Description

蓄电池
本发明涉及一种可拆卸地装接在手提电话机上的蓄电池。
已知的可拆卸地装接在手提电话机上的蓄电池包括一个外壳,该外壳具有一个简单的机械闩锁,该机械闩锁的形式是一个带有一个用于与手提电话上的互补的固位装置啮合的倒钩的悬臂。外壳面对电话的表面包括有一个容纳电话的一个互补突起部分的凹座。在本申请人的英国外观设计第2037419号中公开了一种具有这些特征的蓄电池。
在申请人在实际中发现,在电话无意中从较低的高度上掉下来,或者当电话受到某种其他撞击时,上述蓄电池往往会从电话机上脱落下来。
根据本发明,提供了一种用于可拆卸地装接到手提电话机上的蓄电池,该蓄电池包括一个具有一个用于与电话机上的互补固位装置啮合的闩锁的外壳,其中面对电话机的外壳表面包括一个用于容纳电话机的一个互补突起部分的凹槽,其特征在于:该凹槽配置有至少一个突伸部,该突伸部在蓄电池被装接到电话机上时贴靠着电话机的突起部分,由此使蓄电池在一个使闩锁和固位装置之间更牢固啮合的方向上受到推动。
本发明的蓄电池具有这样的优点,即使得闩锁和固位装置之间具有更牢固的啮合,从而有助于在将电池装接到电话机上时使蓄电池更牢固地固定就位。这样如果电话机从较低的高度上掉落下来或在电话机受到某种其他的撞击时就不太可能脱落。
在一个较佳实施例中,突伸部是可以设置在凹座最靠近闩锁的部分上的肋。
比较适合的是设置两个间隔开的肋,这些肋有助于防止运动,特别是防止在蓄电池被装接到电话机上时的转动。
突伸部沿其长度可以具有基本上同样的横截面或逐渐变小的截面。在这两种情况下,横截面可以是半圆形的。
以下将参照附图通过举例的方式对本发明的实施例进行详细描述,其中:
图1是正从电话机上拆卸下来的本发明的蓄电池的示意剖视图;
图2是本发明的装接在电话机上的蓄电池的示意剖视图;

参见图1,图中示出了一个可以可拆卸地装接到手提电话机2,或其它任何合适的手提电子设备上的蓄电池1。
蓄电池包括一个一般为矩形的外壳,该外壳1是用例如塑料制成的包含有多个可重新充电的小电池(未示出)。该外壳包括一个上部1a和一个下部1b,这两部分例如可用卡扣装接件、粘合剂、超声波焊接、或用任何其他合适的装置适当地紧固在一起。
参见图3,蓄电池毗邻手提电话机2的基座3的边沿包括一对间隔开的凸耳4,该对凸耳具有适合于由在电话机2的基底3处的舌片6形成的互补凹座5容纳的圆角轮廓。在将蓄电池装接到电话机上的过程中,位于凹座5内的凸耳4提供一个铰链。蓄电池这样就能在箭头A(见图1)方向上枢转。
蓄电池相对于凸耳4一侧的边沿配置有一个整体式闩锁7,该闩锁7包括一个偏离外壳1的悬臂7a。悬臂7a包括一个位于悬臂7a背离外壳的表面上的倒钩7b。当蓄电池装接到电话机上时,如图2所示,倒钩7b会啮合电话机2上的互补凹座8。倒钩7b在悬臂7a的偏压作用下被推动成与凹座8啮合,从而将蓄电池锁固就位于电话机上。
面对电话机2的外壳表面上包括有一个用于容纳电话机的一个互补的突起部分10的矩形凹槽9。该凹槽9是细长形的并大致在外壳1的纵向上延伸。凹槽9设置在面对电话机的外壳表面的中央部位上,处于外壳的横向上(参见图2)。
根据本发明,最靠近闩锁的凹槽9的表面11上配置有一对间隔开的整体突伸部12,突伸部12的形式是从凹槽9的底面朝开口的前表面延伸的肋,如图4所清楚地显示的那样。肋12沿其长度具有基本上同样的半圆形横截面。如图3所示,肋12等距地设置在外壳1b的纵向轴线两侧以便帮助防止蓄电池在装接到电话机上时发生转动。
当蓄电池装接到电话机上如图2所示的完全闭合位置上时,两条肋12贴靠着面对凹槽9的电话机的突起部分10的表面13以便在促使闩锁7和固位凹座8之间更紧密啮合的方向上推动蓄电池。
肋12的前边沿12a制成圆角以便防止与突起部分10的顶边沿发生撞击。同样的原因,凹槽9最靠近电话机的基底的外边沿9a和突起部分的对应边沿10a两者都制成圆角形即它们两者具有凸曲的轮廓。
当想将蓄电池从电话机上取下时,将闩锁7的悬臂7a朝外壳1方向推压,以便将倒钩从电话机上的固位凹座8释放开。蓄电池可以以这样的方式拆卸下来,即先使蓄电池绕铰链4、5枢转,如图1中箭头A所示,然后使蓄电池在纵向上背离电话机移动,如图1中箭头B所示。
在一个变更的实施例中,如图5所示,肋12沿其长度具有渐小的半圆形横截面。肋12的高度向凹槽9的前表面(即外表面)逐渐增加。在此实施例中,为了便于从模塑工具中脱模,外壳支承肋12的壁部的厚度向凹槽的前面逐渐减小。
从前述的说明中可知,在不脱离本发明的范围情况下可以作出各种变更例。例如,可以设置多于或少于两条肋,并且肋可以具有与本文所描述不同的轮廓。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于可拆卸地装接到手提电话机上的蓄电池,该蓄电池包括一个具有一个用于与电话机上的互补固位装置啮合的闩锁的外壳,其中面对电话机的外壳表面包括一个用于容纳电话机的一个互补突起部分的凹槽,其特征在于:该凹槽配置有至少一个突伸部,该突伸部在蓄电池被装接到电话机上时贴靠着电话机的突起部分,由此使蓄电池在一个使闩锁和固位装置之间更牢固啮合的方向上受到推动。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓄电池,其特征在于:所述至少一个突伸部是相应的肋的形式。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的蓄电池,其特征在于:该凹槽配置有两个间隔开的突伸部。
4.如前述任一项权利要求所述的蓄电池,其特征在于:所述至少一个突伸部沿其长度具有基本一样的截面。
5.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的蓄电池,其特征在于:所述至少一个突伸部沿其长度具有渐小的截面。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的蓄电池,其特征在于:所述至少一个突伸部具有半圆形横截面。
7.如前述任一项权利要求所述的蓄电池,其特征在于:所述至少一个突伸部设置在凹槽最靠近闩锁的部分。
8.如前述任一项权利要求所述的蓄电池,其特征在于:该外壳是大致矩形的,该凹槽是细长形的,并在外壳的纵向延伸。
9.如前述任一项权利要求所述的蓄电池,其特征在于:至少在横向上,凹槽设置在面对电话机的外壳表面的中央部分上。
10.如前述任一项权利要求所述的蓄电池,其特征在于:该蓄电池适合于铰接地装接到电话机上。
11.一种基本上如参照附图1至5所述的蓄电池。
