, utilize latch hook subassembly on this device to peg graft respectively with two HDPE diaphragms, form the coupling interlocking to two web sections that utilize this device form required corner angle.

Background
HDPE membranes are widely used in civil engineering fields such as civil engineering, mines, water conservancy and environment, have seepage prevention or isolation effects, and have very good corrosion resistance and ductility. HDPE impermeable membranes with the thickness of 3mm and the width of more than 6 meters are produced in China in a mature mode, mature hot melting welding is adopted to be overlapped into any breadth, the detection technology is mature, and the HDPE impermeable membranes are widely used in the engineering fields of waterproof or isolation barriers of open-air refuse landfills, tunnels and underground structures and the like.
At present, the existing HDPE geomembrane is influenced by a plurality of closed anti-seepage engineering field conditions in the using process, a plurality of corners exist in the installation axis, and the HDPE geomembrane is usually adopted to directly turn the corners, so that the method has great limitation, and the installation technical difficulty of the HDPE geomembrane and the damage risk of the HDPE geomembrane are increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above defects or shortcomings in the prior art, it is desirable to provide an HDPE membrane corner coupling interlocking connection device and a use method thereof, which avoid the quality risk and technical difficulty of increasing the bending installation of a HDPE geomembrane at a construction axis corner position, have the required strength and impermeability, and are simple in structure and easy to implement.
In a first aspect, the present application provides an HDPE membrane corner coupling interlocking connection device, comprising: the coupling web plate and the two groups of latch hook assemblies are arranged on the coupling web plate;
the coupling web plate is provided with two web plate sections, and the end parts of the two web plate sections are connected to form a preset angle; each web section is provided with a group of locking hook assemblies;
the latch hook assembly includes: at least two first latch hooks and at least one second latch hook disposed on respective web segment surfaces; the first locking hook and the second locking hook are arranged on the same side; the end of the second lock hook is provided with a groove.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, a reserved hole is formed between the groove and the first lock hook adjacent to the groove.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the number of the preformed holes is at least two.
According to the technical scheme that this application embodiment provided, two the preformed hole is waterproof barrier hole or infiltration hole, or one the preformed hole is waterproof barrier hole, another the preformed hole is the infiltration hole.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the connecting device is of an integrally formed structure.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for using an HDPE film corner coupling interlocking connection device, comprising the following steps:

step S2: processing: according to a design construction drawing, the connecting device is manufactured on a special platform, and accessories such as a balance weight and a water stop strip are prepared;
step S3: and (3) transportation: the processed connecting device is transported to a construction site from a factory by adopting a platform truck or an auxiliary transportation winding drum;
step S4: installation: the connecting device is installed at a corner needing to be connected on site by adopting an auxiliary machine tool, and the lock hook assembly on the connecting device is respectively inserted into two adjacent HDPE membranes and is adjusted in place;
step S5: fixing: after the connecting device is installed in place, the field fixation is carried out as required, the design requirement is met, and then the next procedure is carried out.
In summary, the present disclosure specifically discloses a corner coupling interlocking connection device for HDPE films and a specific structure of the use method thereof. The coupling web is specifically used as a main body of the coupling interlocking connecting device, two web sections are arranged on the coupling interlocking connecting device, the end parts of the two web sections are connected to form a preset angle, and related corner coupling interlocking connecting parts are constructed on the two web sections; the quality risk and the technical difficulty increased by bending and installing the HDPE geomembrane at the corner position of the construction axis are effectively avoided;

Please refer to fig. 1 and 2, which are schematic structural diagrams of a first embodiment of the HDPE film corner coupling interlocking connection device provided by the present application, comprising: the coupling device comprises a coupling web 1 and two groups of latch hook assemblies arranged on the coupling web 1;
the coupling web plate 1 is provided with two web plate sections, and the end parts of the two web plate sections are connected to form a preset angle; each web section is provided with a group of locking hook assemblies;
the latch hook assembly includes: at least two first locking hooks 2 and at least one second locking hook 3 arranged on the respective web segment surface; the first locking hook 2 and the second locking hook 3 are arranged on the same side; the end of the second latch hook 3 is provided with a recess.
In the embodiment, a coupling web 1, which is the main body of the coupling interlocking connecting device, is provided with two web sections, the ends of the two web sections are connected to form a preset angle, and relevant corner coupling interlocking connecting parts are constructed on the two web sections; the quality risk and the technical difficulty increased by bending and installing the HDPE geomembrane at the corner position of the construction axis are effectively avoided;
the first lock hooks 2 and the second lock hooks 3 are arranged on the surfaces of the corresponding web plate sections and arranged on the same side, the number of the first lock hooks 2 is at least two, the number of the second lock hooks 3 is at least one, and the first lock hooks and the second lock hooks are used as locking parts of the connecting device; here, the angle formed by the two web sections can be set according to actual needs, for example, the angle formed is 90 degrees or 120 degrees;
moreover, the first lock hook 3 is used as a standard lock hook of the device, a groove is formed in the end of the second lock hook 3, and after the connecting device is respectively spliced with the two HDPE membranes, a reserved space, namely a reserved hole 4, is formed in the groove;
the corner coupling interlocking connecting device is formed by hot melting and extrusion of the same raw materials of HDPE membranes and is of an integrally formed structure.
In any preferred embodiment, a preformed hole 4 is formed between the groove and the adjacent first lock hook 2.
In this embodiment, the preformed hole 4 is formed by the space between the groove and the adjacent first lock hook 2, the number of the preformed holes is at least two, and according to the actual use purpose, an anti-seepage component such as a slow expansion water stop strip or a closed grouting pipe or a drain pipe can be arranged at the preformed hole 4, or a preset detection hose for later-stage monitoring can be arranged;
taking two prepared holes 4 as an example,
the two preformed holes 4 are waterproof barrier holes, and a slow expansion water stop strip can be arranged to block off the seepage diameter and strengthen water stop;
the two prepared holes 4 are seepage holes and are used for the flow of required fluid;
one of the prepared holes 4 is a waterproof barrier hole, and the other is a seepage hole, so that a waterproof barrier with a drainage function is formed.
Example two
The use method of the HDPE membrane corner coupling interlocking connecting device comprises the following steps:

The connecting device can be used for vertical flexible anti-seepage connection or parts such as tunnels and the like, which have different spatial structures and are not easy to weld on site;
taking the flexible anti-seepage connection of the underground diaphragm wall as an example, the concrete use process is as follows:
according to the use scene, the connecting device is an underground diaphragm wall, and the processing and accessory matching design of the connecting device are carried out by utilizing the weldable property of HDPE and the arbitrary cutting function of HDPE membranes;
according to a design construction drawing, the corner coupling interlocking connecting device is manufactured on a special platform, accessories such as a balance weight and a pressing plate which are needed in a matching mode are prepared, an HDPE membrane is assembled and fixed to a special mounting frame, and the HDPE membrane balance weight is fixed;
the excavation construction of the underground diaphragm wall is completed so as to meet the setting conditions under the HDPE membrane and have a certain surplus working section; this corner coupling interlocking connecting device of installation is established to the corner that needs, utilizes latch hook subassembly on this connecting device to peg graft with two adjacent HDPE diaphragms, realizes the coupling interlocking, so the corner installation of the HDPE membrane of continuous wall is realized in continuous construction.

the latch hook assembly includes: at least two first locking hooks (2) and at least one second locking hook (3) arranged on the respective web segment surface; the first locking hook (2) and the second locking hook (3) are arranged on the same side; the end part of the second lock hook (3) is provided with a groove.
2. HDPE membrane corner coupling and interlocking connection device according to claim 1, characterized in that a reserved hole (4) is formed between the groove and the adjacent first latch hook (2).
3. HDPE membrane corner coupling interlocking connection device according to claim 2, characterized in that the number of said preformed holes (4) is at least two.

HDPE membrane corner coupling and interlocking connection device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that two of the prepared holes (4) are waterproof barrier holes or seepage holes, or one of the prepared holes (4) is waterproof barrier hole and the other prepared hole (4) is seepage hole.
