Abstract
A high-efficiency stirring device for a concrete mixer comprises a cylinder body and a stirring device arranged in the cylinder body; the stirring device comprises two stirring shafts, wherein one stirring shaft is provided with a stirring blade, and the other stirring shaft is provided with a spiral structure. On one hand, the stirring blades and the spiral can play a stirring role, and the two different stirring structures can stir the concrete picture more uniformly and have high stirring efficiency, namely the stirring blades can stir the concrete more finely, and the spiral structure has large contact area with the concrete, so that the stirring efficiency can be improved, and the concrete is stirred more uniformly; on the other hand, by arranging the spiral structure, the uniform concrete formed after stirring can be unscrewed, and the unscrewing speed is high; and need not to set up ejection of compact funnel in the bottom of barrel to reduce the volume and the whole weight of barrel, easily carry.

A discharge hole 7 is also arranged at the lower part of one side of the cylinder body.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: respectively starting the two motors 5, controlling the two stirring shafts 2 to rotate, enabling each ingredient of the concrete to enter the cylinder body 1 from an inlet funnel 6 of the stirrer, and enabling the concrete to be gradually uniform under the stirring of the stirring device; one of the two stirring shafts 2 rotates clockwise, the other one rotates anticlockwise, and under the stirring of the stirring blades 3 and the spiral structure 4, the concrete is uniform and has certain fineness; after the stirring is finished, the two stirring shafts 2 still rotate, the concrete is screwed out from the discharge port 7 under the action of the spiral structure 4, and the concrete is output to a skip car and sent to a construction site.
Claims (9)
1. A high-efficiency stirring device for a concrete mixer comprises a cylinder body and a stirring device arranged in the cylinder body; the stirring device is characterized by comprising two stirring shafts, wherein one stirring shaft is provided with a stirring blade, and the other stirring shaft is provided with a spiral structure.
2. A high efficiency mixer apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein said helix has a pitch that increases from the leading end to the trailing end.
3. The high-efficiency stirring device for the concrete mixer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the stirring vanes are provided in plural numbers and are provided obliquely to an upper half portion and a lower half portion of the stirring shaft.
4. A high-efficiency mixer apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the mixing blades are spaced apart from each other on the mixer shaft, and each mixing blade comprises an elongated rod, and a blade portion is provided at an end of the rod and is perpendicular to or inclined from the rod.
5. A high efficiency mixer apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein one of said mixer shafts rotates clockwise and the other mixer shaft rotates counterclockwise.
6. A high efficiency mixer apparatus as set forth in claim 1 or 2 wherein said mixer shaft is connected to a motor assembly.
7. The efficient stirring device for the concrete mixer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a feeding hopper is arranged at the top of the cylinder.
8. The efficient stirring device for the concrete mixer according to claim 7, wherein the number of the feeding hoppers is 1-2.
9. The efficient stirring device for the concrete mixer as recited in claim 1 or 2, wherein a door body is provided at one side of the cylinder; the lower part of the other side is provided with a discharge hole.
