As shown in fig. 1, a preferred material hopper lifting mechanism 5 of the present invention includes a lifting driving mechanism and a lifting guide rail, wherein an end of the material hopper lateral moving mechanism 6 is mounted on the lifting guide rail in a lifting manner, the lifting driving mechanism is used for driving the material hopper lateral moving mechanism 6 to move up and down, two ends of the lifting guide rail are respectively provided with a limit stop C and a distance sensor C, the distance sensor C is connected with the lifting driving mechanism, and the distance sensor C and the lifting driving mechanism are respectively connected with a controller 10. The hopper transverse moving mechanism 6 is provided with a hopper bracket 7, the hopper 8 is assembled on the hopper bracket 7, the hopper bracket 7 is provided with a hopper distance sensor 71 corresponding to the hopper 8, and the hopper distance sensor 71 is connected with the controller 10. The material hopper transverse moving mechanism 6 comprises a transverse moving driving mechanism B and a transverse guide rail B, the end part of the material hopper bracket 7 is slidably mounted on the transverse guide rail B, the transverse moving driving mechanism B is used for driving the material hopper bracket 7 to transversely slide, two ends of the transverse guide rail B are respectively provided with a limit stop D and a distance sensor D, the distance sensor D is connected with the transverse moving driving mechanism B, and the distance sensor D and the transverse moving driving mechanism B are respectively connected with the controller 10.
The material hopper transverse moving mechanism 6 is provided with a material hopper bracket 7, a material hopper 8 is assembled on the material hopper bracket 7 (as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the material hopper bracket 7 is provided with a material hopper assembly hole, the material hopper 8 is placed in the material hopper assembly hole of the material hopper bracket 7 in a lifting and matching mode during vinasse lifting operation), the top of the material hopper 8 is connected with a lifting frame B82, the lifting frame B82 can facilitate lifting and carrying of the material hopper 8 (for example, lifting of the material hopper 8 is realized by a crane, the material hopper 8 is lifted and assembled on the material hopper bracket 7 by the crane before vinasse lifting operation, and the material hopper 8 filled with vinasse can be lifted and conveyed to the next wine brewing process by the crane after the material hopper 8 is filled with vinasse). The bottom of the material hopper 8 is provided with a discharge port, the bottom of the material hopper 8 is provided with a material dropping plate 81 for sealing the discharge port, a locking mechanism can be correspondingly arranged at the material dropping plate 81, the material dropping plate 81 is enabled to close and lock the discharge port through the locking mechanism, and when the material needs to be discharged, the locking mechanism is unlocked and can open the discharge port and complete the discharging operation. The top of the rack 1 is detachably connected with a hoisting frame A9, the hoisting frame A9 can facilitate hoisting and carrying of the whole rack 1, all components of the invention are arranged on the rack 1, so the invention can be easily hoisted to the corresponding position of the cellar 11 through the hoisting frame A9, and after the layered vinasse lifting of one cellar 11 is finished, the invention can be hoisted to the position of the next cellar 11 through a crane and the layered vinasse lifting operation is carried out.
A controller 10 is installed on a frame 1 of the invention, and a vinasse lifting unit transverse moving mechanism 2, a vinasse lifting unit longitudinal moving mechanism 4, a lifting device 31, an L-shaped vinasse lifting conveyor 34, an inclination adjusting device 33, a material hopper lifting mechanism 5 and a material hopper transverse moving mechanism 6 are respectively connected with the controller 10. The controller 10 is internally provided with a communication module A, and the controller 10 can be in communication connection with the pit treading device and the pit cleaning device (the communication mode can adopt Bluetooth pairing, wireless communication and the like), so that the operation and control of the pit treading device and the pit cleaning device can be realized remotely and intensively. The controller 10 of the invention can realize the adjustment of transverse and longitudinal movement, the adjustment of height lifting and the adjustment of grain lifting angle of the layered grain lifting unit 3 (namely the adjustment of the inclination angle of the L-shaped grain lifting conveyor 34), and can also realize the adjustment of transverse movement and the adjustment of height lifting of the material hopper 8. The invention can carry out interactive communication with an external control terminal through the communication module A so as to realize remote control through the external control terminal.

The driving mechanism comprises a driving belt roller and a plurality of driven belt rollers (the driven belt rollers comprise guide rollers), the L-shaped conveying belt 342 is installed on the driving belt roller and each driven belt roller in a matching manner, the driving belt roller provides power through a motor, and the driving belt roller and each driven belt roller drive the L-shaped conveying belt 342 to move under the driving of the motor. As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the cellar cleaning device comprises a cellar cleaning mounting frame 19 and a cellar cleaning brush 21, the top of the cellar cleaning mounting frame 19 is detachably connected and fixed with the bottom of an L-shaped vinasse removing conveyor 34, a brush rotating mechanism 20 is mounted on the cellar cleaning mounting frame 19, the brush rotating mechanism 20 is provided with a rotating shaft C, and the cellar cleaning brush 21 is fixed on the rotating shaft C of the brush rotating mechanism 20. And a communication module C is arranged on the cellar cleaning mounting frame 19, and the brush rotating mechanism 20 is connected with the communication module C. The cellar cleaning brush 21 is integrally cylindrical; the communication module C of the invention is communicated with the communication module A, and the cellar cleaning device can be remotely communicated with the controller 10 (so as to be convenient for centralized control through the controller 10) and can also be remotely communicated with an external control terminal (so as to be convenient for remote operation and control operation).
The controller 10 of the invention is internally provided with an intelligent vinasse lifting control system, can realize one-key intelligent adjustment of transverse and longitudinal movement, height lifting, vinasse lifting angle and the like of the layered vinasse lifting unit 3 through the intelligent vinasse lifting control system, can also realize one-key intelligent adjustment of transverse movement, height lifting and the like of the material hopper 8, can also realize automatic cellar stepping control of the cellar stepping device, can also realize automatic cellar cleaning control of the cellar cleaning device, and can realize full-automatic or semi-automatic layered vinasse lifting operation, cellar stepping operation and cellar cleaning operation of vinasse in the cellar pool 11 through setting an intelligent control program (namely the intelligent vinasse lifting control system). The bottom of the L-shaped vinasse starting conveyor 34 is provided with a sensor assembly 344, the sensor assembly 344 comprises a front-end distance sensor, a rear-end distance sensor, a depth sensor and a side distance sensor, the sensor assembly 344 is respectively connected with an intelligent vinasse starting control system of the controller 10, the sensor assembly 344 monitors whether the front-end distance reaches a threshold value, whether the depth reaches the threshold value and whether the side distance reaches the threshold value to feed back to the intelligent vinasse starting control system, and the intelligent vinasse starting control system timely makes distance adjustment or reverse adjustment. The intelligent vinasse starting control system comprises a vinasse starting unit motion control system, a material hopper motion control system, a cellar stepping control system and a cellar cleaning control system, the vinasse starting unit motion control system comprises a transverse motion synchronous control module A, a longitudinal motion synchronous control module, a lifting control module and an inclination control module, the transverse motion synchronous control module A is connected with each vinasse starting unit transverse moving mechanism 2, the longitudinal motion synchronous control module is connected with a vinasse starting unit longitudinal moving mechanism 4, the lifting control module is connected with a lifting device 31, and the inclination control module is connected with an inclination adjusting device 33. The cellar-stepping control system is respectively connected with the cellar-stepping rotating mechanism A13, the cellar-stepping lifting mechanism A14, the cellar-stepping rotating mechanism B16 and the cellar-stepping lifting mechanism B17, and can realize the automatic alternate cellar-stepping operation of the cellar-stepping foot A15 and the cellar-stepping foot B18. The cellar cleaning control system is connected with the brush rotating mechanism 20, and cellar cleaning switch control of the cellar cleaning device can be achieved. The controller 10 can be in interactive communication with an external control terminal through the communication module A, so that the controller 10 is in interactive communication with the external control terminal, and the intelligent lees starting control system can be remotely controlled through the external control terminal.
When the device is used, the rack 1 is hoisted to the pit 11 needing to be subjected to grain lifting through the travelling crane, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the rack 1 is placed at the top of the pit 11, then the hoisting frame A9 on the rack 1 is taken down, and the material hopper 8 is hoisted and placed in the material hopper assembly hole of the material hopper bracket 7 in a matched manner through the travelling crane. The layered vinasse lifting unit 3 is adjusted in transverse and longitudinal movement, height lifting, vinasse lifting angle and the like through the controller 10 or an intelligent vinasse lifting control system in the controller 10, and meanwhile, the material hopper 8 is adjusted in transverse movement, height lifting and the like, and is adjusted to a proper angle through the inclination adjusting device 33. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the lifting device 31 drives the L-shaped bracket 32, the inclination adjusting device 33, and the L-shaped lees lifting conveyor 34 to synchronously lift and move, so that the height of the L-shaped lees lifting conveyor 34 can be adjusted, the L-shaped lees lifting conveyor 34 drives the L-shaped conveyor belt 342 to move, the L-shaped conveyor belt 342 drives the lees lifting shovel plates 343 to move along with the L-shaped conveyor belt 343, the lees lifting shovel plates 343, which are located at the bottom of the L-shaped lees lifting conveyor 34, perform layered lees lifting operation on lees in the pit pool, and the L-shaped lees lifting conveyor 34 conveys the lees to the top and transmits the lees to a hopper so as to perform the next wine brewing process. The lifting device 31 can be adjusted in height, so that the L-shaped lees lifting conveyor 34 can smoothly realize layered lees lifting operation on lees in the pit. Meanwhile, the inclination adjusting device 33 of the invention drives the telescopic piston rod B334 to do telescopic motion, so that the inclination angle of the L-shaped vinasse lifting conveyor 34 can be adjusted, a vinasse lifting shovel plate 343 on the L-shaped vinasse lifting conveyor 34 can be conveniently adjusted to a proper or optimal angle to carry out vinasse lifting operation, and particularly at corners or dead angles of a cellar pool, the cellar pool and vinasse are protected, and the labor intensity is greatly saved. Before the vinasse lifting operation, the material hopper 8 is hoisted and assembled to the material hopper bracket 7 through the travelling crane, after the material hopper 8 is filled with vinasse, the material hopper 8 filled with the vinasse can be hoisted and conveyed to the next brewing process through the travelling crane, and then the material hopper is unlocked through the locking mechanism, the discharge hole can be opened, and the unloading operation can be completed. The top of the rack 1 is connected with a hoisting frame A9, the hoisting frame A9 can facilitate the hoisting and carrying of the whole rack 1, all the parts of the invention are arranged on the rack 1, so the invention can be easily hoisted to the corresponding position of the pit 11 through the hoisting frame A9, and after the layered grain lifting of one pit 11 is finished, the invention can be hoisted to the position of the next pit 11 through a crane and the layered grain lifting operation is carried out.
When the pit stepping operation is required to be carried out on the vinasse in the pit pool 11, the pit stepping device is assembled and arranged at the bottom of the L-shaped vinasse removing conveyor 34, and the pit stepping operation on the vinasse in the pit pool 11 can be realized by starting the pit stepping device; when the cellar stepping device is assembled and installed to a working position, the cellar stepping device is provided with two cellar stepping feet (namely a cellar stepping foot A15 and a cellar stepping foot B18), the transverse and longitudinal movement and the lifting movement of the cellar stepping device are driven by the vinasse lifting unit transverse moving mechanism 2, the vinasse lifting unit longitudinal moving mechanism 4 and the lifting device 31 of the layered vinasse lifting unit 3, the two cellar stepping feet of the cellar stepping device imitate a manual cellar stepping mode, the cellar stepping foot A15 is driven by the cellar stepping lifting mechanism A14 to be firstly stepped, vinasse in the cellar leveling pool 11 is kept still, and then the cellar stepping foot B18 is driven by the cellar stepping lifting mechanism B17 to be stepped down and is kept still when being leveled to the same position with the cellar stepping foot A15; then, the cellar-stepping foot A15 is lifted by the driving of the cellar-stepping lifting mechanism A14, then the cellar-stepping rotating mechanism A13 drives the cellar-stepping rotating mechanism A to rotate 180 degrees and rotate from one side of the cellar-stepping foot B18 and arrange to the other side, then the cellar-stepping lifting mechanism A14 drives the cellar-stepping lifting mechanism A14 to step down and keep still, and similarly, the cellar-stepping foot B18 repeats the previous action of lifting, rotating and stepping down, and so on, and the operation of uniformly tiling and leveling vinasse is completed.
When the layered vinasse lifting operation is required to be carried out on the vinasse in the cellar 11, the cellar stepping device and the cellar cleaning device do not need to be combined, and the L-shaped vinasse lifting conveyor 34 is started. The transverse and longitudinal movement and the lifting movement of the L-shaped vinasse lifting conveyor 34 are also driven by the transverse movement mechanism 2 of the vinasse lifting unit, the longitudinal movement mechanism 4 of the vinasse lifting unit and the lifting device 31 of the layered vinasse lifting unit 3, and after the L-shaped vinasse lifting conveyor 34 lifts vinasses on the same layer in the pit 11, the L-shaped vinasse lifting conveyor 34 is driven by the lifting device 31 to descend by a certain height so as to realize the vinasse lifting operation of the next layer.
When the vinasse in the cellar pool 11 needs to be cleaned, the cellar cleaning device is assembled and arranged at the bottom of the L-shaped vinasse removing conveyor 34, and the cellar cleaning device is started, so that the cellar cleaning work of the cellar pool 11 can be realized.
