4. A packaging container according to claim 3, wherein the cross-section of the casing is circular, regular triangular, square, regular pentagonal, regular hexagonal or regular octagonal.
5. The packaging container according to claim 4, wherein said shells are at least two and coaxial, all of said body (1) open-ended sides being flush.
6. The packaging container according to claim 2, wherein the upper end surface of the body (1) is provided with an access opening penetrating in the thickness direction, and the lid (2) is used for closing the access opening.
7. The packaging container as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the body (1) has an access opening which runs through the upper end face and the side wall of the body (1) in the thickness direction, the lid (2) being intended to close the access opening.

The packaging container according to any one of claims 6 or 7, wherein the housing further comprises a mounting cover (6), the lower end of the body (1) is open, the rotary plate (3) and the rotary shaft (4) can be loaded into the receiving cavity from the lower end of the body (1), and the mounting cover (6) is connected to the lower end of the body (1) to close the receiving cavity.
9. The packaging container as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the body (1) is hinged to the lid (2) by a pin.
10. The packaging container according to claim 9, wherein the body (1) has a first clamping portion, and the lid (2) has a second clamping portion for clamping with the first clamping portion to close the receiving cavity.
