Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic inserting system for diluent bottles, including: the device comprises a feeding module 1, a manipulator module 2, a disc rotating module 3 and a sucker module 4.
The feeding module 1 is used for transmitting the diluent bottle to the manipulator module through a feeding belt and a linear oscillator. The feeding module 1 may specifically comprise a feeding belt 11 and a linear oscillator 12. And the manipulator module 2 is used for grabbing the diluent bottle to a corresponding jig through a manipulator. The manipulator module 2 can specifically adopt a YAMAHA four-axis manipulator controlled by a PLC. And the disc rotating module 3 is used for conveying the diluent bottles to the next station by rotating the disc for 90 degrees after the preset number of diluent bottles are filled in the jig. The preset number may be set to 25. And the sucking disc module 4 is used for sucking all the diluent bottles transported to the next station through the sucking discs and moving the diluent bottles to the position of the box inserting position for box inserting.
In this embodiment, the sucker module 4 can be implemented by mounting a sucker on a YAMAHA two-axis manipulator controlled by a PLC, and the movement of the sucker module 4 in the horizontal and vertical directions is controlled by matching a stepping motor with a synchronous belt and a linear module. The PLC and YAMAHA manipulator communicate through I/0 interface.
This automatic box system of inserting of diluent liquid bottle still includes: the liquid level detection switch 5 and the visual detection system 6, the visual detection system 6 and the manipulator module 2 are in network communication through the exchanger. And the liquid level detection switch 5 is used for carrying out liquid level detection on the diluent bottle before the manipulator module grabs the diluent bottle to the corresponding jig through the manipulator, and rejecting the diluent bottle under the condition that the liquid level detection is unqualified. Furthermore, the sucker module 4 is also used for judging whether the box insertion is successful or not after the box insertion is finished, and re-inserting the box under the condition that the box insertion is unsuccessful; and under the condition that the box insertion is successful, transporting the diluent bottles after the box insertion to the material box 7. After the material box 7 is filled, the alarm device of the material box can remind the operator to replace the material box in time.
The total power supply of the automatic box inserting system of the diluent bottle adopts 220V commercial power, the total designed power does not exceed 2KW, and three switch power supplies are provided, wherein two of the three switch power supplies are 220VAC-24VDC output currents of 10A, and one is 220VC-24VDC output current of 4.5A. The development environment is based on ladder programs developed by Mitsubishi GXWORKS and aiming at FX5U, and development resources comprise a Mitsubishi FX5U-64MT host, GXWORK3 special debugging software and related hardware.

The automatic feeding of the single diluting liquid bottle automatic box inserting equipment and the average time from the last box inserting are controlled within 30s, the target time for grabbing a single diluting liquid bottle by the manipulator module is within 1.2s, the working efficiency of workers can be obviously improved, and the allocation of human resources and time and space resources can be improved.
