by arranging the first chuck 5 and the second chuck 23, when a user carries out production processing operation on the washable silk fabric, the user can sleeve the rolled double-layer fabric on the butt joint rotating rod 4 of the processing device, and simultaneously, the first chuck 5 and the second chuck 23 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the butt joint rotating rod 4, the using positions of the first chuck 5 and the second chuck 23 on the butt joint rotating rod 4 can be adjusted through the sliding groove 16, so that the silk fabrics with different sizes can be fixed by the first chuck 5 and the second chuck 23 after position adjustment, the fixed clamping bolt 14 is matched with the butt joint clamping groove 21 of the fixed lantern ring 22 by rotating the fixed clamping bolt 14 on the first chuck 5 and the second chuck 23, the first chuck 5 and the second chuck 23 are respectively fixed at two ends of the butt joint rotating rod 4, thereby preventing the first chuck 5 and the second chuck 23 from loosening and falling off, the production process can be fixed and adjusted by utilizing the first chuck 5 and the second chuck 23, the processing operation of the silk fabric with different sizes is facilitated, and the flexibility of the silk fabric in use is improved;
by arranging the second rolling rod 20 and the first rolling rod 10, when a user carries out production and processing operations on the washable silk fabric, the double-layer fabric is pulled to move on the fixed base 1 in cooperation with the rotation of the winding drum 12, the second rolling rod 20 is pressed down through the spring sleeve 19 of the fixing clamping frame 7, so that the second rolling rod 20 rolls and extrudes the double-layer fabric moving on the fixing base 1, thereby avoiding the wrinkle phenomenon on the surface of the fabric, when the double-layer fabric moves to the bottom of the dryer 8, the double-layer fabric is dried by the dryer 8, the double-layer fabric moving on the fixed base 1 is extruded for the second time by matching with the rotation of the first rolling rod 10, the processing quality of the fabric is improved, and by the arrangement of the second rolling rod 20 and the first rolling rod 10, the production process can carry out double pressing operation on the silk fabric, avoids the wrinkle phenomenon in the winding process, and improves the use effect.

the preparation process of the washable silk fabric comprises the following specific steps:
firstly, silk mixed with bamboo fibers and carbon fibers is processed into silk fabric through weaving equipment, cotton threads are processed into cotton fabric through the weaving equipment, the cotton fabric and the silk fabric are mutually attached, the cotton fabric and the silk fabric are threaded through sewing equipment, a grid-shaped thread structure is formed between the cotton fabric and the silk fabric, and the cotton fabric and the silk fabric are processed into double-layer fabric;
step two, sleeving the rolled double-layer fabric on a butt joint rotating rod (4) of the processing device, sleeving a first chuck (5) and a second chuck (23) at two ends of the butt joint rotating rod (4) respectively, rotating fixing bolts (14) on the first chuck (5) and the second chuck (23), enabling the fixing bolts (14) to be matched with butt joint clamping grooves (21) of a fixing sleeve ring (22), fixing the first chuck (5) and the second chuck (23) at two ends of the butt joint rotating rod (4) respectively, taking juice from the houttuynia cordata by using a drug pounder, obtaining houttuynia cordata juice, mixing and stirring the houttuynia cordata juice and the wood wax oil, filling the mixed solution into a raw material tank (2), penetrating the double-layer fabric through the lower part of a fixing clamp frame (7), conveying the mixed solution of the houttuynia cordata juice and the wood wax oil to a material spraying head (6) by using a booster pump of the raw material tank (2), the double-layer fabric is sprayed on a silk fabric layer of the double-layer fabric by a material spraying head (6), the double-layer fabric is pulled to move on the fixed base (1) by matching with the rotation of a winding drum (12), a second rolling rod (20) is pressed down through a spring sleeve (19) of a fixed clamping frame (7), so that the second rolling rod (20) rolls and extrudes the double-layer fabric moving on the fixed base (1), when the double-layer fabric moves to the bottom of a dryer (8), the dryer (8) is used for drying the double-layer fabric, and the double-layer fabric moving on the fixed base (1) is extruded for the second time by matching with the rotation of a first rolling rod (10);
and step three, driving the winding drum (12) to rotate through a motor, so that the treated double-layer fabric is wound on the winding drum (12).

and step three, driving the winding drum (12) to rotate through a motor, so that the treated double-layer fabric is wound on the winding drum (12).
