the chain group is positioned in the blanking channel and consists of two first circulating chains 3 and two second circulating chains 4, the first circulating chains 3 and the second circulating chains 4 are both wound into an L-shaped circulating structure under the guidance of a guide gear 5, the maximum width and the maximum height of the four L-shaped circulating structures are the same, and the four L-shaped circulating structures are arranged in parallel at intervals, wherein the L-shaped circulating structure wound by the two first circulating chains 3 is arranged inside, the vertical width of the L-shaped circulating structure is smaller than that of the L-shaped circulating structure wound by the second circulating chains 4, the L-shaped circulating structure wound by the two second circulating chains 4 is arranged on two sides of the outside, and the transverse length of the L-shaped circulating structure wound by the first circulating chains 3 is smaller than that of the L-shaped circulating structure wound by the first circulating chains 3;

Fig. 4 shows the installation of the chain set, the first endless chain 3 and the second endless chain 4 are both guided by the guide gear 5 and wound into an L-shaped endless structure, wherein two first endless chains 3 are located at the inner side, two second endless chains 4 are located at the outer sides, and the four endless chains are actually arranged side by side, and for convenience of illustration, the two first endless chains 3 are pulled out in fig. 4 for clear view. The whole chain group is vertically arranged in a blanking channel of the frame.
The structure of the tray is shown in fig. 5, a plurality of strip-shaped plates are hinged together through hinges to form a flexible chain-type supporting plate 603, and long supporting rods 601 and short supporting rods 602 are respectively arranged at two sides of the flexible chain-type supporting plate as rigid supports, so that the tray 6 can bear goods when being unfolded, and can be freely curled when passing through the bending part of a chain group, and can smoothly walk along with the chain group.
Fig. 6 shows the state of the pallet at different positions on the chain group, in fig. 6, the four circulating chains of the chain group are arranged together (normal operation state) and thus partially overlapped as seen from the side, and when the pallet 6 is positioned at the top of the chain group, as shown in the upper left side view in fig. 6, at this time, two second circulating chains 4 respectively support both ends of the long support bar 601, two first circulating chains 3 respectively support both ends of the short support bar 602, so that the whole pallet 6 is in a completely flat spread state at the top, and the goods are placed on the pallet 6; then, the two second circulating chains 4 and the two first circulating chains 3 walk synchronously to drive the tray 6 to always keep a flat spreading state and descend from the blanking channel, and the state of the tray is shown in the upper right side diagram in fig. 6, and at the moment, the tray drives the goods to continuously descend in the blanking channel; and finally, the tray 6 reaches the bottom, at the moment, the height of the tray 6 is flush with the height of the blanking roller platform 2, the tray 6 continues to walk along with the chain group at the bottom, the state is changed into a state of being tiled forwards, as shown in a lower diagram in fig. 6, in the state, the tray 6 moves horizontally, the goods are finally sent to the blanking roller platform, the tray is curled along with the chain group at the front end of the L-shaped circulating structure, the tray is turned around from the bottom of the chain group and then vertically climbs to the top of the chain group along the chain group from the rear side, and the goods are conveyed again.

In another embodiment, a vertical slide way (not shown in the figure) and a lifting frame 7 capable of sliding along the slide way are arranged on the inner wall of the lower component 102, a lifting motor and a guy cable are arranged for pulling the lifting frame to lift, and the blanking roller platform 2 is fixed at the front end of the lifting frame 4 and extends out of the opening in a vertical state. the chain group is positioned in the blanking channel and consists of two first circulating chains and two second circulating chains, the first circulating chains and the second circulating chains are wound into an L-shaped circulating structure under the guidance of a guide gear, the maximum width and the maximum height of the four L-shaped circulating structures are the same, and the four L-shaped circulating structures are arranged in parallel at intervals, wherein the L-shaped circulating structure wound by the two first circulating chains is arranged inside, the vertical width of the L-shaped circulating structure is smaller than that of the L-shaped circulating structure wound by the second circulating chains, the L-shaped circulating structure wound by the two second circulating chains is arranged on two sides outside, and the transverse length of the L-shaped circulating structure wound by the first circulating chains is smaller than that of the L-shaped circulating structure wound by the first circulating chains;
